Bridge version 12.0.1.246: Batch Rename drop-down menus are broken. Clicking on them does not provide a list of options as expected. Any fields that can be altered cannot be changed back without re-installing/resetting Bridge.
Numerous people have been reporting this bug since January, yet it has not been fixed. Based on posts in Adobe Community Forums, the issue only seems to affect computers using Windows 10. According to forum posts, reverting back to an older version of Bridge fixes this problem. My hardware/software is as follows:
CPU: Intel i9-11900 (not overclocked)
GPU: NVIDIA RTX 2080 Ti using gaming driver version 511.79
Display: Samsung QLED 80R 55" TV running in 4K @ 60Hz
32GB DDR4 RAM
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64bit version 21H2, Build 19044.1526Please fix this bug.

Same issue. Is this a bug? I cannot understand the logic of giving pairs (Jpeg&RAW) individual names. It falses everything. This question is unanswered since the first post.

Batch Renaming Pairs (Not working like it used to in Version 12.0)
In previous versions of Bridge version 11 (or older) if you have RAW+JPEG pairs, you can select only the RAW files and do a batch rename and Bridge will automatically rename the JPEG pair. Apparently, in version 12.0 this feature was either removed or is not working correctly. Just spent some time with an Adobe Rep and we just tried this in both Ver 11 and Ver 12 - This clearly works as it should in Ver 11, but in Ver 12 selecting the RAW file and doing a batch rename only renames the RAW file and will not rename the JPEG files like it did in the previous versions. -

Hi, i tipical photograph Raw and Jpgs and i rename in pairs both jpgs and raws, before bridge renames in pairs with the same number ex 001.RAW and 001.jpg but now it renames 001.RAW and 002.jpg it does not rename in pairs .
Thanks -

Same problem. Putting my issue here in Comments in case it's helpful.
Just upgraded to Bridge 2022. I take RAW & JPG photos as pairs - same photo in 2 formats. I use Bridge daily to batch-rename photos.
Before upgrading to the new Bridge, I could select all paired photos and batch-rename in Bridge, and it would gave the RAW and JPGs that were paired/identical the same name. (with different file extensions of course)
Since upgrading to Bridge 2022, that same process now renders every paired set of files as sequentially numbered files.
So now, instead of the same paired files being named:
Photo1.jpg and Photo1.pefBridge 2022 is batch-renaming those two photos as:
Photo1.jpg and Photo2.pefAdobe, please fix to return to prior method of Bridge giving paired photos same main file name with different extensions.
