Launch Bridge → Preferences→ File Type Associations → select the asset type and choose the default program you would like to associate.

If you are already signed in Adobe Creative Cloud or any other Adobe application, Bridge should work fine and not ask for sign in

Please go to the parent folder in Bridge CC 2019 and select "Show items from subfolders", wait for all cache generation to complete.
Now search results should be able to give you complete results

Please reset preferences to resolve this issue.
Start Adobe Bridge and immediately press Ctrl+Alt+Shift (Windows) or Command+Option+Shift (Mac OS) until the Reset Settings dialog box appears.
Select options--Reset Preferences and Reset Standard Workspaces and then click OK.
