  1. The up loader does not show previews for Sony Raw files for the DSC-RX10M7 or the AR7IV cameras. It is possible to view these files in Brid

  2. Adobe Bridge CC 19 - keyword search does not show all possible results. CC 18 does!

    The search function in CC 19 does not work properly and partially it leads to no results at all. In CC 18 all relevant files are shown. Really crappy.

    Hi,

    To solve this issue , please generate cache for all sub folders by going to the parent folder in Bridge and then go to View menu option and clicking “Show Items from Subfolders” .
    Wait for all cache generation to complete, now go to search and try to find items.

    Please let us know if the issue persists.

  3. Selecting Multiple Photos to Reorder, it Reverses all the Images

    Using the updated release Adobe Bridge 2023 Monterrey OS. When you select multiple photos (Shift Click 2 or more photos) to rearrage (sort order is Manually), they are placed in reverse order.

    The mentioned issue is fixed in the latest patch release #13.0.1.583, Please install and confirm if that fixes the issue.

  4. custom export not starting in custom workspace tab, only putting export on wait list

    Custom export is only working in the standard workspaces. In my saved custom workspace it is only putting the batch on a never starting waiting list.

  5. Adobe Bridge 14.0.1.137 search don't work

    Search engine don't work with any criteria (labels, rating, keywords).
    If we have this and more ways to label the work, it sucks for not working. Anyone with the solution to this?

  6. Sub Folders no longer visible as a drop downs under master file

    Just made the jump to Catalina.
    I use Bridge a LOT to sort images. One feature appears buggy.
    Sub folders used to be indicated with a little ">" on the left side of the master folder. Which was awesome b/c I could click on the ">" and the sub folder(s) would drop DIRECTLY below the master folder.
    In the attached images, the folders directly below "399 Episodic" ALL have subfolders in them, yet no ">" is next to the master folder. Interestingly, that is also the case with the "400 Episodic" master folder. ALL the sub folders have sub folders…

  7. Duplicate RAW files on import..still!

    This isn't an idea.. except for please fix this bug!
    Others claim it has been fixed for a while (see Adobe forum), but I'm not seeing that. I just installed the latest Bridge 2023 beta.. and it's still there.
    This renders Bridge useless for downloading pictures from my Canon EOS 5D Mark IV.

  9. Blocked access to 'Adobe Bridge Feedback' site.

    Few days ago after I composed my comment and was about to submit it by a 'Post' button, I accidentally clicked it twice. From that unfortune occurrence any time I visit this site from that computer and the others (with similar IP) or just in the same network provider area I see big white page with only one word in upper left corner: 'Forbidden'.

    When I open a site from my mobile phone (where for browsing internet I have other provider), or in my work (again served by other provider) all is okay.

    I guess some security mechanism blocked my…

  11. Batch rename not always correctly parsing milliseconds from .nef files

    Version: 10.0.2.131
    .NEF with Date Created in File Info: 2020-01-24 16:08:56.6 -06:00
    gets parsed to: 20200124160856000 - i.e. drops the ms.
    Then, other files (taken during the same second) can conflict due to the same bug, creating more naming problems (i.e. same file name with (1) appended).
    This is a new bug since 2020-01-19

    Expected result: 20200124160856600
    Actual result: 20200124160856000
    Level of bug: Important (as long as it gets fixed relatively soon)

  13. Cannot cursor up or down in Metadata Description panel

    This behavior has changed - in the description panel, I can only use right/left arrows to move the cursor, where I used to be able to move cursor up or down as well.

  14. New Export function - generate wrong photoshop feathers

  16. Timestamps change when moving files between drives

    In Windows 11, when moving files between drives/partitions within Bridge, the Created Date system timestamp gets changed to the current time.

    This does not happen when moving files between drives within Windows Explorer, although it did in previous versions of Windows (not sure about Windows 10).

  17. Br CC (on Win10 64-bit) wont convert HX99 .arw files to DNG during import. .arw files from A65 convert OK.

    I hope you can solve a minor problem in my environment, please.
    Win 10 64-bit Adobe CC - all apps and systems up to date.
    .arw files from Sony a65 convert OK to .dng with Bridge Import.
    .arw files from Sony HX99 DO NOT CONVERT to .dng with Bridge import - they remain as .arw
    The only error is "nn files were not converted".
    All my search enquiries result in hits about Lr and ACR or converting files already imported (into Br).
    HELP! please.

  19. Enhanced .RAF support generates .DNG with large blank blocks iMacPro, Fujifilm XT1 Raf file

    The new enhance RAW file support when processing a Fujifilm .RAF file on a late 2013 MacBook pro generates .DNG files with large blocks of blank (solid black) space in the image. It appears as some processes do not complete and leave the image not fully processed.

  20. Bridge 2023 Folder panel needs an additional click to focus

    Folder panel needs 2 clicks: one to focus and a second to make a selection.

    In past versions the panel is always active. I feel like 2023 is a beta.
