1. Bridge 2020 (MacOS) unable to deal with semicolon in folder names

   Bug report: Bridge 2020 on MacOS does not work properly with folders that contain semicolons. For example, when you try to open Camera Raw on a DNG (inside a folder name that includes a semicolon), it comes up with an error message saying the file may be read-only (when it is not). Additionally, if Bridge is re-started, it 'forgets' the previous folder location if it has a semicolon in it and goes back to the default folder.

3. Camera Raw 12.0.0.322

   Very slow response in both Bridge 2019 (updated) and Bridge 2020. Purging the cash helps only a little.. I'm using as an home PC - Intel nuc7i7bhn PC, 32 GB installed RAM, Windows 10, which I bought less than two years ago, and except for this issue, I'm very happy with my PC.

   Please let me know how can I use older version of Bridge 2019, for which the corresponding Camera Raw version will suit my PC configuration and performance.

4. Dragging from Dock downloads is dangerously broken! (Mac)

   Yes I've posted this before, but it's been so long now and Adobe still haven't fixed something that should only take minutes...

   Please see the following scenario:

   1. User copies FILE A from Bridge to somewhere else (eg. email)
   2. User goes to a different folder in Bridge
   3. User tries to drag FILE B from Downloads folder in MacOS Dock to Bridge into this folder
   4. FILE A is moved into the folder instead!!! <—- this is the bug
   5. User deletes FILE A from this folder thinking they've accidentally dragged the wrong file

   FILE A IS NOW GONE FROM BOTH FOLDERS – if this is on a network drive it's deleted permanently!!

   PLEASE FIX THIS DANGEROUS BUG WHICH HAS BEEN AROUND FOR YEARS!!!!!!!!!!

5. Thumbnails are clipped to transparency

   With PSD files that have transparency, I notice the bounding box of the files are getting clipped to the edge of transparency. This happens with or without Tiles being turned on.

   Why is this happening? Please tell me it's a bug and not a "new feature".

6. merge to HDR not working in Camera Raw 11.4 from Bridge

   A few weeks ago I updated to the latest versions of Photoshop, Bridge, Camera Raw, and Lightroom. My version of Camera RAW is 11.4.0.273. Since this updated I have had trouble merging images to HDR. When I launch from Bridge Merge to HDR will not merge more than 4 images in an exposure bracket series of images (1 stop apart). It will give me the message "Error, The operation could not be completed" if I try to merge 5 or more images. It will merge any 4 images in a series - first 4, last four, every other one, etc, - but only four total. Sometimes it will merge more than four in some bracket series, but I do not know why it works on some series of images and not on others. I can see no difference in file size, types, resolution, bracket exposures.

   I did not have this problem before the latest camera raw update. It always merged all images even if there were 9 images in the series.

   I am using CR2 raw images from the same camera that I have been using for the last few years. I even tried converting the images to DNG and I get the same problem - camera raw will not merge to HDR more than 4 images in some bracket series.

   I am using a Windows 10 Pro computer with the very latest updates, My video card driver is also updated with the latest drivers.

   I like using the Merge to HDR function in camera raw so I am disappointed in this development. I have seen a couple other people in the forums have a similar problem but I see no solutions given. If this cannot be fixed I am thinking of rolling back the update to the prior version if I can.

7. Issues when changing views in Bridge

   I've just migrated to OS Catalina on a new MacBookpro and trying to use Bridge to review images. I'm running into a problem, when I switch views to either SlideShow or Review Mode, Bridge screen freezes as it goes to full screen mode. It appears to be an intermittent issue as I tried to repeat it right after - and it took a few try's before it happened again. Not sure exactly what I'm doing to. cause it, but I've uploaded a video with the issue. ESC unfreezes the issue.

8. Batch rename doesn't work with multiple sequence options

   Bridge 10.0.2.131

   See screenshot. On at least mac0S 10.15.1, using a 2nd sequence option renames the file with ^SEQN^ instead of the variable.

   The preview version of the filename is ironically correct.

   This has worked in every version of Bridge I've ever used before this.
   Seriously, this stuff is just embarrassing, there is clearly no regression testing going on here at all.

   Prefer embedded broken in Bridge 2020. This has been broken since 2018 release. No matter what Bridge will load thumbnails even when "Prefer Embedded" is checked.

10. adobe bridge brake down

    Hallo, früher konnte ich aus der Bridge heraus mehrere Fotos als einezelne Ebenen in PS öffnen. Dazu musste ich die Fotos makieren, dann "Werkzeuge" anklicken, "Photoshop" auswählen und dann "Dateien in PS-Ebenen laden" anklicken. Diesen Befehl gibt es nicht mehr. Weiß jemand wo er hingekommen ist???? Statt dessen gibt es den Befehl "Sammlung in PS verarbeiten" und der funktioniert nicht. Es kommt eine Fehlermeldung. Wem bitte passiert das auch? Hat einer eine Lösung oder mache ich etwas falsch?

13. Renaming a jpg file also causes the raw file with same name to rename.

    Bug:
    Example: Renaming IMG8023.jpg. However, IMG8023.cr2 also renames.
    To rename, I select the filename in the Content panel. The filename highlights. I change the name (add to the existing name: "InstrumentIMG8023."). Both IMG8023.jpg and IMG8023.cr2 rename simultaneously. FYI, I created the .jpg from the raw file - the jpg was not camera generated if it matters.

15. TIFF images added to CC Library are considered as PNG images when lib is used with InDesign or Illustrator

    Hi together,
    as my title already is telling:

    TIFF images added to CC Library with Adobe Bridge are considered as PNG images when that library is used with InDesign or Illustrator: The tag TIFF is showing up in the library, but if I place and link the image with Adobe Illustrator or Adobe InDesign the image will be "converted" to PNG with transparency. Always. Tried all kinds of TIFF images, all saved with PhotoShop: 1-Bit, Grayscale, RGB, CMYK, with color profiles applied or not, with transparency or without, with layers or without. Every time's the same: A PNG file is placed and not the TIFF image that I stored in the CC library.

17. BUG "selection box lines" appear randomly over Bridge 2020 interface

    Random & spurious solid line and dashed line boxes appear over the entire Bridge 2020 interface display when closing out of windows such as Camera Raw or full screen preview. Not consistently repeatable, boxes go away when the window is minimized to the background or a new Bridge window opened. Bridge 2020 10.0.1.126 MacOS 10.13.6

18. Right click to open in PS or AI not there anymore

    With the upgrade to Bridge 10.0.1.126 and PS 21.0.2 with CC the right click to Open in PS or Open in AI no longer appears. There is still Open in Camera Raw and at the bottom it still has Place in After Effects 2020. Under Tools there are still Photoshop and Illustrator pop out and they still work, but there is no Open In even there. The Open in PS from the right click or anywhere else for that matter is one of the key things to use Bridge for. With this feature missing it seriously impacts Bridge. I have rebooted, restarted Bridge, and checked all updates on CC. I am only running the recent versions of each program, though originally CC was showing multiple versions of several programs.
