1. Filmstrip

   When I browse and select my files I usually prefer FILMSTRIP mode and I've always had on the left the folders' panel to navigate into and in the main panel the file displayed enlarged and finally, in the bottom part, the panel showing thumbnails. In this set up the thumbnails in the bottom panel always schroll in orizontal direction by default.
   In these last days I had to switch from vertical to horizontal direction showing, but now I can't modify this feature. Until today I 've changed the showing direction by the panel view/thumbnails. How can I fix this?

2. preview window corrupt

   Recently I have been having trouble with bridge when looking at files on my sd card. They appear corrupt but when I click on a thumbnail and hit the space bar, after it loads the preview, those colors go away and then when I back out out the enlarged preview, the thumbnail is normal.
   
   When I click on the thumbnail and go to camera raw, the image shows normal (sometimes) but then when backing out the thumbnail still has the lines and colors until I hit the space bar.
   When I double click on the preview that appears corrupt, to open directly in photoshop the camera raw window still shows the corruption and when I click open from there, the file shows just like the camera raw preview window...?
   How do I make this stop? Sure I could go through and hit the space bar for every file that looks like that, but that's a pain. Paying for a product that use to work just fine and now in the last couple months its been doing this, is frustrating.

3. Non-ASCII Accented Characters issue in Batch Rename

   Trying to replace accented characters like éèêëàâä… with their ASCII plain-letter equivalent (in these examples, e and a) failed.
   I even tried using Unicode and Regex, but it looks impossible.

4. Bridge 15.0.2.432 "copy path" gives me an error dialog "ReferenceError: vers is undefined34"

   In Bridge, I wanted to use a path to a file elsewhere. I right-clicked to bring up the context menu on the Thumbnail and selected "Copy path." An error dialog appeared stating, "ReferenceError: vers is undefined34."

   Nothing is copied to the clipboard.

6. Full Screen Preview / Spacebar Command on Video Files

   Currently, Full Screen Preview/Spacebar doesn't initialize directly over a video media.

   However, Full Screen Preview does work if you begin on another media type (still image, or any other filetype) and then navigate to video.

   Because of this, it seems there is no performance or technical reason Full Screen Preview can't be directly executed with video media.

   Perhaps this is indeed a bug?

7. Bridge does not work with PSB format metadata

   I noticed that when saving a PSB format file from Photoshop, that Bridge is not seeing the metadata. This would be a Photoshop bug as well, as when I check in Photoshop (File Info), the metadata are not there (sorry, I am referring to the IPTC metadata - camera metadata are indeed there). So, I enter the metadata in Photoshop and save the PSB file. I reopen it to check that it is there, and it is. But when I look at the file in Bridge, Bridge is not seeing the IPTC metadata.

9. Camera raw mask brush disappears when trying to edit masks applied to DNG Files

   If I make a mask (say using the select subject tool) and then try to add/subtract areas from that mask by selecting "brush" then the brush tool disappears when I try to move it over the image... so I cannot see where the brush is or how to move it...

   I don't think the brush is actually working then anyway as I cannot seem to be able to subtract anything even when I manually change the brush size.

   Sometimes it seems to half work and sometimes not. I'd say for sure that using the brush tool to add/subtract from, at least, masks generated by "select subject" is very flaky now compared to how it was in earlier versions. So much so that I am now having to find workarounds rather than tray and work out what the issue is.

   This appears to affect editing of DNG files but not (say) NEF raw files, which I seem to be able to edit as I did before.

   Camera Raw - 17.1
   Intel Mac running Sequoia 15.2

11. Bridge 2025 Loupe & Scrolling sticks still when trying to move slowly.

    Max OSX 15.2 MacBook Pro M4 Max.

    Moving a loupe over an image, when moving slowly there is NO movement at all! This is true if using a trackpad or mouse.

    This also affects scrolling of the content files/images. When scrolling slowly there is no scrolling, zero!

    To move a loupe around you need to move quickly, but then when reducing speed it'll suddenly stick again. So you either have fast movement or none, it's bad.

    Bridge was never like this in early versions, nor should it be now! Fundamental bug needs fixing ASAP!! PLEASE!! Adobe this is 2025 and I'm paying you.

12. "Light Table" mode: Continued high CPU usage

    When using the latest version of Bridge (15.0.2.432) I have noticed that sometimes Bridge has a continued (very) high CPU usage for no reason. I can replicate this 100% (system details below):

    1. start Bridge

    2. enter "maximized" mode for the Bridge app window (so that the Bridge window fills the whole screen)

    3. enter "Filmstrip" mode

    4. go to a folder with more than around 40 images (see below *)
          (I have tested this with both small JPEGs and with large TIFFs, see also about filters below)

    5. Bridge may or may not generate thumbnails and/or previews (does not matter for this bug/problem)

    6. wait until the CPU usage for Bridge falls to its idle level (around 0.1% in my case)

    7. now enter "Light Table" mode

    8. at first nothing happens

    9. cover part or the whole Bridge windows with another app (I used the Task Manager when experimenting)

    10. then bring the Bridge window to the front, so that the Bridge window is fully exposed again (letting the Bridge window get focus)

    11. almost immediately I observe a very high CPU usage level (see attached screen dumps of Task Manager)

    12. while this is going on I can see no disk activity at all generated by Bridge. Bridge seems to consume CPU resources for no apparent reason. This goes on (forever) until another screen mode (like back to "Filmstrip) is selected or Bridge exit.

