  2. "unable to save the raw conversion settings" in MacOS Mojave

    "unable to save the raw conversion settings" in MacOS Mojave in both Bridge 2018 and Bridge 2019, whether or not settings are saved on internal or external drives. Permissions otherwise fine. Privacy settings changed in System Prefs to allow full disk access to both versions of the App.

  3. Edits don't show in thumbnails

    In the new Bridge (v 9.0.1) the thumbnails don't reveal my edits. I can see that the image has been edited, but the edit doesn't load, or it takes very very long. Even if I click on the image in Filmstrip mode or Preview mode, the image appears as the original raw (it looks unedited). I updated yesterday and it went from slow to not loading at all. I am forced to use version 8.1 which loads very fast.

    Can you please share the file formats and the application in which you are editing these files. Also can you please send some sample files at abseth@adobe.com

    This will help us recommend a resoultion.

  7. Moving Files

    After updating to the 2019 version of Bridge, whenever I move video files to an external hard drive Bridge moves the file but leaves a copy of the video behind. As if it copied it, instead of moved. The thumbnail for the file left behind changes to an icon of VLC, as it's the app I have set to open video files. This gives me an extra step of manually deleting the file. The moved file on the external hard drive is fine, thumbnail and all. When I open Bridge 2018, everything works as expected.

  9. COPY TO fails to copy

    The "Copy to" accessed by right clicking on an image thumbnail and used to copy images to another folder fails to copy anything.

  10. Color inconsistency in output module

    In german version of Bridge CC2018 and CC2019 color in output module is not correct. Viewer is okay, contact sheet viewer darker and oversaturated, PDF horrible darker and much oversaturated. Last time it was working correctly was in Bridge CC 2017. Horrible Bug, impossible to use Output Module. Might be seen best on wide color gamut screens like Eizo CGs.

    It's not Bridge bug but this site bug you find on main page of adobebridge.uservoice.com / Scroll down to see that under Report Bugs there is wrong word used (ideas), while it should be 'Reports' (so not 65 Ideas, but 65 Reports):

  14. Can't click in Bridge

    In Bridge it is not exactly frozen but I can not click in the application at all with results. I can use a drop down but can not click in the application. This is the third time in a row. Force quit again.

    Request you to update to the latest version of Abobe Bridge 9.0.1.216

    In case the issue persists, please let me know the detailed workflow which is causing Bridge to freeze along with OS details.

  15. Image processor won't resize, Files stay same as original regardless of settings.

    Previous versions always resized OK. Can I roll back. Manually resizing 200 JPGs is not good.

  16. bad changes for Bridge 2019 - many errors -

    Bridge 2019 has worsened the classification mode. With the mouser it is almost impossible to be able to go back in a classification, or rather, leave a picture without stars.

  17. can't open files directly from Bridge

    From Bridge, if I try to open an image by double-clicking or hitting <return> I get the following: Previous versions of Photoshop and Bridge worked fine together - doesn't anyone test these releases in the real world before turning them loose?

    Could not complete your request because the file is locked, you do not have necessary access permissions, or another program is using the file. Use the ‘Get Info’ command in the Finder to ensure the file is unlocked and you have permission to access the file. If the problem persists, save the document to a different file or duplicate…

  20. Constantly checks web

    Every time I launch Bridge (and, it seems, other Adobe CC apps) I get a smallish white dialog box with no information other than a circular blue progress indicator. My guess is that it is checking that it is a registered app.
    I was under the impression that it only checked once every couple of months, but this happens with every launch.
    In addition my Internet was down the other day and I was unable to launch Adobe apps as a result. This means that I must always be connected to the web to use my Adobe CC apps. This…
