Can not delete files!
I just reviewed a photo shoot of 1000+ and wanted to delete about 500 of them. Bridge freezes everytime I try to delete them all at once.
Tried it several times now, does not work. This has never happened to me before the 2019 version came out!

Can't type numbers while batch renaming
(on Windows) Selecting few files -> Tools -> Batch rename
In New Filenames section can't write any numbers - they change the star rating and label of the selected files below the window.
In the old Bridge this was working fine, and I would like to avoid having to press Ctrl while normally changing the rating/label.
ALSO: While batch renaming in the Preview section at the bottom, no special characters are displaying (including the allowed ones, like for example &)

Some views no longer available in the topmost button bar
In earlier versions it was pssible to enlarge the topmost button bar with the view buttons. Since version 9 the bar is fixed and cannot be altered by the user. Some of the views (such as the light table) even do not have shortcuts which also cannot be customized. The user now has to choose from the drag down menu which is not convenient and a step back compared to earlier versions in terms of usability.

Adobe Bridge Version 12.0.0.234 has rotation image bug in Windows 10
Hello, I just updated to the latest version of Adobe Bridge Version 12.0.0.234 (for Windows 10). While using I just discovered that this latest version has a rotation image bug.
While in Adobe Bridge, images are rotated when pressing Control+ Left or Right Bracket. The images appear rotated in Bridge. When the same images are now double-clicked and opened in the latest version of Photoshop version 23.0.0 (for Windows 10), the images are not rotated. This problem did not exist in the previous version of Bridge. Please resolve ASAP. Neil

Crop tool in Camera Raw no longer working (5-23-21)
I have always cropped my images in camera raw, but it no longer works. With a raw image open in camera raw, if I click on the crop tool icon in the upper right side of the screen, handles appear on the corners and mid point of the image. But when I try to click and drag one of the handles inward to crop the image, a box appears in the middle of the screen, and the image zooms to 100% size. There is no way to use this tool anymore. I have tried for several hours to find a…

Bridge doesn't read CFexpress cards
Bridge 11.0.1.109
insert CFexpress card into reader, nothing happens, image downloader ignores new card.
Windows 10, version: 20H2, OS build:19042.867
Expected: Bridge download images popup should open with new images showing to download
What happens: Nothing
I have to manually download the images and rename, catalog, set backup etc...myself.Adobe claims this is a 3rd party module issue. Bug is within Adobe's SW regardless of third party status, ergo, Adobe is responsible for resolving this bug. Please don't ignore this any longer.

Bridge Batch Rename Bug
The batch rename function is failing to rename any files that have been previewed in Bridge.
So when trying to batch rename all the files in a given folder, the first one tends to fail as it's auto started a preview, and now Windows 10 is considering that file to be in use / protected from having changes made to it.
Infact, I can't manually rename the file in Windows either, until I shut bridge down to releasse it from that protection, allowing for changes to be made to the file.
It's a real annoyance as I'm doing batch renames…3 votes -
Bridge 2021 displaying jpg previews very bright and the color is wrong
I was working on some .psd files from bridge and exported them to .jpgs from Image Processor. In Bridge the .jpg files produced are displaying too bright and with incorrect color.
I tried emptying the cache, resetting and refreshing the preview and thumbnail preferences and exporting the .psd files with different settings and nothing has corrected the display issue.
Bridge 11.0.1.109, Photoshop 22.3.0, macOS Big Sur 11.2.3
I've included a screenshot from Bridge and from Photo Mechanic to show that the .jpg files are previewing properly in other software
3 votesHi,
As per the attached screenshots, it seems there are some camera raw settings applied on the images when you are viewing it on Bridge, could you try the following steps on the images and see if it shows you the correct previews:
- Right click on image
- Select Develop Settings → Clear SettingsPlease check and confirm if that resolves the issue for you.
Thanks,

Photo Downloader
Photo Downloader in Bridge does not recognize the Sony CFExpress Type A Card Reader on my Mac. It displays as No Device Found even though the device is recognized by the computer and I can view transfer files outside of the bridge application.

Adobe Camera RAW 13.1 is so unbelievably slow, can't work at all!
On MacOS Big Sur v.11.2.1
MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, mid-2015)
Processor: 2.8 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7
Memory: 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
Graphics: AMD Radeon R9 M370X 2 GBSince updating to the latest version of Bridge and Camera RAW, I have barely been able to work at all on adjusting images, and before I was able to adjust tons of images at once in Camera RAW. There is definitely something wrong with how this update was rolled out, because it just keeps eating up memory exponentially more and more, until the whole system becomes bogged down. I've tried…

Adobe Bridge is very slow after updating.
Adobe Bridge 11.0.0.83 is very slow, and it is taking my computed down. It's using 23GB of memory just to show What's New.

Photo Downloader keeps resetting
Downloader does not retain settings between sessions. I have to input all my previous settings again before I am able to download new photos. Also, the file numbers keep resetting so it's hard to keep track of the current filename.

Camera Raw Spot Removal Tool Causes Crash
Camera Raw crashes before saving any edits when I use the spot removal tool multiple times. This started with the new 2021 Bridge update. It is also slower loading things. It has happened a few times already in one day.

Key is (wrongly) translated as "note" (music key) on french
On the "what's new" screen in Bridge 2021, I was stuck for a moment wondering what "stars and label with unique music key" meant.
indeed, it was supposed to be "stars and label with unique key(stroke)"
in French, a keyboard KEY is "une touche".
a musical KEY is "une clé".You have 2 titles wrong, see capture.
titles should be "Note par touche unique" and description title should be "Notes et étiquettes à touche unique"

Creative Cloud libraries error, "To use CC libraries, you need to be logged into a CC account."
Although I am logged into my CC account, I continue to receive this message in Bridge. Fairly annoying. I like working in Bridge, and would enjoy seeing my CC libraries. I thought the update would fix the issue, but alas, the situation remains unchanged.
