  1. Downloader sort order

    Others have posted similar but to be clear- in the Downloader, why does it sort by most recent day- early to late, previous day- early to late, etc... with no option to change (that I can figure out)? This means if I take 2 photos today and 2 tomorrow and then import them and use sequence number they will be numbered 3, 4, 1, 2 even when their actual chronology is 1, 2, 3, 4. This makes no sense and sequence # might as well be eliminated as a naming option since it's only the sequence within a given day.…

  2. Bridge keeps closing on me

    Working in Windows, and opening Bridge as a standalone. Every time I try and open an image, the App closes on me.
    I have uninstalled and reinstalled the App, and changed my password, and it still keeps happening.
    Help!!!!!

  3. How about not forgetting to answer something useful to requesters?

    We are several people to have obviously the same issue.
    Please go and see this thread that is unanswered since @Hemant answered very stupidly to it.

    Please read CAREFULLY about the reported issue, and then please read carefully about other people's comments on this reported issue.
    And PLEASE, believe what people tell you in these.
    The issue does come from Bridge and not from Drivers or anything else from the client, it is obvious.

  4. Serious LAG when previewing photos at 100%

    Hello, I'm using version 9.1.0.338 of Adobe Bridge. Recently it started acting up when zooming and navigating on photos at 100% zoom. I'm using the latest version of Windows 10 Home, version 1903, installed on 8/15/2019, OS build 18362.295

    I haven't changed anything on my computer (no new software or hardware) and I'm using the same RAW and JPG files on Adobe Bridge, but now, when I zoom at 100% pressing the space bar on the Filmstrip view, there's a lot of lag when zooming and when navigating around photos at 100%. It wasn't like this a couple of weeks…

  5. Bridge fails to register star changes while busy making previews over network

    Bridge fails to register star changes while busy making previews over network. Sometimes command + 1-5 works, most times not while bridge is busy doing other things in the background. I know it is not a network read/write issue, as it worked alright for a time, and nothing else has changed.

  6. Bridge cache generation is blocking work

    Cache generation has always been a numer one issue for me in Bridge. It's performance, its inability to fully utilize system cores. Its contant rebiulding and losing of already build 100% previews.
    Now on top on that you made cache generation modal?!

    So until now I was able to run 2 hour generation in background and keep working in aleady generated folders.
    Now you force me to sit idle and wait for 2 hours?
    Whose idea was that?!

  7. 4K Monitor performance extremely slow

    10.14.4 on 12 core Mac Pro with 48 GB RAM and M.2 HD. 4K monitor and 2K monitor connected to Radeon RX 580 8 GB. Bridge running on 2K monitor behaves as expected. Bridge window moved to 4K monitor and not rebooting Bridge is stunningly slow., taking moments to select after clicking a thumbnail, and scrolling is unbearable.

  8. Adobe Bridge CC Photo downloader doesn't add numbers properly

    Currently running Adobe Bridge CC 9.0.2.219 on a MBP15 Mid 2012. I recently tried using Photo downloader and although it will get the file dates sorted so the images import in the right order, it won't add any sequential file numbering. So instead of file name example_1, becomes example_320. It doesn't seem to want to remember the numbering sequence setting at all. Please solve this, as it defeats the point of importing through bridge at all. If the import function isn't solid, nobody will use the software.

  10. slow PDF files opening (17s)

    Hello, when I have Bridge on, PDFs take a long time to open (17 seconds). When turned off, PDF files open instantly. I use Acrobat Pro DC.

  12. Bridge 2019 get stuck after file move

    Just updated to Bridge 2019 a day ago and ever since if I want to move a file to another folder through drag and drop, Bridge freezes, nothing works afterwards but the menu bar, quit Bridge is not selectable though so only force quit makes the difference.
    Mac OS Mojave, 13'MBP Retina Mid 2014, i5 2.6.

  13. Constantly checks web

    Every time I launch Bridge (and, it seems, other Adobe CC apps) I get a smallish white dialog box with no information other than a circular blue progress indicator. My guess is that it is checking that it is a registered app.
    I was under the impression that it only checked once every couple of months, but this happens with every launch.
    In addition my Internet was down the other day and I was unable to launch Adobe apps as a result. This means that I must always be connected to the web to use my Adobe CC apps. This…

  14. Can't use Bridge and copy/move files at the same time

    I am transferring files off of my computer to a hard drive, and Bridge will not let me use the program while the files are copying/moving. While the copy progress screen is up I can't click on any folders or even scroll. This is a huge bug for me!

  15. Bridge crashes on closing

    I'm working in with Bridge 2019 on a Dell machine running Windows 7. When I close bridge, I get TWO error messages stating that "Bridge CC 2019 has stopped working". I have the same problem with InDesign, but not with Illustrator or Photoshop.

    1. I am using Adobe Bridge CC Version 9.0.0.204 x64
    2. Open Bridge for the first time since rebooting my computer
    3. Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
    4. I open Bridge and I am automatically signed in, or it automatically signs me in in the background
    5. It takes a few seconds while my system completes the sign in process (see video)
