  1. "NEED MORE INFO" Suggestion - Moderators should require a FOLLOW UP

    It seems that this forum's moderators were not taught to follow up.
    NEED MORE INFO is an option for a Moderator to click but then they forget to actually ASK. What info do they need.

    For example. regarding how their Folders Panel doesn't work with the Magic Mouse.

  3. scroll

    Having an issue while scrolling through folders or images in Bridge in Essentials main screen. The scrolling is very jumpy and appears to be going backward - down when scrolling up and up when scrolling down. System is an iMac running High Sierra 10.13.8. This began with the latest update of Creative Cloud to 2019. I'm also getting a blank smaller window that opens briefly on top of the Bridge screen then vanishes.

  4. scrolling is impossible with a magic mouse

    I was requested to add a video of what it looks like to use a mouse in the folder panel.

    Sorry for anyone that gets sick, i was trying my absolute best to make it move smoothly.

    as you can see this is less than fun.

  5. CAN'T SELECT MULTIPLE FOLDERS IN FOLDER PANEL (CTRL CLICK or SHIFT CLICK)

    Cannot select multiple folders to work with.

    Bridge ver: 9.0.1.216 x64

    Windows ver 7 Home Premium V6.1 build 7601: service pack 1

    EXPECTED ACTION: Select folder in folder panel (click) then use SHIFT CLICK or CTRL CLICK to select additional folders

    ACTUAL ACTION: Highlights 2nd folder and loses 1st (or others) folder (s)

    Example: Cannot copy or move or do any action to multiple folders at a time in folders panel.

    This is as designed behavior.
    Were you able to do this in earlier versions of Bridge?

  6. Folder tree folds up when on network drive

    When browsing folder on the network drive, the folder structures shows for 2 seconds and then folds back to 'My PC' and 'Desktop'.

    With the previous release, I could unfold manually and work like that. With 2019, after a while it folds up again and I have to restart.
