  1. Camera Raw not launching when selecting "Open in Camera Raw"

    Camera Raw not launching when selecting "Open in Camera Raw" for RAW & Jpeg files from Adobe Bridge. Currently running Bridge v 14.1.0 Camera Raw v 16.3

    Same issue in Photoshop when selecting "Camera Raw Filter ..." Running Photoshop v 25.9

  2. No preview for GIF files

    Bridge version: 14.1.2.300, 15.0.0.397
    OS: Windows 10 (version 10.0.19045.5011)

    Steps:
    1. Create a document in Photoshop (ex. 800x1200px) and save as GIF.
    2. Click on GIF file in Bridge.

    Expected: Preview is shown in preview pane and full screen after pressing space--only a generic placeholder (see attached image).

    Actual result: No preview is shown. Other files in the same folder work as expected (PNG, JPG, HEIC, DNG).

    If I right-click on the thumbnail and choose Purge Cache for Selection, a preview will appear in the preview pane (but nothing full screen), but if I click off of the GIF and…

  3. Find function does not work in the folder

    When trying to find specific files in the folder the search results comes to 0 even I can see that the files are in the folder and they meet the search criteria's

  4. Color Profile: Untagged

    Since the most recent update of Bridge 14.1.2 and now 14.1.3, Bridge is not reading the embedded color profile of any RAW files. The metadata shows them as Untagged, and if I try to open the RAW file with Bridge, Photoshop will not recognize it as a color image and open it in B&W. However, if I open a RAW file without using Bridge, directly to Photoshop, it opens correctly. I was hoping the update to 14.1.3 would fix the problem, but no luck.   5. Photoshop Script Turning JPGs Blue on Export

    Version of Adobe Bridge
    15.0.0.397

    Steps to reproduce the issues
    Tools-->Photoshop-->Image Processor
    Bridge asks to install Photoshop script

    Operating System
    Window 11

    Expected result
    JPGs should be as viewed on screen

    Actual result
    JPGS have a pale blue tint

    Optional- Upload your File or Video

    This still happens even after I disable the script in Bridge.

    This still happens even when I don't go through Bridge. Now when I export directly from Photoshop through "saves as," the image still has blue tint.

    I have to reinstall Photoshop to get it back to working correctly (no blue tint).

  8. Photo Downloader Crashes

    I'm running macOS 12.7.6. Ever since I upgraded my iPhone to iOS 18, Adobe's Bridge Photo Downloader will crash unless I am extremely quick on starting the "get media" process. It means that I do not have time to cannot select files or options.

  10. Recent Adobe Bridge HEIC metadata editing issue

    I’m using Adobe Bridge as a stand-alone software to add and maintain metadata of photos that I save in a Finder folder structure. I’m not using Photoshop, Camera Raw or other Adobe applications.

    Until recently, I was able to add metadata to HEIC files in Adobe Bridge that originate from my iPhone or that I created out of RAW files from my Nikon DLSR in Pixelmator Pro. For whatever reason, it’s no longer possible to edit the metadata of HEIC photos which I previously edited via Adobe Bridge. It’s still possible to see them (except in the ‘Keywords’ Panel) but…

  11. Photo Downloader Issues.

    I’ve been having a lot of issues with Photo Downloader recently. First when I open Photo downloader it will see the card but not files. I’ll refresh it, then It will show 328 files. Then I refresh again and it will show 787 files. Another refresh 1351 files, another refresh then it will show 2025 files. But oddly when I use finder and select the folder and go to get info it will say the folder contains 2026 files. I don’t see any text files in the folder just images, so I’m not sure if one Image is missing? The…

  12. Photo Downloader crashes when a CFExpress card is selected.

    Photo Downloader crashes when selecting a ProGrade CFExpress card reader connected to my Mac Stuidio.
    And, cannot load pics even in Photoshop (CFExpress drive appears momentarily and then becomes invisible).

  13. Broken app.refresh(); in v2024 (14.0.0.102)

    Calling app.refresh(); is broken, at least in Mac Ventura 13.7

    Update:

    When only performing a rename on selected files, the refresh doesn't work, so the new filenames aren't visible until manually refreshing.

    However, if I also save the existing names to the preserved filename metadata field before renaming, the refresh works.

  14. Workflow - JPG Export - portrait to landscape orientation

    OSX 15.0
    Bridge v14.1.2.300

    1. Take a .DNG file shot in portrait orientation
    2. Create a workflow to export .JPG with 2048pix
    3. The orientation should not be changed
    4. BUG: the exported file will be changed to landscape orientation

    I crosschecked with different pixel size and formats, the Bug is only in one workflow with 2048pix, I send the workflow attached, nope sorry xmp or zip upload is disabled so here are the screenshots of the workflow

  15. Workflow - Export JPG - Star Rating is missing

    OSX 15.0
    Bridge v14.1.2.300

    1. Take a .DNG file and give it a 1 Star rating
    2. Create a workflow to export .JPG
    3. The star rating should be transfered to the jpg export
    4. BUG: the star rating will be removed

    I crosschecked with .TIF export, here the star rating will be transfered as expected

  16. Spacebar preview filename text doesn't respect display scaling

    The spacebar preview panel doesn't respect the display text scaling when showing the filename.

    In Windows Settings, set System > Display > Scale to 200%
    In Adobe Bridge, now all of the filenames and text are nicely scaled larger.
    1. Press spacebar on a photo to preview
    2. Press ctrl-2 to give a star rating
    3. Notice that the filename in the lower left corner is tiny

    Expected: the filename should respect the system settings and be scaled by 200%.

    Updated Bridge to v. 14.0.4.222
    Selected 180 images, appended metadata - at least that worked
    Added keywords, at least 10 images did not have keywords added, needed to rerun keywords
    Could not add star rating or label to images either when selected individually or single; in essentials, filmstrip or light table view; or when right clicking image, icon or label ddl.
    Closed and opened Bridge 4 times including after rechecking for updates and opening via CC Desktop.
    No other apps open in the background on the desktop.
