Crop vertical flipping results does not display on preview (space bar) thumbnail is correct
The crop tool has a rotate and flip option. I used the vertical flip option. The image properly flipped. After clicking on Done the thumbnail properly displays the results, however, when selecting the thumbnail and using the space bar the image is not flipped. (v 13.1) The image displays properly when opened in PS.

I have the same issue, had it for years, and finally decided to post about it.
Canon 5DIV CR2 Files: If in ACR I flip the image horizontally, bridge thumbnail is correct, but bridge preview is flipped vertically instead. If in ACR I flip the image vertically, bridge thumbnail is correct, but bridge preview ignores it.
Sony NEX-5N ARW Files: If in ACR I flip the image either horizontally or vertically, bridge thumbnail is correct, but bridge preview ignores it.
JPG ACR changes work correctly.
Issue occurs only in Bridge SW Rendering Mode. In HW Rendering everything works, but HW Rendering introduces other issues.
Looks like Adobe acknowledged this is a reproducible issue over a year ago, can we get a fix please!
