  1. New Folders in Bridge cannot be renamed

    Mac Big Sur /Adobe LRcc 2021/
    Camera SD card into Mac slot and download CR images to Bridge - then open new folder (Top Right panel) in order to transfer the image files. Cannot rename the folder from 'untitled folder 1' but this was the standard procedure before. I have to name the untitled folder in Finder - tedious and risky! What happened to the simple procedure formerly used?
    Do not want my files to become DNG before I have edited them in LRcc hence do not use downloader.

  2. Bridge 11.0.1.109: UI of CameraRAW is unusable on Macbook Air M1

    The UI of CameraRAW lacks the descriptions of the features although there is the possibility to make selections with pulldown menus or by clicking on checkboxes.

  4. The up loader does not display previews in the thumbnails for raw files for both the Sony RX100MVII and the Sony 7RIV.

    The thumb nails do show fine in Bridge itself. JPEG in the uploader do display previews for both cameras. Please fix this problem

  7. Unable to edit/save metdata template when custom metadata view.xml present

    Adobe Bridge CC 2021 11.0.0.83
    macOS 11.01 (also macOS 10.14 and 10.15)

    Reporting this as I cannot find any documentation that indicates this should not work.

    If I add a custom Metadata Extension view.xml that contains any of the following three Dublin Core properties I am unable to edit and save a metadata template.

    name="dc:title"
    name="dc:description"
    name="dc:creator"

    if data is already present in any of these when editing the template from the Tools menu an error dialog pops up reporting "The operation could not be completed" for the following actions:

    1. Editing the existing data and coming out of the property…

  8. Alt + o

    In Adobe Bridge I cannot write the Polish letter "ó" (for example by typing keywords), because when I use the right alt + o, Photoshop opens. The two shortcuts work the same: ctrl + alt + o and alt + o.

  9. Bridge 11.0.083 fails to open multiple files at a time into Photoshop 2021

    While this normally happens with multiple files, sometimes Bridge simply fails to load photoshop altogether with a single file (via double-click, or open on right-button click menu).

    I need to go into photoshop to open the file manually.

    Something is definitely broken, this worked fine before.

  11. Bridge freezes - especially in Full Screen Preview

    For the past month or so, when working in bridge, either viewing thumbnails, in full screen preview, moving files, etc, it freezes. I cannot make anything in the software work, sometimes for over a minute and sometimes I have to use task manager to close. I have version 11.0.0.83 on a pc.

  12. Excessive CPU Usage

    How about you fix this problem which has been introduced in 2019 version and is still there in 2020 and 2021? Hammering the CPU for days on end to generate previews for a few thousand RAW files. Preferences set to use GPU, but no GPU resources used.

  13. Apple M1 Bad Performance updating file names and Metadata on SMB share

    Bridge 2021 11.0.0.83
    Hi, first of all, in general I love Bridge, providing all I need for Photo Management!
    I observed the following performance issues when updating my photos stored on a NAS (SMB access).
    Batch or Mass updates of Filenames or Metadata (Keywords) is extremely slow (even for SMB access).
    I am using Bridge on my Apple Silicon M1 MacBook Pro.
    When Batch renaming 150 files it took >15min before I 'killed' Bridge manually. It was using 1 core at 100% and took ages to complete the update. It might be related to updating the Cache DB, because the…

  14. Adobe Bridge is very slow after updating.

    Adobe Bridge 11.0.0.83 is very slow, and it is taking my computed down. It's using 23GB of memory just to show What's New.

  16. Preview Panel doesn't let me add File Date and File Size, which the previous Bridge Version DID

  17. Bridge 2020 not compatible with new Mac Big Sur update

    I recently updated my Mac to run Big Sur. Upon trying to open Bridge after the update, the Bridge window appeared mostly black with a few squares & rectangles visible but no text, no dividers, essentially, no real information appears. I checked Bridge for an update, saw that there was one and ran the updated. Started the computer again and I'm still having the same issue. It appears even the most recent version and update of Bridge is NOT compatible with Big Sur. Not just older versions.

  18. adobe bridge doesn't work with new camera raw update

    adobe bridge doesn't work with new camera raw update. So frustrating. Cannot copy & paste camera raw settings while in bridge, therefore cannot edit photos. It would take me years without this feature.

  19. “Tools/Photoshop/Load the Photoshop layer” always discontinue

    e. g. when I load many photos into the Photoshop by this function, it always stops with just lording very few photos.

  20. Bridge has poor color management

    Bridge 11.0.0.83 shows a magenta hue on every thumbnail. When opening in Camera Raw, the hue remains. The contrast is bad too. Pictures that were adjusted in earlier versions remain ok. Something wrong with the DNG interpretation?
