Bridge won't import images from camera any more?
Last week, I could import all images from my camera (Canon 5Ds and a 650D). Now I cannot import images from either camera? Gets to the import dialogue box and essentially freezes. I need to open control panel to shut it down. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling.. still has the same issue. :(

ACR lists only 16 camera profiles, few only lens profiles after updating PS to v20.0.1
Although all previously files for both sets of profiles are located in C:Program Data, ACR cannot see them, and I have not been able to locate any method of directing ACR to the appropriate folders.

Unable to eject external media from within Bridge
I'm unable to eject SD cards from within Bridge 2019 in Mojave. Right click the drive, click eject...nothing. I have to quit Bridge and eject the media from Finder or the desktop. Had similar problems in 2018, but only with some media. Now, it's every time.

no disk in the drive
My experience is similar to the existing 'no disk' error on starting the application, but the error message states 'please insert a disk into \Device\Harddisk3\DR3
The error message resists attempts to close but, if I wait a short while, the error message will close when clicking 'Continue'.2 votes -
Adobe Bridge CC 2019 sidebar folder view shows hidden files in macOS root directory
In Adobe Bridge CC 2019 sidebar view (left sidebar with folders), some hidden system directories are visible in macOS High Sierra 10.13.x and Mojave 10.14.x.
These folders are for example:
- "private",
- "Network",
- "usr",
- "sbin",
- "cores",
- "bin".
All folders are located in the macOS root directory. Normally these folders are not visible and should be hidden. Hide and Unhide files/folders within macOS preferences is has no effects in Adobe Bridge CC (at least not in the macos root directory).
Turning on/off the "show hidden files" in Adobe Bridge CC preference option has also no effect in the macOS root directory but…

File renaming error
I attempted to batch rename a group of images. New Bridge 2019 removed my labels and ratings, dumped some metadata and put in an Adobe Bridge Temp name to some of the files.

Problems with Keywords in B
I have recently installed Bridge CC 2019 on my mid-2015 MacBook Pro that is running Mojave.
When adding keywords in Bridge the operation often overwrites the “date created” of the file and it is not possible to change it back using the Edit > Edit Capture Time command.
Also, several days after installing Bridge CC 2019, all my custom keywords were deleted, after having been there for about a week. This is very frustrating!

Folder tree folds up when on network drive
When browsing folder on the network drive, the folder structures shows for 2 seconds and then folds back to 'My PC' and 'Desktop'.
With the previous release, I could unfold manually and work like that. With 2019, after a while it folds up again and I have to restart.

Uservoice.com translation bug!
here is the unwatned translation on this site to polish language. When I post something there is showed how long ago that was done. In English that's 'Just now', while translated to Polish it's 'Only now'. It should be just 'now'. So Instead of 'Tylko teraz' you should change that to 'Teraz'.

CTRL ALT V (paste develop settings) not functioning. Have to right click and use drop down menu
Version Bridge CC 9.0.1.216 x64 (November 2018)
Steps. CTRL ALT C (copy develop settings) CTRL ALT V (paste develop settings to selected images.
Op system. Windows 7 + service pack 1
Expected result. Apply develop settings from chosen image to all selected images.
Actual result. Nothing happens at all.
Work around. Have to right click and use drop down menu. Much slower than using keyboard shortcuts. Especially when working with several hundred images at a time, with changes to small batches at a time. Frustrating that it was all working before and now isn't.

We are aware of this issue in Bridge CC 2019. As a workaround, you can use right click options to copy and paste camera raw settings.

Bridge is losing access to photoshop
Bridge loses access to PS. Double clicking athumbnail or right clicking and selecting edit stops working. A reboot fixes things for awhile.

Template Error
We apply Bridge templates ( replace Metadata) to assets delivered by Freelance photographers. The photographers have already added there own Creator metadata. Our Template usually leaves the IPTC Creator fields untouched, by having those fields unchecked in the template. (screenshot 1)
However we now need to replace the "Creator Email" in the Metadata to reflect our contact as the Publisher. To do this I checked the Creator Email field in the Template and entered our email , other Creator fields remain unchecked (screenshot 2).
However in Bridge 2018/2019 applying this adjusted template results in all the Creator Metadata being replaced,…1 vote -
batch rename is skipping xmp files when I rename raw files.
I have folders of raw files, some with xmp files with ACR settings and some without. When I run batch rename processes on the whole folder the .xmp files are not renamed, only the .NEF files, making my settings effectively disappear.

"unable to save the raw conversion settings" in MacOS Mojave in both Bridge 2018 and Bridge 2019, whether or not settings are saved on internal or external drives. Permissions otherwise fine. Privacy settings changed in System Prefs to allow full disk access to both versions of the App.

Adobe Bridge freezes Photoshop layers and keyboard s/cuts not fuctioning
I have Bridge 2019 and the following issues; Opening Bridge/Photoshop results in Adobe flagging multiple plans for my one computer, a continual request with every time I open Photoshop to sign in. The screen freezes with the code WHEA resulting in a forced restart. When I do get it working it operates for a couple of hours before crashing. With some restarts Keyboard shortcuts are not functioning and Layers in Photoshop are inoperable
