1. October 2022 Bridge Update -- scrolling issue (Windows 10)

   After the most recent update in Windows 10 (10/21/22) scrolling in Bridge (version 13) now occurs in non-contiguous jumps (i.e., I can no longer scroll through a large image set and see a continuous flow of images). The scrolling action itself is smooth but no longer allows me to scroll through a block more than 10-20 images without skipping to a non-contiguous block of 10-20 images. Quite irritating!

2. Bug Bridge 2023: Info Panel Persists

   I nstalled Bridge 2023 (Win 10, GPU active, River 7i core), and I like several new features. However, multiple information panels open that persists across different applications; they cannot be dismissed. I have attached several examples. They only disappear when Bridge is closed. Sometimes 1, and as many as 5.
   Any ideas?

3. Apertura di PS da CR non funziona. Bridge 13, PS 24.0, CR 15.0 WIN 11 aggiornato

   Dopo l'ultimo aggiornamento non apro il file da CR (nel senso che non si avvia PS. Ho reinstallato sia BRIDGE che PHOTOSHOP, ma niente.
   Se Invece uso Bridge v.12.0.3 funziona correttamente.

4. Pinned keyword filter does not stay pinned when changing folders

   Pin a keyword in the filter panel, then change folders in either the Favorites or Folders panel, and the keyword is no longer pinned - all files and folders are shown.

5. Bridge 13 is so damn slow...

   Afetr update work with Bridge is so slow and unresponsive. I had no issue on 12, and got pretty fast pc - 12 cores, 32GB RAM, system and Bridge install on nvme, also raw files on nvme, cache 100GB nvme, and still showing miniatures or browsing through pictures is very very slow and painfull.

6. Bridge 2023 memory

   After running Bridge 2023 in background on a M1 Studio the memory run full. Then only help killing the Bridge process.
   At this time, I dont know how to reproduce. But it happend several times.

7. CFExpress type B card not recognized by photo downloader anymore.

   Adobe Bridge photo downloader no longer works with my CFExpress Type B cards since the update to 2023. It also doesn't show the card as a source in the drop down list. When Windows 11 tries to autoplay I get an error message "Application not found".

   It worked fine in the previous verions of Bridge.

   The SD card works, and so does plugging in the camera via USB.

8. Blocked access to 'Adobe Bridge Feedback' site.

   Few days ago after I composed my comment and was about to submit it by a 'Post' button, I accidentally clicked it twice. From that unfortune occurrence any time I visit this site from that computer and the others (with similar IP) or just in the same network provider area I see big white page with only one word in upper left corner: 'Forbidden'.

   When I open a site from my mobile phone (where for browsing internet I have other provider), or in my work (again served by other provider) all is okay.

   I guess some security mechanism blocked my access to the site when detected 2 rapid clicks I did to post a comment. Most likely it thinks that was Spambot activity.

   I'm wiritng here because there is no place where I could contact with personel. Can anyone reading it advice what I should do, and if possible send me to Administrator?

   Edit: I cleared the cache but it did not help.

9. Folder panel is not showing folder when image is selected

   The folder is not highlighted when an image is selected. Impossible to know what folder the content is in. (Show subfolders is chosen). As well, unable to use back/forth button on mouse to go from one reviewed folder to another. This feature was working until the recent updates.

10. Bridge 2023 - Thumbnails and Previews not generated for large files

    Bridge 2023 (version 13.0.0.562) not generating thumbnails or previews for files larger than 1GB even though I have the threshold set at 5GB. After purging the cache and restarting it still doesn't work.

11. Bridge 2023 - Far too many bugs to file all separately...

    Come on, developers, the 2023 version is like an early test version...
    Seriously, there are too many bugs in this version to file it separately...

    No what? Should I reinstall every year the old version of an Adobe product, just because the developer team doesn't know how the prior version has worked???

    Here is the list of the bugs discovered just when giving a ty to the new version:

    • Preview focus loss: hit spacebar to preview a file, then click on the other monitor. Bang, you can't return to the thumbnail view, you are stuck on zooming in/out the image. - The Bridge window doesn't refocus itself on the preview image click.