    *) during my experiments I noticed that when the number of images shown in "Light Table" mode is equal to or less than 36, everything works normal (no high CPU usage). When the number of images shown in "Light Table" mode is greater or equal to 38 however, the high CPU usage occurs.

    Note that normal (low) CPU usage is observed BOTH when the total number of images in the folder is less than 36 OR if filters are applied before entering "Light Table" mode that results in less than 36 images shown on the screen when going to "Light Table" mode (no high CPU usage even with a folder with a large number of images if filters limit the number of images shown).

    This makes Bridge almost unusable in "Light Table" mode (sluggish, PC fans accelerating).

13. bridge folder tree messed up

    Unless in full screen, the folder link tree looks like this. Totally unusable. I have to find the correct folder via finder and drag it to bridge.

14. Cannot shift Capture Time by more than 24 hours, 59 minutes, and 59 seconds

    I copied about 200 photos to my Mac from a camera whose date and time were exactly 1088 days, 3 hours, 21 minutes, and 28 seconds behind the correct date and time. I discovered that the user interface to set the "Date Time Original" field in the Exif metadata only allows the user to adjust the time on a batch of photos by a maximum of 24 hours, 59 minutes, and 59 seconds. I had to adjust the batch of photos by 3 hours, 21 minutes, and 28 seconds, and then tediously go through and change the date on each and every photo individually by 1088 days. The user interface should have a field where the user can also specify a number of days to shift, or failing that, a much larger number of hours (in my case, 1088 days x 24 hours, or 26,112 hours).

15. Cannot open video from Content panel to full-screen preview

    When a video clip, say a .mp4 file, is selected from the list in my Content panel, and I hit spacebar to play it in full-screen mode, nothing happens. This is on my MacBook Pro 16-inch Nov 2023 running Sequoia 15.2.

    I can work around this by selecting a static image, say a .jpg file, that is also in the list in my Content panel, hit spacebar to display it in full-screen mode, and then use the up-arrow or down-arrow to get to the .mp4 file. The video then plays in full-screen mode as expected.

16. Magnifying glass tool shows weird facetted-effect

    Versions of Adobe Bridge: v14.0.3, v15.0.0
    Operating Systems: macOS Monterey 12.7.6, macOS Sonoma 14.7.2

    When using the magnifying glass in preview-window on small images (i.e. 640x400px) it shows a wrong facetted-effect.

    I used Bridge CS6 on El Capitan before - there the magnifying-glass-window was always correctly filled completely with the selected magnification as shown in the attached screenshots.

    It's reeeeally annoying when using it for detail research on several images with different sizes.

17. AV1 Encoded Videos Crash Bridge When Selected

18. Keyword error

    If the keyword assigned to the file contains the Turkish characters "ş ve ğ", these files are not found when written in the search box. I wrote to you before, but no one cared. This problem exists in all your cc versions. I have been experiencing this problem for about 10 years and that is why I have to use the bridge cs6 version. This error does not exist in your macos versions. It only exists in windows versions. I tried it in windows 7,8,10 and 11 and it gave an error. It has nothing to do with the operating system. I think it is caused by an overlooked error in the bridge language files. I currently have the latest version installed, but the same error still occurs. I have thousands of files. If the keywords of these files contain the letters "ş ve ğ", it does not find these words when I search for them. Your customer representatives have connected remotely many times and could not find a solution to the problem. They accepted the problem and suggested that I write it in this section. I kindly ask you to make an update on the subject. Please take care of this problem now. The reason this problem has not been noticed before is that there are no "ş ve ğ" characters in English. No one from Turkey has noticed the problem. If you try, you will easily notice this problem. Assign the keywords "öğrenci" or "eşek" to the file and type these words into the search box and search. You will see that there is a problem.

19. folder not showing up

    I just updated Bridge to version 15.0.1.412. Then I copied a folder of recent negative scans to this computer and opened where the folder should be but couldn't find it in Bridge. I tried moving it around, changing folder properties like sharing to everyone and removing "read only" but I still can't find it. I then created a new folder in Bridge but it didn't show up in Windows File Explorer. I copied a file from the folder Bridge couldn't see to one that it could see (using File Explorer), then checked inside and Bridge doesn't see the file. Very strange. I can edit the files by dragging them into Photoshop from File Explorer but the problem just seems to be with Bridge. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong, or is it a Bridge Bug?

20. When renaming folders, renaming hangs after the 2nd or 3rd single renaming operation

    When creating a series of folders, the naming process hangs after 2nd or 3rd operation. While the new folder is established, it keeps the default German name (Neuer Ordner), but cannot be renamed.
