Hi,
We are seeing very old version of Camera Raw in the screenshot. Have you explicitly installed ACR#11.4 on your machine. Can you install the latest version of ACR https://helpx.adobe.com/in/camera-raw/kb/camera-raw-plug-in-installer.html

Sorry for the inconvenience. Can you please share some information to help us identify the issue.
- Bridge Version
- System Configuration
- Bridge Text size, Bridge User Interface Scaling
- Monitor display settings, resolution
Meanwhile, Can you please try following workarounds to get it work:
- Change monitor resolution (try on smaller resolution)
- Select the dropdown and use keyboard up/down key for selection.
