spacebar preview
When you press spacebar to preview images close up, and scroll through them, then press spacebar again to exit - it has highlighted both the original photo and the photo you ended on. Effectively taking you back to where you started, not where you left off.

Navigation issues in Bridge 2023
There are some things that don't work in version 2023 anymore and that I miss already after one day of use:
- No thumbnail zoom with ctrl + mouse wheel.
- No backward function with backspace or back key on the mouse (!!)
- no more delay for showing quick info metadata
- no new window with Ctrl + N - instead tabs with Ctrl+Shift+T - let's see if this is better...?32 votesHi,

Fullscreen preview flicker
Fullscreen preview is broken in 2023 - after moving to next picture it starts to flicker. When you exit fullscreen bridge selects two pictures (first one that you started on, and last one when you exit fullscreen). I think flickering has something to do with double selecting photos - bridge is trying to preview both of them on fullscreen. Pls repair it quick - it makes culling impossible!!

Bridge 2023 - Far too many bugs to file all separately...
Come on, developers, the 2023 version is like an early test version...
Seriously, there are too many bugs in this version to file it separately...No what? Should I reinstall every year the old version of an Adobe product, just because the developer team doesn't know how the prior version has worked???
Here is the list of the bugs discovered just when giving a ty to the new version:
Preview focus loss: hit spacebar to preview a file, then click on the other monitor. Bang, you can't return to the thumbnail view, you are stuck on zooming in/out the image.…

Bridge 2023 Folder Navigation Jumps to the Top When Photo is Added
I use Bridge to edit batches of photos, dragging the selected photos into my "selects" folder within the project folder. With the 2023 update, every time I drag a photo into the selects folder, the folder panel jumps to the top of the folder list, and I have to grab the scroll bar and scroll back down to my selects folder to add the next photo. This is seriously slowing down my workflow.

Bridge version 13.0.2.636 crashing consistently
A few days ago, I updated my Bridge version to the new version 13.0.2.636.
After that I have constant crashes in bridge. It easy to reproduce:- Start Bridge
- (Go to a folder with some images)
- Select one image (for test purposes I select an JPEG image)
- Hit SPACE to get full screen view
- Hit SPACE again to get out of full screen view
- Wait a couple of seconds: ---> CRASH
- (Or click another image, see below)
This seems to be 100% repeatable and renders Bridge unusable.
This is somewhat of a crisis as I rely on Bridge for everyday work.…

Version 13 SUCKS
The fact that there is no category for User Interface in general is telling. The new version UI is horrible beyond words. Multiple scroll bars. between the Preview and content panels is BULLSHIT and they don't work properly. This is so bad I won't use it and Bridge was a key part of my workflow. Obviously you didn't consult anyone who actually uses the program. Capture One is now my go-to application. And why do I have to create another account that's different from my adobe account to provide an entry here. More bullshit - ever heard of single sign…

Put back the New Window command
"New content tab" doesn't do squat when my workflow depends on having 3 windows to 3 different folders open on 3 different monitors.
For the time being, I'll have to use an older version of Bridge to get any work done.17 votes -
Adobe Bridge refreshes thumbnails after getting photos every time
If I download selected photos from my device (Xiaomi mobile phone or 2 different Sony cameras), once completed, I have to go through the 'get photos' procedure again where AB recaches the thumbnails. This really wastes a lot of time, especially if you have more than 500 photos on your device. To me, it's a bug. Surely if it's cached all the thumbnails once, you should be able to select photos for download, and once downloaded to AB, select some more without AB having to recache and go through the whole procedure again. As I rename each group of photos…

Camera Raw editing is not enabled
I try to open RAW files in Camera Raw from Bridge level, but I get below message all the time. Reinstalled all of the apps and the plugin, but still no go. Camera Raw is working from Ps level, but I need it back in Bridge to maintain my workflow. This pisses me off.

Backward and Forward Mouse Button Navigation in Bridge 2023
Lost the ability to "go back" and "go forward" through folders using the mouse buttons. Pressing the scroll wheel to the left or right does nothing now.

Thumbnails in Content panel skip back to top after deleting file
Version 3.0.0.562. When a file is deleted in the Content panel, the view of thumbnails in that panel skips back to the top.

Bridge: Can't open new window (multiple windows for multiple monitors)
What genius made it so Bridge 2023 can't do File > New Window? So it's IMPOSSIBLE to have a Bridge window open on multiple monitors? How can I compare two sets of images to each other on dual monitors? This is daily, run-of-the-mill, completely normal, workflow for MANY, MANY professionals... and Adobe just ruined it and made it impossible...
So OK, I'll just install the old 2022 Bridge for my 2nd monitor, then run 2023 (for hopefully some bug fixes, new features, etc.), but guess what? Adobe made it so that's impossible - can't run the 2x different versions at…

Bridge 2023 Hogs CPU even when IDLE
When IDLE Bridge hogs 24% of CPU all of wich is in kernel processes. And I mean IDLE - with previews fully cached.
My system is a 32gb Ryzen 5800x overclocked, i can't imagine the performance on a regular pc.
Also it has become slow and unresponsive to the point that pruning the pictures has become a pain: it's way slower than the previous version.

Sort order has changed
Sort order has changed on Bridge 13.0 (Windows 11).
Previously, the character "_" was in front of numbers in alphabetical sorting. Since Bridge version 13.0, the underline appears after the numbers. How can I reset this correctly?11 votesHi,

Why does the "Reset" button not work in the Bridge Output workspace? It used to work! It will not clear the selected files.
The reset button does not remove previously selected images.

Bad behavior when assigning keywords
If I assign a couple of keywords to an image in Bridge 13.0.3.693 (as well as several other recent versions) and then move to another image, the keyword focus jumps back to the first keyword I assigned to the previous image. I want the keyword selection to remain where it is when a new image is being inspected the way it used to a few versions ago.

Review Mode Crashes Every Time I Use It
Using the spacebar preview or Review Mode causes Bridge to crash every single time when I try to exit the preview/review. Very frustrating! :(
