  1. Preview panel all on one line

    In Adobe Bridge 2024, when I display the files in a folder in the preview panel in grid mode, it only displays them across the top row horizontally, and leaves all other row below empty no matter how the thumbnails are resized. SO, I fall back to AB 2023 where everything displays fine.

  2. Repeted item in favorite dropdown menu

    Hi,
    Every time I go to favorite dropdown menu, all items replicate itself to infinity and maybe even further. I've attached a screenshot to better understand.

  3. Unable to "Reveal in Explorer"

    On Windows 11, with clean install of Adobe Bridge, the right-click option "Reveal in Explorer" instead opens a Window Command Prompt that quickly closes before apparently doing nothing. Included screenshot of what the Command Prompt says...

  4. Deleting .JXL photo also deletes the original raw file and xmp

    When I try to delete a .jxl photo in bridge, it also deletes the original raw file and the .xmp

    Why is that?

  5. copy all ACR-settings should include snapshots

    When I do Edit / Develop Setting / Copy Camera Raw Setting / Paste Camera Raw Setting and Check All the snapshots are not copied

  6. Camera Raw GPU - Error

    When I open my images in Camera Raw directly from Bridge, my external GPU (NVIDIA) is not found and gives me an error (GPU acceleration not available).

    It only works when opening Camera Raw via Photoshop.

    Please fix !

  10. I don't know where to start

    Always... but literally always, after every update, there is another bug, which most likely occurred in previous versions already. Then it gets fixed, only for another one to appear. Recently, I had false colors in the preview, so I updated to another version (I lost track of which one since I tried several). This problem seems fixed, but now the start script for Photoshop is missing. As a result, I cannot use the image processor. It asks for the latest version of Photoshop, which I already have installed. Alternatively, I tried using the 'export to' command and set up JPEG…

  11. There is an error in the GPS conversion

    There is an error in the GPS conversion. There was an error in the GPS unit conversion, and it included "," even though it was a "decimal" number. In addition, even if you input the GPS information displayed by the bridge into GIS, you will not be able to reach the exact location.

  12. Bridge export function does not implement mirroring of picture from Camera RAW

    We are digitizing alot of glas plates in our museum and we use Adobe Bridge for metadata and raw editing. Our problem is when we export the pictures in Bridge (versions 2022, 2023 and 2024) the export does not include the mirroring of the picture we do in Camera Raw, but all of the other alterations made in Camera Raw are included.

    Burmese keywords are not shown in the keyword panel. They are available but not shown in the panel. In the EXIF-Info dialogue they are displayer correctly.

  14. flip, rotate, mirror are not correctly exported consistently - export feature is not trustworthy

    RAW to which one of the following operations has been applied : rotation, horizontal mirroring, vertical mirroring, vertical flip, horizontal flip, will NOT reflect that operation smoothly, continuously, reliably if the Bridge "export" function is used. To be sure that the export happens, you must directly use the INTERNAL export to camera raw.
    It would be helpful if all export/conversion/saving functions were consistent and consistently working.
    Currently, I cannot trust Bridge's "export" function.

    Issue is still present.

  16. Bridge crashes on startup, v14.0.0.102

    Anyone have any ideas of how to fix Adobe Bridge? It crashes every time I open it, after I get a message that says "Error: ParseValue unexpected char".

    I've uninstalled and reinstalled, shut down and restarted, removed all preferences and any previous Bridge files, used older versions of the software, and tried everything in this post: "Troubleshoot Bridge for freezes and performance issues".

    There's nothing about that error message online.

  17. Previews of Jpegs exported from iPhoto are not loading.

    JPEGS exported from iPhoto are not loading in Bridge. Some load but most just hang either with the white jpeg icon or with a black border around it. See attachment for reference. If I click and select the photo, then move off of it, it will load the preview. Have never had this issue with other files or jpegs but just started exporting from iPhoto workflow and running into this issue.

  18. When I click on a favourite, it doesn't show up under Folders until I click on a folder in the Content pane

    I use favourites to go to frequent folders. I go there from the dropdown menu at top left and keep the pane on "Folders." This pane doesn't refresh when I select a favourite – it only does so when I choose a folder from the Content pane. Then I see all the folders at left, as they should be. This is a slight inconvenience, but it has persisted through multiple upgrades and is irritating – I have to find a folder to click on in the Content pane before proceeding. Thank you!

    Version 14.0.0.102
    Star Ratings not working in Adobe Bridge.
    Desired rating not taking no matter the shortcut or mouse click.
    Expected result - star rating applied.
    Actual result - phots remain unrated.

  20. AppleScript does not work in Bridge 2023 and 2024

    Until Adobe Bridge 2022, AppleScript was supported and "do javascript" commands could be executed. This allowed for integration, such as sending Finder selections directly to a scripting process in Bridge.

    However, since version 2023, AppleScript is no longer supported. There is no AppleScript dictionary sdef file in the application bundle, so there is no possibility for it to work. Even if the sdef is ported from 2022, it will not work.
