    The mentioned issue is fixed in the latest patch release #13.0.1.583, Please install and confirm if that fixes the issue.

  3. Backslash Downward Slash key Crashes Bridge

    The backslash/downslash key crashes bridge. I believe this key has been used in the past to show a before and after when using Bridge Raw masks and specifically brushes. Now the application appears to crash if you accidentally push this key. I just lost a lot of work with Raw brushes because Bridge crashed and did not save my work.

  4. bridge keeps loggin me off

    Adobe Bridge 10.1.1.166 on Windows 10/64 - italian,
    that's the THIRD time.
    After a camera-raw batch conversion (-->TIF) bridge closes even it this is an unwanted behaviour and then when I restart it asks for Adobe User/password

    ... seriously? EACH TIME? And with a crash???

  5. Moving Files

    After updating to the 2019 version of Bridge, whenever I move video files to an external hard drive Bridge moves the file but leaves a copy of the video behind. As if it copied it, instead of moved. The thumbnail for the file left behind changes to an icon of VLC, as it's the app I have set to open video files. This gives me an extra step of manually deleting the file. The moved file on the external hard drive is fine, thumbnail and all. When I open Bridge 2018, everything works as expected.

  6. "Undo Delete" restores wrong file from Recycle Bin.

    Bridge 11.1.1.185

    Delete an image.
    Do Ctrl-Z or click Undo.
    Bridge restores an image with the same name in a different folder which was erased previously.

    Windows 10 Home 21H1

    Expected the correct file to be restored

    Actually restored a completely different file which was erased previously in a different folder with the same file name

  7. Thumbnails not appearing in Bridge

    Installed Bridge 10.1.1.166 and my thumbnails of tiff photos are not appearing and my CR2 RAWs are taking ages to open and sometimes not at all. Im running High Sierra on a Macbook Pro 17" mid 2010 2GHz 8GB memory. Any ideas what is happening? Never had a problem before I updated Bridge and High Sierra.

  8. Bridge 10.0.0.124 Cache is not working at all

    I'm actually speechless. It is beyond my imagination how Adobe can release unusable version. To reproduce:
    - Generage cache for some folders and subfolders.
    - wait 2 hours
    - turn off laptop, disconnect external drive go to work
    - attach drive turn on laptop
    - run bridge - go to foder with pre generated cache
    - bridge starts generating thumbnails again

  9. Bridge 14.0.3.200 is slow/laggy on OSX

    We have been running Bridge for a number of years at our photo studio. Over the past few months, Bridge has been running excessively slow. Tasks like sorting through thumbnails in Essentials view are laggy. Moving from one thumbnail to the next has a delay associated with it. We are running top-of-the-line Mac Studio workstations. We're not sure why the performance of Bridge has suffered recently, but we strongly urge Adobe to kindly look into this matter.

  11. Constant Crashing, Bridge 14.1.2.300

    I now can't do anything with Adobe Bridge without it crashing. For example, just. opening the app and clicking on a favorites folder. I have reinstalled twice, once keeping preferences and once without. I'm running iOS 14.6.1

    Bridge is unusable and this is very frustrating.

  13. Get photos from camera in bridge

    I am having an issue uploading images from my Nikon D7500. I opened Bridge, obtained images with no problem. I disconnected my camera, shot more images, connected my camera again and the "Get photos from camera" in Bridge icon does nothing. I closed and reopened Bridge, still not able to upload images. I clicked on the grid style of how to view images and clicked again on "get photos from camera" and it opened immediately. I have RAW images. I never had this issue prior to the new update. I will say that the images that I choose…

  14. Bridge 13.0.4.755, disappeared "tools --> photoshop" menu item

    Windows 10 always updated, Bridge 13.0.4.755 (AND lasta beta version)

    in official 13.0.4.755 disappeared tools --> some menu, expecially PHOTOSHOP menu.
    that menu though in the Beta version is there, only if I use the item, then inside photoshop it doesn't work.
    So anyway I can't do batch processing using photoshop actions starting from bridge; great.

  15. cache update issue

    Bridge 2020: I save 2 copies of post-processed photos, 1 psd which preserves all the edits and, in a different folder, one jpg. Often, I re-edit a psd to adjust one of the effects, save it (over-writing the previous psd), and then save a new jpg (over-writing the previous jpg in the jpg folder). Almost 99% of the time, Bridge does not update the thumbnail and the preview of the jpg unless I purge the cache for the selected jpg.

    This problem occurs no matter how many photos (50-2500) are present in the psd or the jpg folders.

  16. Adobe Bridge says I'm not logged into a Creative Cloud account

    Title. Can't see my libraries in Adobe Bridge for this reason. I'm logged in in Creative Cloud, and all other apps. Can work with my libraries in other apps (such as XD). Tried logging out/in again, restarting mac, reinstalling bridge, nothing works.

  17. Mouse changes when in Bridge window

    I have my pointer set to XL as windows default. this carries through in PS and AI however when I use the bridge the pointer size drops by 50%. Please correct this bug to maintain the same pointer as windows default.

  19. "Camera Raw editing is not enabled" error appears when trying to copy-paste settings in Adobe Bridge 2023

    When trying to copy-paste edit settings on Adobe Bridge 2023, I get the message "Camera Raw editing is not enabled; Camera Raw requires that a qualifying product has been licensed" even though I am subscribed to a Photography Plan, and have not encountered this issue before.

    Currently, I am able to open the RAW file (from Adobe Bridge) in Camera RAW, and copy the settings from there, then open the file where I want to paste the settings to and paste the settings there, but no way to copy a setting in Adobe Bridge, then select multiple RAW …

  20. Content panel file selecting using keyboard bug

    Bridge 13.0.3.693
    Apple Mac Studio
    Ventura 13.3.1

    When in the Content panel you can type a file name and it will take you directly to that file without having to use the search dialog. This is very useful when a folder contains hundreds of files. The problem is if the file name has a - (dash/minus) character, pressing the - key doesn't actually type the character. This also doesn't work with the = key on a standard keyboard or + key on a keypad.

    A file typed "123-456.psd" would show up as "123456.psd" and Bridge is unable to find…
