Updated to 11.02 on Bridge. Now the Filter panel is blank, even though the filter selection types are checked.

So I just reinstalled 11.0.2 so I could take a screenshot and the Labels filter is available again.
So either this was fixed in a minor update (I see it is 11.0.2.123) or it was just one of those things.
Either way, it's time I’ll never get back.

I had the same issue.
After updating to 11.0.2 the Filter panel does not show Labels. The setting for Labels is selected in the list of filters but the panel does not show them.
I ‘solved’ it by rolling back to 11.0.1 and everything is back.
