  1. Files with AI-generated smart masks will not open in PS from Bridge

    After the latest update, any of my raw files where I've used smart masks (i.e. select subject) refuse to open in PS. I hit Open and simply nothing happens. If I delete the smart mask and add a non-AI mask, the same file will open just fine. If I open the same file directly from Photoshop, it will open up Camera Raw within PS and then open in PS just fine. It's only trying to open from Bridge that's the problem. Bizarre! Any fixes? Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the latest versions of both Bridge and PS - no luck.

    The mentioned issue is fixed in the latest patch release #13.0.1.583, Please install and confirm if that fixes the issue.

  2. Bridge 2019 Can't copy all Keywords when files have multiple values/keywords.

    In Bridge 2017 you used to be able to copy all the keywords, even when the files have multiple/different keywords.

    now when there's multiple values/keywrods (and they're not all 100% the same) in Bridge 2019, the keywords in the file info just show blank; even though the files actually have keywords.

    It would be nice to be able to copy "all" the keywords of all the files currently selected.

  3. Bridge 2023

    關於 Bridge 2023
    1、PSB大圖，產生縮圖速度太慢。
    2、RAW 檔在ACR調整後，在Bridge中，開發設定/清除設定，無法及時反應。
    3、檔案夾排序與Windowsvu相反，這不是習慣問題，而是製造困擾。
    4、dng、cr2 raw檔，在Bridge 的連接，莫名其妙消失，要重新設定。
    5、在中文模式下，按 SPC鍵無法全螢幕放大，要改回英文模式方可。
    6、PSD無法正常瀏覽縮圖，時有時無。
    7、中文版功能表，變成英文字。

  4. Adobe Bridge CC Photo downloader doesn't add numbers properly

    Currently running Adobe Bridge CC 9.0.2.219 on a MBP15 Mid 2012. I recently tried using Photo downloader and although it will get the file dates sorted so the images import in the right order, it won't add any sequential file numbering. So instead of file name example1, becomes example320. It doesn't seem to want to remember the numbering sequence setting at all. Please solve this, as it defeats the point of importing through bridge at all. If the import function isn't solid, nobody will use the software.

    We are aware of this issue and will be fixing in next release of Adobe Bridge.

  5. Bridge & Downloader not working

    2 Issues following Catalina 10.15.7 update:

    1. Downloader does not appear when I attempt to offload images from Sony XQD/SD Card Reader
    2. Bridge will not open my photo files in External HDs & those HDs are NOT used for Time Machine purposes.

  6. 'Date Created' updates made in Bridge do not show from Windows Explorer or Google Photos

    I have updated the 'date created' for a group of photos using Bridge,. These photos now show the new and correct 'date created' when viewing them in Bridge.

    However, in Windows 10 File Explorer, the 'date created' still shows the wrong date. Also if I load the photos to Google Photos, the 'date created' still shows the wrong date. Google and Windows Explorer both show the same wrong date, not showing the updates made in Bridge.

  7. Bridge export function does not implement mirroring of picture from Camera RAW

    We are digitizing alot of glas plates in our museum and we use Adobe Bridge for metadata and raw editing. Our problem is when we export the pictures in Bridge (versions 2022, 2023 and 2024) the export does not include the mirroring of the picture we do in Camera Raw, but all of the other alterations made in Camera Raw are included.

  9. Metadata Sidebar

    The descriptor column in the new version of Bridge is too wide, causing the data column to be too narrow to be usable on the smaller screen of a laptop. Can you make those columns resize-able, or adjust them in a future update?

  11. custom metadata panel doesn't allow copy and paste

    Using the Adobe Custom Metadata extension, you can't copy or paste text from fields like a bag or single text. You can select the text in the relevant field, but copy/paste acts on the selected image instead. This causes the user to duplicate images instead of trying to copy a metadata value from one image to others.

    This massively reduces the useful of using the panel in conjunction with AEM or for any QA workflows.

  12. Bridge does not display my files

    Bridge does not display my files on MacBook Pro 2021, I have to close and open it multiple times until finally my files are shown.

  13. Deleting of image files not working in bridge 2020, incl. via move to trash function. Files keep reappearing.

    This started with the first version off bridge. It works in 2019 version. Error message reads that some files may not have been processed The file temporarily disappears from bridge, but reappears later.

  14. After file deletion and selecting other ones Bridge loosing my selection and selects his own files

    Light Table Panel=> Here is what I stuck with.
    While I on Light Table Panel in "Content" window:
    1. Selecting several files
    2. Delete selection by RMClick ->Delete
    3. Files dissapear
    4. I have a plenty of time (several seconds) to select ANOTHER FILES
    5. Bridge LOSING MY SELECTION and SELECTS SOME OTHER FILES. ))))

  16. Batch rename not working in pairs on DNG & jpg files.

    I almost always photograph in RAW and JPG at the same time. The Batch Rename was not working so I did an update... problem solved for most of my cameras - Canon and Olympus. But for my DJI files, DNG it is not working.

  17. Renaming same raw+jpeg files names files in sequence #1,2,3 ... not 1,1,2,2,3,3...

    When renaming Raw+Jpeg files, Bridge gives them sequential sequence numbers, not the same sequence number i.e. Filename001.raw Filename002.jpg NOT "Filename001.raw" and "Filename001.jpg"

    New Dell Laptop, latest version on all software, Win 10 Home. First tried yesterday, worked after several tries … now not working correctly at all

  18. Unable to import photos via Bridge after v13 update

    Since the latest update Adobe Bridge is not able to import any photos. It does not recognize the Sandisk SDDR USB with my files.

  19. Bridge Crashing or Becomes Unresponsive

    I posted a while back when the new 2018/2019 Bridge came out in November. It was full of bugs for us from slow loading to crashing, etc. Now although the load seems to have picked up speed, I'm getting random crashes. We avoid Lightroom as it doesn't fit our Journalistic workflow, but Bridge isn't helping matters when we are trying to sort, tag and rename and it locks up.

    Version: 9.0.3.279 x64
    *Cache is compacted and purged daily
    Lenovo i5 6th gen desktop
    16G Ram
    1TB drive (always 60-80% free space)

    We update the Ap every chance we get in…

  20. FILES DONT OPEN IN PS WHEN DOUBLE CLICKED OR DRAGGED, NOR WHEN DRAGGED FROM FINDER TO BRIDGE ICON ETC.

    FILES DON'T OPEN IN PS WHEN DOUBLE CLICKED OR DRAGGED, NOR WHEN DRAGGED FROM FINDER TO BRIDGE ICON ETC. Copying doesn't work within windows, reveal file doesn't work either. I updated both Br and Ps, its still broken.
