1. Star rating from nowhere

   I have never used the star rating feature but some pictures in my folders have 1 to 5 stars.

   Is it a bug or are they filled by something in the cloud from Adobe Stock ?

3. The pointers to the hierarchical structure of keywords are no longer in the right place

   Windows 10 and 11
   Step to reproduce : NA (Random)
   When working with bridge, selecting files, opening in ACR and/or PS , back to Bridge . . . the Keyword pannel sometimes changes with the pointers to the hierarchical structure of keywords are no longer in the right place.

4. Stack Manipulation

   When managing stacks eg. promoting one particular file in a stack to be the top file or even just creating a stack, Bridge 2023 crashes

   The Manage Cache menu option is still missing from the Tools menu.
   Has this feature been removed from Bridge?
   It is still referenced as a feature in the documentation.

6. Bridge: Can't open new window (multiple windows for multiple monitors)

   What genius made it so Bridge 2023 can't do File > New Window? So it's IMPOSSIBLE to have a Bridge window open on multiple monitors? How can I compare two sets of images to each other on dual monitors? This is daily, run-of-the-mill, completely normal, workflow for MANY, MANY professionals... and Adobe just ruined it and made it impossible...

   So OK, I'll just install the old 2022 Bridge for my 2nd monitor, then run 2023 (for hopefully some bug fixes, new features, etc.), but guess what? Adobe made it so that's impossible - can't run the 2x different versions at the same time (yet I can still run InDesign 2021 -needed for certain clients stuck on 32-bit macOS's-, and InDesign 2023 at the same time... so why? What gives? Why can't I do that with Bridge as well?)

   P.S. "Undock" in Bridge 2023, which pops-out ONLY a 2nd thumbnail window, is NOT a substitution. I need the completely separate metadata panel, and totally separate folder tree on the left – which this can't do...

7. Bridge V.13 doesnt allow me to work with several windows (Missing Ctrl+N)

   I couldnt use the latest version of Bridge because I want to continue using several windows at the same time. I don't want to work exclusively with tabs; these could be a good feature, but most of the time I need to use 3 or 4 windows at the same time to make faster my job. This option isn't available in the latest version... I'm missing Ctrl + N. Hopefully in future versions of this software the engineering team could incorporate again this option.

   it seems that even after our 2 hour long meeting of all the bugs and things adobe needs to address they still do not care.

10. Issues when viewing an image after pressing spacebar.

    After pressing spacebar to examine a photo for sharpness or defects very often when pressing space again to move around the image it just drops back to start position. No matter what I do it just drops back and I can not examine the photo.

    The screen also flickers alot in fullscreen mode.

11. What are you doing to my CPU? Simply sitting on a folder of multiple images results in numerous spinning wheels of death...

    What the hell are you doing, whether in the background or foreground, you're consuming vast CPU cycles! The previous version was far more usable...

12. batch photoshop

    The option to open photos via "batch - Photoshop" does not work after updating. None of the actions available under "Tools - Photoshop" work. Bridge keeps asking to update Photoshop ("Install latest version of Photoshop to continue") even though I already did.

14. Bridge 2023

    Two screen devices, PS, Bridge open on the first screen, and the second screen displays other software, the mouse cursor cannot return to Bridge, and cannot continue to operate BR. This Muti has already responded, but there is no improvement.

15. PhotoDownloader will not start from Adobe Bridge 2023 or Win11 desktop.

    Was forced to reinstall Adobe Bridge after Windows 11 reinstall. Since install of Adobe Bridge 2023 the PhotoDownloader app will not start. When you plug in a a camera, Windows normally asks what do you want to do and again the link to the PhotoDownloader will not start.

    Tried to start the PhotoDownloader directly and get a message saying could not proceed due to MSVCR100.dll was not found (which appears to be a C++ distribution.....and I have installed the additional software as well). BUT it should have been included with Bridge as I downloaded and installed using the Creative Cloud.

    This is critical as this app is one of the main reasons I use Bridge/Adobe.

16. Slideshow Freezes

    After viewing a half dozen images the slideshow freezes and the image starts to flicker. I have to manually hit the space bar twice to go to the next image. I have a MacBook Pro with the M1 chip. Prior to the latest bug fixes I did not have this issue.

17. Moving files from Bridge

    Windows 10 and 11.
    Bridge 13.0.1.583 and previous ...

    After postprod, when moving a RAW 'NEF' file from working directory to 'DONE' directory, the result file 'Jpg, Psd, Tif . . . ' is moved too ! ! !
    Even if it in not selected !

    Step to reproduce :
    1) From Brdige, double click on a RAW file in the Working Directory.
    2) In Camera RAW do the adjustements and open it in PhotoShop.
    3) In PS, finish the postprod . . . and save the file on same directory.
    4) From Bridge move the RAW file to the 'Done' Directory.
    ===> The result file (jpg, tif, psd . . . ) is moved too, even if it is not selected.

    .) If you start to move the result file (jpg, psd, tif . . .) from working directory to the 'Finished' directory it works ! ! ! Only this file is moved ! ! !
    Strange it isn't it ?

    . ) Sometimes also, after saving the file from PS, and returning to Bridge, we see that 2 files are selected (blue outline) : The 'NEF' file that we double-clicked to open, and his neighbour . . .

    Windows 10 and 11.

18. CACHE ALWAYS RESETS TO 5 GIG 13.0.8.1.583

    No matter what I do, ACR cache ALWAYS rests to 5.0 Gig. I've tried a dozen different ways to reduce the size. NEVER happens. Always running cache in the background. Hating it more every day.

19. Pane focus not changing/keyboard navigation woes

    When selecting a folder in my favorites, then typing part of a file/folder name to go to an item in the content pane, the item will be selected, but the blue border to indicate focus is still around the favorites pane. So, if I use the arrow keys to go to the next item in the content pane, it goes to the next item in the favorites pane. The folder pane has different functionality. Selecting a folder in the folders pane and then typing or using the arrow selects a new item in the folder pane and doesn't affect the content pane. There is also no way to navigate to or change focus to the content pane using the keyboard. The mouse must be used to change the focus to the content pane.

20. Bridge 2023 GPU Rendering Bug - Photoshop and LrC all using my gpu on macOS 13.0

    Adobe Bridge 2023 (macOS) has GPU rending issues. The preference checkbox for software rendering is greyed out and I can't deselect it. Bridge thinks my driver is out of date. However, both photoshop and Lightroom classic use my gpu just fine. I have a screenshot showing both. I'm running the most up to date version of macOS....ventura 13.0. I have uninstalled and reinstalled bridge. I contacted adobe support and they kept suggesting I update the driver. macOS drivers are built into the OS and cannot be updated separately. As I'm running the latest version, this is clearly not a driver issue but an issue with bridge since two other adobe programs are using this same gpu.
