We are sorry about the trouble that you are facing.
Can you please send the crash report? The option comes when Bridge crashes. You can also send logs to us present in Library/Application Support/Adobe/ Bridge 2021/.

Could you share the following details about the issue:1. Bridge version
2. What Monitor are you using? Also if you can tell us about it's color profile
3. What do you mean by normal viewing size. Does this mean viewing inside Bridge in it's preview panel with no zoom? Similarly does 100% viewing means full screen preview in Bridge?
4. Original raw file
Please share the sample file/files on which you are observing the issue at sharewithbr@adobe.com

The fix is now available in production released version 14.0.2.191. We would love for you to try it out and share feedback.

Can you please try to install Camera Raw 14.0.1 (latest). They have fixed a rotation bug in this dot release.
