Can't manually drag images around in a custom sort order in a Bridge window
When choosing View >Sort > Manually, you can no longer drag images around into a custom sort order. This worked in all previous versions of Bridge. Please fix.

The mentioned issue is fixed in the latest patch release #13.0.1.583, Please install and confirm if that fixes the issue.

Browse in Adobe Bridge 2023 does not work in W10
in windows 10 right click on folder menu does not open new panel if one is already open - this is the main feature of bridge I use so basically whole program is useless now. downgraded to 2022 version. also dark version is not fully dark. menu is light.

every file launches after effects
Since the last update, every file i double click launches after effects for import !
This concerns adobe extensions (psd, ai, ...) and other extensions (pdf, ppt, doc, docx, ...).
Such a pain to see every new update only generates new bugs and no usefull features...4 votes -

Apologies for the inconvenience caused. Can you please let us know the workflow which causes Bridge to crash. Also if you face the crash again, please submit the crash report and share your Adobe ID. This will help us investigate the root cause of the issue.

Can't open photos from Bridge into RAW or PS 2021. Also if you browse Bridge from PS, can't select and open. Defaults to my image viewer.
I have Faststone Image Viewer that I often use to open directly into RAW or PS, depending on whether it's a JPEG, RAW or PSD. If I open Bridge and want to open into PS or RAW (File dependent), it immediately goes back to Faststone Image Viewer. File associations were also incorrect and went back to my 2014 version of PSE. I changed all the associations to PS 2021. There is also an issue with some PS Programs that show up in PC, but not in Programs except for the 2019 version. When I try to delete any of…

Full screen preview in adobe bridge - problem
When i hit spacebar to do a quick image preview and rating... the screen is now pulsing..... almost a subtle flashing which is very exhausting for my eyes...... why is it doing this? .. it is a new issue ....

Batch renaming files
I am trying to batch rename files in adobe bridge (ver. 12.0.1.246) using a computer with Windows 10 OS. The file numbers are changed but the file type is not included. For example: file misc001.CR2, 003.CR2, 009.CR2 become misc001, 002, 003 (no file type).

thumbnails for raw images not displaying
I have tried purging cache
do not process files larger than is currently set to 10000 MB
not seeing preview thumbnails in bridge makes it rather useless
it is working for jpg images, just not raw(nef)

Thumbnails in Content panel skip back to top after deleting file
Version 3.0.0.562. When a file is deleted in the Content panel, the view of thumbnails in that panel skips back to the top.

Bridge 2023 Folder view scrolls back to the top each time after dragging a file (or copying) from the content window to a folder in the tree
Each time I drag and drop (or copy) a file from the content window onto a folder in the folder tree, the folder tree view jumps to the top of the window (scrolls all the way up). My folder tree exceeds the height of the folder window, so each time I do this with a file, I need to scroll back down the folder tree to find the folders I am working on. It is annoying, especially when you have multiple folders expanded and some of them named similarily.

No signal to external monitor after last Adobe update (Bridge, Photoshop, Camera RAW, Premiere)
After last update of Adobe products (Bridge, Photoshop, Camera RAW, Premiere) doesn't work my external monitor. It means, that when I extend desktop at the second monitor, for few seconds it works (2-3 seconds), and then monitor goes off with "no signal". This situation is the same on my desktop computer, connected to additional monitor with DisplayPort-HDMI cable, and also on my laptop, which is connected to the additional monitor with HDMI-HDMI cable.
What is crucial, today, on my laptop, BEFORE installing these Adobe updates, there wasn't any problem with additional monitor.

macOS Issues in Bridge 2020 10.0.1 on 10.15.2 Catalina
I am running Mac OS Catalina 10.15.2 on a 2018 Mac Mini with the Intel UHD Graphics 630 iGPU.
Please see the attached screenshot.
1) Content Panel Labels are all left-aligned instead of centered
2) Thumbnails are low-quality, as you can see they seem to be 1 bit dithered images. This problem seems to go back to at least CC 2018 on Macs with embedded GPU at least.
3) Bridge seems to ignore embedded thumbnails regardless of the option setting so you can't even override with PS-generated thumbs.
4) The Preview is also poor quality unless I force Software Rendering…3 votes -
Adobe Bridge not showing .CR2 thumbnails.
It was just updated to 10.1.0.163. I DID downgrade Camera Raw plugin to the old version. Would this have something to do with it?

Jpeg images displayed at 100% in Bridge slideshow or full screen view are soft
The same images look sharper when viewed in Photoshop at 100% and even when viewed in the Finder. These are relatively small images, downloaded from the internet, that do not need to be resized for display. It makes no sense that they should appear soft when viewed in Adobe Bridge. It makes the software a poor photo viewer.

Template Error
We apply Bridge templates ( replace Metadata) to assets delivered by Freelance photographers. The photographers have already added there own Creator metadata. Our Template usually leaves the IPTC Creator fields untouched, by having those fields unchecked in the template. (screenshot 1)
However we now need to replace the "Creator Email" in the Metadata to reflect our contact as the Publisher. To do this I checked the Creator Email field in the Template and entered our email , other Creator fields remain unchecked (screenshot 2).
However in Bridge 2018/2019 applying this adjusted template results in all the Creator Metadata…1 vote -
Collections Panel does not update on ExtendScript app.createCollection("new collection")
app.createCollection("new collection");
Prior to Bridge v13 (2023), this ExtendScript command would create a new collection and the Collections Panel would update to show the new collection.
Now, the command creates a collection, but the Collections Panel does not update. The new collection only becomes visible after either toggling the Bridge UI to a different Workspace then back, or closing and re-opening the Collections Panel. Please restore the Collections Panel update so new collections are visible when they are created via script, or advise on an ExtendScript workaround to refresh the collections panel after creating a new collection in our script.…

Updated Bridge to v. 14.0.4.222
Selected 180 images, appended metadata - at least that worked
Added keywords, at least 10 images did not have keywords added, needed to rerun keywords
Could not add star rating or label to images either when selected individually or single; in essentials, filmstrip or light table view; or when right clicking image, icon or label ddl.
Closed and opened Bridge 4 times including after rechecking for updates and opening via CC Desktop.
No other apps open in the background on the desktop.3 votes -
Bridge 2023 (13.0.1.583 too) in fullscreen preview always loads images
On pressing the space bar in Bridge shows the higlighed picture in full screen. That OK. When I step to the next image then it loads the next picture to full screen. Tha's also OK.
BUT
I usually play with to neighbour picture when selecting the better one, I mean I switch between 2-3 pictures back-and-forth.
With Bridge 2023 it became a nightmare as it starts "loading" every single time when I step to an other picture, even if it was loaded a second ago!
In previous versions it was a fluent workflow, I could step back-and-forth between the 2-3…1 vote -
