Bridge 2023 Hogs CPU even when IDLE
When IDLE Bridge hogs 24% of CPU all of wich is in kernel processes. And I mean IDLE - with previews fully cached.
My system is a 32gb Ryzen 5800x overclocked, i can't imagine the performance on a regular pc.
Also it has become slow and unresponsive to the point that pruning the pictures has become a pain: it's way slower than the previous version.

Bridge 13 is so damn slow...
Afetr update work with Bridge is so slow and unresponsive. I had no issue on 12, and got pretty fast pc - 12 cores, 32GB RAM, system and Bridge install on nvme, also raw files on nvme, cache 100GB nvme, and still showing miniatures or browsing through pictures is very very slow and painfull.

metadata on mouse hover stick on the screen in Bridge 13.0.0.562 (2023)
Randomly / sometimes the metadata bubble on mouse over sticks on the screen and does not disappear on mouse move. It even stickes there on folder change! Sometimes minimizing and resizing Bridge window solves the problem, but most times I should close Bridge and restart it! VERY ANNOYING BUG!!!
It is the same on a very different computer also, so it's not my PC's fault.3 votes -
Bridge spinning wheel of death is worse than ever
If I save a new PSD to a folder containing (for example) more than 100 other PSDs, Bridge freezes indefinitely, the spinning wheel of death laughing at me as the machine crawls to a molasses speed. When are you going to fix this? Bridge is a mess of performance blockages and freezes. Aren't you even the slightest bit embarrassed?

Extremely Slow performance on Network Drives
I am running Bridge 13.0.3.693 and I have roughly ~43k of photos and MP4's files in a folder. The files are broken into years and then months and span approximately 20 years. These files are stored on Network drive. Some folders have 10 files while other folders may have 500 files.
The performance of Bridge when starting up is ok at first (not great) but after 15 minutes the performance really starts to drop. As time goes on performance continues to degrade to the point where the User Interface is nearly unresponsive. Even the Windows Task Manager flags the process…

Manual sorting in bridge 2023 (version: 13.0.0.562)
Manual sorting: in bridge, if I drag a group of files to another place, the original order is reversed. So for example if I drag files: 1.jpg, 2.jpg, 4.jpg 5.jpg to another position, the order of these 4 files will change to 5.jpg, 4.jpg, 2.jpg, 1.jpg. I didn't have any problems with Bridge 2022.

Can't keep searching for files in bridge whilst files are copying like previous versions - it's annoying as it puts your work on hold

What are you doing to my CPU? Simply sitting on a folder of multiple images results in numerous spinning wheels of death...
What the hell are you doing, whether in the background or foreground, you're consuming vast CPU cycles! The previous version was far more usable...

Lagging when manually rearranging photos
In Adobe Bridge 2022, selecting multiple photos and rearranging them manually was fairly easy. I deal with large batches of files (wedding galleries that total in several hundreds), which are sent to me by third parties. The order of the gallery is important, and sometimes they would get jumbled up because of all the various ways they'd be shifted around (online servers, email, dropbox, thumbdrives, etc). So one of my job functions would just be to manually go through and sort them the best I could, reestablishing the chronology of the event. Sorting them by the automatic filters (date modified…

Bridge 2023 GPU Rendering Bug - Photoshop and LrC all using my gpu on macOS 13.0
Adobe Bridge 2023 (macOS) has GPU rending issues. The preference checkbox for software rendering is greyed out and I can't deselect it. Bridge thinks my driver is out of date. However, both photoshop and Lightroom classic use my gpu just fine. I have a screenshot showing both. I'm running the most up to date version of macOS....ventura 13.0. I have uninstalled and reinstalled bridge. I contacted adobe support and they kept suggesting I update the driver. macOS drivers are built into the OS and cannot be updated separately. As I'm running the latest version, this is clearly not a driver…

Photo importer (Get photos from camera) is messed up in the newest hotosgop Bridge V 13.00.562
Bridge Version 13.00.562. running on my Ventura Macintosh Studio pro silicon, will no longer successfully import images from my SD card using Photo Import (get images from Camera) When I insert my SD card, it shows approx 45 B&W skewed images in the preview window, and asks to start the import process. This worked FINE int he previous version of PS, and I've used this method of image ingestion for YEARS. This new Bridge version has a serious bug in the photo import function.

Batch editing is not working
Batch editing files is not working at all.
An action is made in PhotoShop (up to date version). Several CR3 files are selected and Tools/Photoshop/Image Processor is chosen. Section 2: Save in same location is selected Section 3: /Save as Jpeg /convert to sRGB are chosen Section 4: Run action is checked off and I have selected the action I want to run. I select RUN.
In seconds I get a message (which I have received for years) that says Sorry, I could not process the following files...
I CAN run this action if I put a file in Photoshop…

Loading thumbnails from network share is much slower in version 12.0.3.270
Since updating t version 12.0.3.270 opening a folder and loadding thumnails from a network share is much, much slower. It takes 5-10 seconds before any thumb is shown, even if the directory contains only a few (less than 10) images.
