  2. Folders view cronology broken in Bridge 13

    It's making a schoolboy error that didn't happen before. 1, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 2, 20... etc

  3. Batch Rename in Milliseconds Bug in v2024 (14.0.0.102)

    Mac Ventura 13.7

    When batch renaming using the Date/Time > Date Created > Milliseconds metadata on JPEG or NEF files containing millisecond metadata, the value is ignored and 000 is incorrectly used instead.

    I was able to get this to work once, but it now no longer works on the same files after numerous quit/restart of bridge or computer reboots.

    In the end, I had to write a javascript batch rename to accomplish the task:

  4. Photo importer (Get photos from camera) is messed up in the newest hotosgop Bridge V 13.00.562

    Bridge Version 13.00.562. running on my Ventura Macintosh Studio pro silicon, will no longer successfully import images from my SD card using Photo Import (get images from Camera) When I insert my SD card, it shows approx 45 B&W skewed images in the preview window, and asks to start the import process. This worked FINE int he previous version of PS, and I've used this method of image ingestion for YEARS. This new Bridge version has a serious bug in the photo import function.

    Current folder moves out of view after certain operations.
    Actions that trigger this bug:
    - Drag a file from the content pane to a folder in the Folders pane.

    - Move a folder to another folder.

  6. KeyWords from previous versions not recognized

    Bridge V 13.0.0.636

    Bridge do not recognize KW from a file created with a previous version.
    They are shown under : "Other KeyWords"

    It's boring ! ! ! !

    Moreover the Bottom slider has been forgotten by the developpers, when the lenght of KeyWord is bigger than KW pannel.

  7. Unable to Select Multiple Files with Shift Key

    CONTENT PANEL BUG BRIDGE 13.02.636 SELECT MULTIPLE FILES WITH SHIFT OR CTL. YOU MUST CLICK ON FIRST FILE THEN CLICK FOCUS OUTSIDE OF CONTENT PANEL AND THEN RETURN TO CONTENT PANEL TO SHIFT CLICK LAST FILE TO SELECT ALL.

  8. HELP 'paste' function in right button drop down menu missing in latest Windows version of Adobe Bridge - WTF

    You used to be able to copy and paste files using the right mouse button's drop down menu when working within Adobe Bridge. You could select several files in bridge, right click and select copy, and then select a different folder and right click on that folder and you could then 'paste' the files you copied into that folder. Paste does not even come up as an option now. I assume this is a mistake as this is a complete pain in the *ss. Currently you can only paste into an empty spot in the…

  9. Bridge 14.0.1.137 changes sort order changes when ungrouping stacks and other operations

    (1) When using stacks to group/organize photos/videos with Bridge 14.0.1.137 with "Sort Manual" selected, the sort order of the stacks and ungrouped pictures would change after certain operations. For example, when modifying the description field in the IPTC metadata for multiple objects, the sort order would change mixing up both stacks and ungrouped objects. Needless to say, this is the anthesis of organization.

    (2) When expanding stacks (ungrouping), the thumbnail object remains at the original location of the stack and ALL THE OTHER objects are placed at the end as shown in the attached screenshot--note the one "King's Rooms" item…

  11. Using brackets for structural-only keywords causes typo when applied

    According to the Bridge help page here:

    https://helpx.adobe.com/bridge/user-guide.html/bridge/using/keywords-adobe-bridge.ug.html

    ...I should be able to create keywords for “structural purposes” only. (i.e., They won’t be applied to the file; they are there just to group related sub-keywords in the Bridge Keywords panel.)

    I’ve just tried to do this by renaming some existing parent keywords and enclosing them in brackets. Every single time, when I hit enter to commit the change, Bridge adds an extra bracket to the end.

  12. Bridge is Unusable

    Menu bar does not respond/no drop downs, space bar does not open an image for preview. Error windows keep popping up. I have latest updates on Mac M1 Pro.

  13. Can't drag files directly from Downloads in dock (Mac)

    The downloads folder in the dock is probably one of the most used folders on our Macs. Dragging a file directly from there into a folder on Bridge causes the most recently copied file to be copied again, not the file you've dragged from Downloads. This means every time we need to copy files from Downloads to Bridge, a Finder window must be opened.
    This bug has been around for a while, was hoping it would be fixed in CC 2019.

  15. Sometimes not completed loaded CR3 files in Canara Raw

    I have lately sometimes problems with CR3 files in Camara Raw. Red blocks are visible on the edges of the photo as if the file is not completely loaded. This does not appear on the JPG files.

  16. Memory card AUTOPLAY fails

    Windows 11 22H2, Bridge 2023 - Autoplay for memory cards set to Import into Bridge 2023. When memory card inserted, an Error window appears- "Application not found". This also happens if Autoplay is set to 'Ask' and the Bridge option is selected.

    Note that starting Bridge and selecting File/Get photos from Camera... works fine.

    I would suspect an error in the Windows Registry, but just a guess.

    On opening Bridge CC 19 the attached message appears and takes quite a few clicks to eventually close the program.

  18. Get Files from Camera now fails ....

    Nov 18, 2022 PS 24.0.1 Update installs new Bridge scripts. Now the Bridge Get files does not launch the photodownloader. And as before, the AUTOPLAY Download to Bridge 2023 still produces the Application not found error.

  19. Cannot import photos from Bridge using the camera import button, or the menu dialogue. They both do absolutley nothing.

    Tired of the constant Bridge/Photoshop issues. Impossible to even import images from camera or CFast cards using your software. And to think I pay for this nightmare each month!

  20. Takes FOREVER to resolve thumbnails, count ratings, etc. Often duplicates thumbnails.

    Initially landing on a folder with lots of tif files takes forever to resolve. Ratings take even longer. Often Bridge duplicates a preview, and when you select it, both the original and copy are highlighted. However, if you use the Photoshop Image Processor to convert it to a jpg for example, it makes two images, appending a 1 to the copy.
