prores
Prores 4444 with an alpha does not playback smoothly and sometimes it interprets the alpha weird and places the all white alpha on top of the footage. Have also tried rendering straight vs premultiplied and it still gets messed up. Prores 4444 with no alpha plays back ok. We tested this on mac and windows versions of bridge and the last several versions have all had the issue.

TIFF images added to CC Library are considered as PNG images when lib is used with InDesign or Illustrator
Hi together,
as my title already is telling:TIFF images added to CC Library with Adobe Bridge are considered as PNG images when that library is used with InDesign or Illustrator: The tag TIFF is showing up in the library, but if I place and link the image with Adobe Illustrator or Adobe InDesign the image will be "converted" to PNG with transparency. Always. Tried all kinds of TIFF images, all saved with PhotoShop: 1-Bit, Grayscale, RGB, CMYK, with color profiles applied or not, with transparency or without, with layers or without. Every time's the same: A PNG file is…

AE 2019 Preset Previews STILL do not play--8 months later
...but I finally see the freeze frames now for the first time since the advent of CC 2019.
Please rectify this: Bridge 2019 has been broken for more than 8 months. To quickly preview presets I have resorted to using Bridge 2018 or applying/undoing.
Thanks.

Bridge prevents screen saver and sleep on Mac
Several of the Macs in our studio are running the latest version of Mojave, but the screen saver never comes on and the Mac's won't automatically sleep when they are supposed to.
I did some investigation and it turns out that it is Adobe Bridge that is causing the problem (see attached image).
Please fix this as soon as possible! Screen savers and sleep are designed to protect hardware and save power and Bridge disabling this is shocking.

Bridge Crashing or Becomes Unresponsive
I posted a while back when the new 2018/2019 Bridge came out in November. It was full of bugs for us from slow loading to crashing, etc. Now although the load seems to have picked up speed, I'm getting random crashes. We avoid Lightroom as it doesn't fit our Journalistic workflow, but Bridge isn't helping matters when we are trying to sort, tag and rename and it locks up.

Adobe Camera Raw grayed out in Bridge for formats other than RAW files.
I'm using the latest version of Bridge CC (9.0.3). The option to Open in Camera Raw is grayed out for jpg, png, tif. But, it works fine with raw nef files. It seems the problem came with the recent update as it used to work fine. I tried resetting preferences and installing recent older versions of Bridge 9, but the problem persists.

Images in the Library when zoomed beyond 50% becomes a single line instead of row by row
When viewing the images in the Library panel -
when the zoom bar (- .... +) at the bottom of the panel is 50% or less the images are displayed row by row. When the zoom bar is above 51%, the images become a single line.
I prefer scrolling down than left to right.
Thanks

Downloading and "Getting Media"
I am unable to download photos from my Canon Camera to my storage drive using Adobe Bridge. I cannot transfer photos at all, even though Bridge selects device to capture images. I can view them in Bridge, but I cannot save these photos. How can I proceed with this program if it will not capture "media" or obtain selected photos? Please any instruction would be appreciated.

Bridge fails to register star changes while busy making previews over network
Bridge fails to register star changes while busy making previews over network. Sometimes command + 1-5 works, most times not while bridge is busy doing other things in the background. I know it is not a network read/write issue, as it worked alright for a time, and nothing else has changed.

Add Support for Canon EOS R Raw files (.CR3) in file type associations
The new Canon Camera Raw format .cr3 is not in the Adobe Bridge file type association
When selecting a batch of .cr3 files, press Enter and Photoshop will not be processed in batches like .cr2

Bridge CC 2019 crashes when I open certain folders
I have a few folders inside which I keep images I have dragged from websites as inspiration or research. These are usually jpgs, pngs, gifs or pdfs. After updating past CC 2014, Bridge crashes a few seconds after opening. Everything else seems to function. Even after sorting the files into separate folders for file type, each one crashes Bridge. Not one single update after 2014 seems to work. I'd run that version alone, but it's missing the image processor now...
I've tried re-jpg-ing the files into a new folder to sort out any possible corruptions with no luck. Even finder…