    • Once a panel is undocked to the second monitor, it cannot be docked back anywhere in the main Bridge window. I had this error as a student developer... For a worldwide production app this is unacceptable. Seriously, nobody tested this?

    • "Show folders" is forgotten - Click Edit -> Show Folders to uncheck the folder thumbnails. Then restart Bridge - bang, al folders are still visible. Project managers should be aware of what features actually existed for decades in a prior version, before fixing something that wasn't broken.

    • Awful blue focus frames - it is ok to comply with accessibility features, but this is too much. For example, editing the path now has two differently styled blue frames around the input field!

    • Stray menu separators - separator lines should not be shown in the menus at the beginning and at the end. For example, click the Window menu and you'll se a stray separator at the end of the menu - something is unfinished here, or a developer made a clumsy code.

    • Folder tree and thumbnail list is unresponsive to clicks - this is really bad. Just give a try: having a big file system, just click the > symbols before the folders - randomly the folder won't open, won't close or simply won't respond to clicks... Way too often nothing happens! - I have no words here.

    • So my previous bridge was on a mid-dark theme, with the new install the settings were inherited. But the menu bar and the window's title bar is shining white. I did not find a way to turn these to the theme colors, dark, as it was perfectly ok in the prior version.

    Adobe, me and countless of other people are paying a MONTHLY 50-60€ for this suite, and you hired some amateur developers, who bring a pre-beta version of a rewritten software? This isn't good at all. I have to reinstall every year the older version, at least for 1/2 year, just to wait for the needed bugfixes, then I can use the software for another half year, because another new version comes, packed with amateur bugs!

    Come on, developers, the 2023 version is like an early test version...

12. Bridge 2023 - "Show folders" setting is forgotten

    Adobe Bridge 2023 has a newly introduced bug - it forgets the "Show folders" setting.
    Before v2023, all versions of Bridge retained this setting - if I unchecked Edit -> Show folders, it remained unchecked on the next start.

    I always turn off folders to see only the files. If I need a view of what's in a given folder, I look to the directory tree. Simple and effective view of files.
    Now, as I restart Bridge, the Edit -> Show folders is always checked!

13. Thumbnails in Content panel skip back to top after deleting file

    Version 3.0.0.562. When a file is deleted in the Content panel, the view of thumbnails in that panel skips back to the top.

15. Content Panel - Typing Won't Jump to File or Folder

    Typing the name (or even the first letter) of the file or folder I want to jump to doesn't always work. It'll work once or twice, then stop working altogether.

16. Bridge 2023 - mouse cursor disappears from Bridge window

    Bridge 2023 version 13.0.0.562

    Windows 10 21H2

    NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB

    Two monitors in use

    Hit spacebar to display image full screen on first monitor. Move mouse to put cursor onto second monitor. Hit spacebar to revert to nornal display. Move mouse to bring cursor back onto first monitor. Cursor is not visible over Bridge window on first monitor (but is visible on first monitor outside Bridge window). Bridge has to be closed and reopended to clear the bug.

17. Backward and Forward Mouse Button Navigation in Bridge 2023

    Lost the ability to "go back" and "go forward" through folders using the mouse buttons. Pressing the scroll wheel to the left or right does nothing now.

18. Bridge 13.0.0.562, arrow keys on Mac

    Navigating assets using arrow keys on the Mac doesn't work when the Caps Lock key is engaged, or active.
    When the Caps Lock key is Off, navigating right, left, up and down will work when clicking on any arrow key.

    Mac OS Monterey 12.6.

19. Sort order has changed

    Sort order has changed on Bridge 13.0 (Windows 11).
    Previously, the character "_" was in front of numbers in alphabetical sorting. Since Bridge version 13.0, the underline appears after the numbers. How can I reset this correctly?

20. Navigation issues in Bridge 2023

    There are some things that don't work in version 2023 anymore and that I miss already after one day of use:
    - No thumbnail zoom with ctrl + mouse wheel.
    - No backward function with backspace or back key on the mouse (!!)
    - no more delay for showing quick info metadata
    - no new window with Ctrl + N - instead tabs with Ctrl+Shift+T - let's see if this is better...?
