Thumbnails for 10-bit video not loading
Nice about Bridge was that it created thumbnails for 10-bit video files (from my GH5 camera).
CC 2019 is NOT doing that anymore. At least not after setting a custom cache location on internal SSD (that was reset to default folder without warning, meaning that all thumbnails now have to be regenerated).

Feature Request: Better video support
Right now, the video playback window is not using the available screen space. 1080p and 4k videos are shown in a tiny preview window and are not using the available screen space, even in fullscreen mode. Why not use the hole screen/panel space available?
Video playback is slow. Why not build the playback engine of Premiere into Bridge?
The width of the video playback bar is tiny. Why not use the hole width of the preview panel?
I'd like to quickly scrub through videos like in Premiere and also being able to use my Jog Wheel.
Being able to set…

Cordialement1 voteDear User,

signing in
- I am using Adobe Bridge CC Version 9.0.0.204 x64
- Open Bridge for the first time since rebooting my computer
- Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
- I open Bridge and I am automatically signed in, or it automatically signs me in in the background
- It takes a few seconds while my system completes the sign in process (see video)
- I have uploaded a screen capture video
This only happens the first time I open Bridge after rebooting my computer, and it is not a huge issue, but is something that I don't see on any of the other updated Adobe CC products.

Photo Downloader doesn't have an option to skip files that have already been downloaded on previous runs.
Would love to have a tick-box that would turn such an option on or off.

Folder displays on darker background than the interface
Folders display on a darker field than the interface. They should be on the same background as the interface. Same with all icons.

File renaming error
I attempted to batch rename a group of images. New Bridge 2019 removed my labels and ratings, dumped some metadata and put in an Adobe Bridge Temp name to some of the files.

@ bridge
In Bridge 2019, no metadata field you can write the @ symbol using the keyboard. Using ASCII code yes. The same happens with the € symbol.

Bridge 2019: Locked thumbnail grid changes its icons-across setting when F2-renaming a file
(This bug existed in Bridge 2018, and is still here in 2019)
When the thumbnail grid is locked to e.g. 10 icons across, and the window is then resized, the number of icons across remains 10. Expected behavior so far.
But if you now rename a file with F2, the number of icons across jumps to a different number, even though the Thumbnail-grid lock is still on.
It's as if the rename process forces the grid to momentarily disengage in the background, re-distribute the thumbnails to the current window size, then re-engage.
Interestingly, it seems to work as expected if…

Can't drag files directly from Downloads in dock (Mac)
The downloads folder in the dock is probably one of the most used folders on our Macs. Dragging a file directly from there into a folder on Bridge causes the most recently copied file to be copied again, not the file you've dragged from Downloads. This means every time we need to copy files from Downloads to Bridge, a Finder window must be opened.
This bug has been around for a while, was hoping it would be fixed in CC 2019.1 voteThank you for reporting this issue.

Metadata Sidebar
The descriptor column in the new version of Bridge is too wide, causing the data column to be too narrow to be usable on the smaller screen of a laptop. Can you make those columns resize-able, or adjust them in a future update?
