Bridge crushes every time I work with Camera RAW exporting NEF to jpg. And with rename files. I lost my file once. Please fix Bridge on macOS Catalina! Thank you in advance!8 votes
So super slow that it is unusable. Installed 9.1 and it actually works!8 votes
Recently deleted files and folders continue to pop up again in Bridge. I continue to delete them, yet they keep coming back. I can delete the trash and they still pop up again in Bridge.8 votes
after latest Camera Raw update whenever I use reject label for any files, I am unable to apply any other labels until I reset the preferences. I am using MacOSX Mojave and Bridge CC(2019) with the latest update. I just don't get it why this happen after Camera RAW/Photoshop update.8 votes
Just updated to Bridge 2019 a day ago and ever since if I want to move a file to another folder through drag and drop, Bridge freezes, nothing works afterwards but the menu bar, quit Bridge is not selectable though so only force quit makes the difference.

Photo downloader USED TO show files in the order shot. That is, oldest first, then next, etc. So when renaming and numbering you'd get them numerical as oldest as lowest number, newest as higher number.
Not anymore. Now it shows newest first, so when you rename/renumber you get newest as the lowest number, oldest as the highest number. Please go back to the old way.7 votes
Adobe Bridge Photo downloader used to store my preferences when importing photos, now it just goes back to the original box for import. It used to stores that I wanted the Advanced Dialog by preference, and the folder to store the photos, and the renaming of the files, but now it doesn't...7 votes
The issue has been fixed in the latest Bridge release 12.0
I can't move the crop and have to estimate the crop position7 votes
When renaming Raw+Jpeg files, Bridge gives them sequential sequence numbers, not the same sequence number i.e. Filename001.raw Filename002.jpg NOT "Filename001.raw" and "Filename001.jpg"
New Dell Laptop, latest version on all software, Win 10 Home. First tried yesterday, worked after several tries … now not working correctly at all7 votes
I use Adobe suite on iMac and O.S. Catalina 10.15.1. I've upgraded Bridge to the latest version to 10.0 and every time I delete one or more files (RAW or JPG) it will give me the following error: ""An error occurred during the operation. It is possible that one or more files have not been processed."
Let me know thank you.7 votes
Please try with latest catalina build 10.15.3, issue should get resolved.
When I press the space bar for a full screen preview, I get a fully glitched out screen. Sometimes after a while the image clears up and if I switch to another program and back again it also clears. Also, I cannot take a screen shot of the glitch as it comes out fine. So here's a video from my phone.7 votes
Please update to latest Bridge 10.0, issue should get resolved.
Loses Focus on each photo deleted, returning to the top of the thumbnails :(7 votes
Please install the latest version and check if this is working for you. Thanks.
When I am scrolling through the thumbnails, I will typically delete images I no longer want. The next image in order would then be highlighted and show full size. After the most recent update, after I delete the image, the selection reverts back to the end of the file, and I need to start the scrolling process from the beginning again. Can I get it to work as it did previously ?7 votes
Version 18.104.22.1689, Win 10
Batch rename causes freeze.
Forced quit required.
Repeatable - happens EVERY time.
Uninstall/reinstall does not resolve.
Other bugs in current version
- cannot select first image in a stack when stack is collapsed.
- not all subfolders visible (view set to show folders/hidden/reject files) some folders are visible, sometimes. Not dependent on number of images/folders (ie. not excessive quantity of files) All become visible when "show items from subfolders" checked, though obviously also showing everything in folders also!.7 votes
There is too much space between folders in the updated 2019 version of Bridge, which is just wasted space. It needs to be more compact - it just creates the need to scroll more as less is visible.7 votes
We have made this change for better readability.
In case you wish to get this changed, please post it as a feature request.
The thumbnail bar eats up unneccessary space and does not resize well.
When switching between different views the thumbnails are scaled to the minimum size and not to what was set before. Only resizing the bar restores the previous setting.
The bar also reserves space for the additional info lines - even if none of them are enabled.
On a Full HD screen this clutters up the interface.7 votes

Prior to Bridge 2019 it was possible to create multiple threads of the cache build on different folders. Now, in 2019, only one cache build thread can run. Also, pre-2019 Bridge allowed NOT exporting the cache. I have found in Bridge 2019 that if multiple clients export their cache to the same share point, then other client's cache is messed up and metadata doesn't appear for images. If there is a way to NOT export the cache, I haven't been able to find it. Please allow multiple, simultaneous cache builds from one client and also allow non-exported cache. Basically, just return the cache scheme that existed in prior Bridge versions. I see no advantage to the new cache architecture and plenty of disadvantages and problems. I have seen clients freeze building the cache and then crash repeatedly on import. Plus, it takes FAR longer to export cache and then import it than simply building the local cache. Basically, no work can be done for several days while the cache builds for a couple hundred thousand images.

Having generated previews and doing nothing, the CPU load is 80-100% !!!
When running the previous version, the CPU load is only 1%
At the moment, viewing and tagging photos is almost impossible with such high CPU usage6 votes
Screen flickers every 1/2 second or so when viewing photos in full screen mode. This has been happening for months. Need it fixed please.6 votes
Adobe Photo Downloader can't detect CF Express cards for import on MacOS. (untested on Windows) I've tried with Sony and Sandisk CF Express cards with both SanDisk and ProGrade Digital card readers.
Im sure this has to do with the fact these cards work on pci-e interface. There has to be a way to make this work like traditional flash based storage media. (CF & SD cards)
The ability to use APD for importing images is VERY crucial to my workflow6 votes
CF express card are designed to be treated as external drive, there are many factors involved for such decision one being performance.
Currently, we have limitation of not displaying storage devices in its listing which behave as external hard drives.
We have this issue in our engineering pipeline.
