1. Bridge 2023 Incorrect Compact Cache Warning

   Bridge 2023. When changing panel sizes in workspace it triggers "Compact Cache" warning. Clearly irrelevant, and my cache is properly set and does not require a manual cache compact. Doesn't matter if I say ok anyway. Just does the same thing the next time I change the size of a panel. Not a real problem, just annoying. Have also reset the warnings in preferences hoping it would give me a chance to say "do not show again." But this did not work.

4. Bridge "export to" function not working at all

   Completely unable to export pictures using "export to" function. When exporting pictures, the files go into a waiting queue that never starts. The "export to" function was working fine the day I installed Bridge (8/27/2020) but has not worked at all since the day of installation

5. Bridge develop settings copy-paste broken 15.01.412

   After I enabled extended Ai settings, when I copy and paste develop settings from a raw file to another, the settings don't get applied. I tried many times and I could only paste the settings in camera raw not from bridge. I was focused on the spot removal tool so my main issue was to copy spot removal settings from photos with the same lens. Disabling the new Ai features from camera raw settings seemed to solve the issue.

6. Bridge thumbnail quality is behaving in a way that cannot be normal.

   Version 13.0.3.693

   Windows 11 Pro 22H2

   Explanation on what is wrong:

   No matter what I do, Bridge seems to generate lower quality thumbnails when it processes them. When bridge has a chance to cache a thumbnail, it will always cache an extremely low quality grainy thumbnail that is nearly unreadable. When I prevent it from caching them, they can look ok for a little bit, but inevitably (when I click on them or when it decides to generate thumnbails for a folder), it will cache and extremely bad looking thumbnail.

   I am attaching 2 example files, one of them is the thumbnail before it processes it, and the worse looking grainy one is after the file has been clicked on. This just cannot be how bridge is intended to process thumbnails, they look incredibly bad.

   Note: This is also happening in the preview window if it is set to certain settings and reduced to a lower viewport size.

   How I can reproduce it:

   I use the zoom hotkey on the folder window a few times and it will reload all of the thumbnails into a much more viewable thumbnail, after I click on one it reduces the quality significantly and I need to zoom again to reproduce.

   Version 13.0.3.693

7. Cannot drag files from filename, can only drag from icon - Windows 10 version 1809 + Bridge CC 9.0.3.279

   I cannot drag files from the filename to an application in windows 10 when viewing files in the "view content as details" or in the "view content as list" viewing modes.

   Its a lot easier to have my files laid out so I can see the filename then quickly drag and drop to the application. Bridge does this easily. Bridge is a great alternative for me to Windows File Explorer.

   Unfortunately, it looks like the UI developers missed the part where users can drag from the filename and the icon itself to an application.

   Oops!

   Hope to see it on the next version!

8. ARW and JPG files imported to different (Date)folders when importing from camera Sony A99 II

   When importing RAW and JPG files from my Sony 99 II the two files of the same picture is sometimes sent to two different folders, even though they have the same timestamp. I have different time on PC, but they should still end up in the same folder.

9. Bridge keeps closing on me

   Working in Windows, and opening Bridge as a standalone. Every time I try and open an image, the App closes on me.
   I have uninstalled and reinstalled the App, and changed my password, and it still keeps happening.
   Help!!!!!

10. Adobe Bridge 2020 is UNUSABLE MESS. 100% previews (spacebar) unusable

    To the manager of this project. Please make everyone a favour and resign. Let someone else take over this project. Scratch last 2 years of coding and build on last stable working version from 2018.
    I have made a mistake of installing Bridge 2020 after 2019 fiasco. I thought that maybe maybe after another year this version would be usable.
    I could not believe my eyes - It is actually even worse!
    100% preview is not working - changin photos (cursor) - back and forth - sometimes 100% preview is shows, sometimes some soft version in lower resolution. This applies to 2 files. Keep changing between them you get randomly soft and sharp version.
    I worked as software engineer for 15 year. Never saw such incompetence.

    In Bridge for quite some versions I am unable to export from the output to create a contact sheet...the button is greyed out.

13. Bridge suddenly displays multiples of the same photographs

    When I'm attempting to filter some of my photo's Bridge will work fine for up to 20/30 minutes.
    Then, for no obvious reason, the screen will flicker for a second, then the screen displays multiple images of the same photographs' that I have just sorted through.
    The strange thing is ( and discovered this the first time it happened) if you click to delete the image (I assumed I had saved two copies of the same image) it actually deleted the image that followed the "duplicate" - so, seemingly, it just the images displayed that duplicate, but not the actual image structure underneath.
    I'm using the latest downloaded version of Bridge (as advised by Creative Cloud as of 14th August 2021). I'm on a Macbook Air, also using the latest updated version of MacOS

14. After update Camera Raw 11.3.0.197 not available in Bridge 9.1.0.338, even starting from current version of Photoshop.

    Why is Camera Raw not available in latest version of Bridge but is working fine in latest version of Photoshop. Have tried restarting Bridge from Photoshop several times with no avail.

    Bridge fails to register star changes while busy making previews over network. Sometimes command + 1-5 works, most times not while bridge is busy doing other things in the background. I know it is not a network read/write issue, as it worked alright for a time, and nothing else has changed.

16. PhotoDownloader will not start from Adobe Bridge 2023 or Win11 desktop.

    Was forced to reinstall Adobe Bridge after Windows 11 reinstall. Since install of Adobe Bridge 2023 the PhotoDownloader app will not start. When you plug in a a camera, Windows normally asks what do you want to do and again the link to the PhotoDownloader will not start.

    Tried to start the PhotoDownloader directly and get a message saying could not proceed due to MSVCR100.dll was not found (which appears to be a C++ distribution.....and I have installed the additional software as well). BUT it should have been included with Bridge as I downloaded and installed using the Creative Cloud.

    This is critical as this app is one of the main reasons I use Bridge/Adobe.

17. Bridge does not display special characters and emojis in filename

    Hello!
    Starting in version 2023, Bridge stopped showing special characters and emojis in filenames and folders.
    Could you please fix it?
    The problem is present only in Windows, tested on several computers.
    Everything is fine on the Mac.

18. The "File info" panel enourmously enlarges its fields "Description", "Keywords, "Document title" if you type there some words.

    Bridge: 13.0.2.636

    1. Open any folder with images.
    2. Call "File info" for any image
    3. Fill in mentioned fields
    4. Click "Ok"
    5. Open "File info" for same file
    6. Enjoy.

    Win 10 Intel 64 8Gb.

19. Bridge spinning wheel of death is worse than ever

    If I save a new PSD to a folder containing (for example) more than 100 other PSDs, Bridge freezes indefinitely, the spinning wheel of death laughing at me as the machine crawls to a molasses speed. When are you going to fix this? Bridge is a mess of performance blockages and freezes. Aren't you even the slightest bit embarrassed?

20. Kontaktabzug II über PS CC funktioniert nicht aus Bridge CC

    Photoshop CC 20.0.1, Bridge CC 9.0.2.219 x64, Windows 10;

    Bei Aufruf von Kontaktabzug II aus Bridge mit vielen Bildern (64 im vorliegenden Fall) zeigt der Dialog in Photoshop "0 Bilder ausgewählt". Hat aber schon funktioniert, Ursache und Randbedingungen (wann es geht, wann es nicht geht) völlig unklar.

    Wird de-installiert und die vorhergehende Version (19.x und 8.x) wieder installiert; war nicht perfekt, hat aber zuverlässig funktioniert.
