1. Thumbnails not appearing in Bridge

   Installed Bridge 10.1.1.166 and my thumbnails of tiff photos are not appearing and my CR2 RAWs are taking ages to open and sometimes not at all. Im running High Sierra on a Macbook Pro 17" mid 2010 2GHz 8GB memory. Any ideas what is happening? Never had a problem before I updated Bridge and High Sierra.

2. Bridge has poor color management

   Bridge 11.0.0.83 shows a magenta hue on every thumbnail. When opening in Camera Raw, the hue remains. The contrast is bad too. Pictures that were adjusted in earlier versions remain ok. Something wrong with the DNG interpretation?

   Mac OS Big Sur 11.0.1 on Mac Mini 2018 3Ghz 6-core Intel i5

3. The up loader does not show previews for Sony Raw files for the DSC-RX10M7 or the AR7IV cameras. It is possible to view these files in Brid

4. Keywords can not be written to previewed Audio Files

   Once an audio file, .WAV in this case, has been previewed, it can not be moved or overwritten to change the name or add metadata.

   I have to close (End task in Task Manager) dynamiclinkmediaserver.exe to be able to do it.

   Of course, after that no preview is possible, I have to close and reopen Bridge.

5. review mode

   Just updated my mac desktop to big sur 11.1 and review mode has stopped working. when I use the command+b shortcut bridge and my dock disappear off screen and I have to hit escape to return and then every item in my folder is suddenly selected. I tried manually going to review mode through the view menu and the same thing happens. I checked keyboard shortcuts to make sure there wasn't a conflict in the new update and also purged my cache.

   HELP! I can't review photos!

6. Audio preview stopped working properly in Bridge 2021

   Used previous versions of Bridge without ever experiencing this particular problem, but with the new installation of the 2021 version this has become a problem.

   I use Bridge to audition audio file for projects, as I have a decent SFX library. I click an audio file, it plays, I move on. Nice and simple workflow.

   However, in 2021, when I click a file, Bridge will play 2-5 seconds of it, then stop. If I move off the file and back again, it will usually play the whole file as long as it is less than 30 seconds long. Some times it takes 4-5 attempts to get through the whole file.

   This happens with files both on local drives and network storage. Windows 10 x64 32GB RAM, Bridge 11.0.0.83. Works on any version prior to 2021.

7. Thumbnails are scrambled

   Just updated to Big Sur; using Bridge 10.0.0.124. My thumbnails are scrambled, even when I select them. The image remains intact, and is visible when the thumbnail is selected, but the thumbnail appears and disappears on its own. I get colored lines that change, but no thumbnails. Tried clearing cache without success. See attached screenshot.

8. regenerating previews after batch renaming

   After a batch rename, Bridge generates earlier generated previews all over again.
   As if cache is ignored.
   Earlier versions didn't do this. (Bridge v 11.01, MacOS Catalina 10.15.7)
   
   Really slows down the workflow, unfortunately.
   did a complete reinstall, prefs reseet etc. Is this a policy change? Or a bug?

9. Wrong translation in the preferences panel for Miniatures

   In the preferences panel it says "Vignette" but in fact it should indicate "Miniatures" as it is indicated in the user manual and the new features panel.
   Or all "Vignettes" because when you read or try to enable the "Preview Video on Mouse Hover" you can't find the right path.

10. Date of Change not correct

    The date of Change in the Metadata panel of Bridge 2021 (Mac OS 10.14.6) is not correct (yesterday, but it was 2 years ago...). The file info shows the correct date (see screenshot). I worked with this folder at this timestamp, but not with all files. So maybe this is the date, where the cache file was created (?).

11. Sub Folders no longer visible as a drop downs under master file

    Just made the jump to Catalina.
    I use Bridge a LOT to sort images. One feature appears buggy.
    Sub folders used to be indicated with a little ">" on the left side of the master folder. Which was awesome b/c I could click on the ">" and the sub folder(s) would drop DIRECTLY below the master folder.
    In the attached images, the folders directly below "399 Episodic" ALL have subfolders in them, yet no ">" is next to the master folder. Interestingly, that is also the case with the "400 Episodic" master folder. ALL the sub folders have sub folders in them, yet only some have the ">" indicating there are sub folders.
    This makes many extra steps in my work flow.
    If it matters, I have "Show Folders" enabled; and have toggled on/off "show items from subfolders" No difference really.

    Any help would be appreciated.

14. slow bridge

    Hi I had a problem for months with bridge taking hours to move itself. But yesterday I found something I could do about it. It worked straight away. Here goes. Read first.
    Go to Apple on top left > shut down. Turn Mac on. Immediately press option > command > P and R keys all together at the same time, before screen appears, keep pressing until Mac restarts. Release keys.

17. リネームの機能に不具合

    (1)NEFなど、rawファイルを含むデータに、バッチでリネームをかけるとその後不具合が発生。
    (2)その作業以降の「バッチで名前を変更」作業において、ファイルの種類にかかわらず、拡張子が(1)の作業時のrawファイルのものに強制的に変更されてしまい、さらに正しいリネーム作業が出来なくなってしまう。

    至急バグの修正をしてほしい。バカ高いサブスク料払ってるんだから、こんな初歩機能で、不具合を出さないでほしい。

18. Error Generating PDF in Output Module

    Mac OS 10.15.3, Bridge 10.0.3.138

    I haven't been able to generate a PDF from a stack of PSD files for the last couple of versions of Bridge. This worked well in Version 7. (I also tested the same procedure with a stack of JPG and a stack of TIFF files to ensure it wasn't a read error.)

    When using a custom template in the Output module, my settings are:
    • 2188x2875 px
    • 300 PPI
    • IQ 10
    • 1 Column x 1 Row (one image per page)
    • No Margins, filenames, headers, footers, or watermarks

    Every attempt to export to a PDF (whether 1 page, 2 pages, or 30+ pages) results in a "This operation could not be completed" error.

    After exhaustedly searching Google and the Adobe forums in vain, I decided to find the root cause of the error. I logged the event in my Console, and found a reproducible error. It seems when Adobe started re-writing the app in Swift, UIImagePickerController was more forgiving. However, as of Swift 4+, an execution error occurs if the timing is too close when the completion is set to nil.

    The specific error is:

    errors encountered while discovering extensions: Error Domain=PlugInKit Code=13 "query cancelled" UserInfo={NSLocalizedDescription=query cancelled}

    A probably string in the code looks like:

    func imagePickerController(picker: UIImagePickerController, didFinishPickingMediaWithInfo info: [String : AnyObject]) {}

    And for Swift 4+ (4.2 or later) that should be written as:

    func imagePickerController(_ picker: UIImagePickerController, didFinishPickingMediaWithInfo info: [UIImagePickerController.InfoKey : Any]){}

    Alternatively, a one second delay should be sufficient as well:

    func imagePickerController(_ picker: UIImagePickerController, didFinishPickingMediaWithInfo info: [String : Any]) {

    Since I cannot see the code, also ensure the delegate is set to self by implementing pickerview.delegate = self on viewDidLoad.

    I’ve attached the console so you can see the error timing for yourself.

19. Keywords from Lightroom not showing up in Bridge.

    Using the latest updates Bridge 10.1.1.166 and LRC 9.3. The keywords applied in LRC are not showing up in Bridge.
