1. High CPU usage

   Having generated previews and doing nothing, the CPU load is 80-100% !!!
   When running the previous version, the CPU load is only 1%
   At the moment, viewing and tagging photos is almost impossible with such high CPU usage

2. image colour change in Adobe Bridge

   Has anyone else noticed that when an image is viewed between normal viewing size and 100% in Adobe bridge, the colour changes?
   The image then retains this colour when the specific image is returned to normal size and if the program is closed and reopened.

3. Adobe Photodownloader can't detect CF Express cards for import

   Adobe Photo Downloader can't detect CF Express cards for import on MacOS. (untested on Windows) I've tried with Sony and Sandisk CF Express cards with both SanDisk and ProGrade Digital card readers.
   Im sure this has to do with the fact these cards work on pci-e interface. There has to be a way to make this work like traditional flash based storage media. (CF & SD cards)

   The ability to use APD for importing images is VERY crucial to my workflow

   CF express card are designed to be treated as external drive, there are many factors involved for such decision one being performance.
   Currently, we have limitation of not displaying storage devices in its listing which behave as external hard drives.
   We have this issue in our engineering pipeline.

4. Adobe Camera RAW 13.1 is so unbelievably slow, can't work at all!

   On MacOS Big Sur v.11.2.1
   MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, mid-2015)
   Processor: 2.8 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7
   Memory: 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
   Graphics: AMD Radeon R9 M370X 2 GB

   Since updating to the latest version of Bridge and Camera RAW, I have barely been able to work at all on adjusting images, and before I was able to adjust tons of images at once in Camera RAW. There is definitely something wrong with how this update was rolled out, because it just keeps eating up memory exponentially more and more, until the whole system becomes bogged down. I've tried searching for preference adjustments and so on to try, and have tried adjusting settings in Camera Raw preferences based on what I've read on blogs so far, like adjusting the Graphics Processor on the Performance tab to Custom, and then checking Use GPU for display and also Use GPU for Image Processing. It seemed to help a tiny bit at first, and then the same issue started happening. It's ridiculous. I have used Bridge for my photography adjusting for the past 12 years or so, and have never had an issue like this. It makes the program completely unusable. Surely you guys are getting this feedback from many many many many many many people???!!! I am not technically non-proficient, and this is clearly an error that was introduced in terms of how Bridge processes and manages its resources. I need to know now how to re-install a much older version of Bridge, as I have been paying for Creative Cloud and faithfully updating every time you put out an update, but I can't work at all right now.

5. Creative Cloud won't update on Mac M1

   Creative Cloud App won't update PS, LR Bridge, etc.. program is unresponsive, tried repairing creative cloud with installer, doesn't work

6. Photodownloader fails to load to NAS

   Since last update of Bridge Photodownloader results in an error when after indicating a destination location a sublocation should be made based upon a date (jjjjddmmm). This did not happen before. Fault can be bypassed by first making the subloaction and then uploading via Photodownloader with an empty (none) field for sublocation.
   Please repair this bug!

7. Crash from Bridge to Camera Raw

   Bridge crashes when I open files from Bridge to Camera Raw (command+R).
   It's really annoying. And everything is slower than before.

8. Importing from CF Express Card using Photo Importer

   The CF Express Card Reader (Sandisk) is not recognised and will not import photos from a card.

11. Lightroom Edits Not Working When Batching From Bridge

    After exporting from Lightroom I then select the exported DNGs in bridge and run a Photoshop action. Images are set to override the camera Raw window and just open with the Lightroom edits applied for the action. Unfortunately only a random number of images will open with the edits, and the rest without the LR edits. It's killing me.

12. Poor display scaling on QHD Displays

    I run several QHD (2560 x 1440 px) monitors, two 25 inch and one Cintiq 27 pen display. There's no way to display Bridge well with the options given in Preferences. The largest scale in 100% is way too small, automatic seems not to do anything and at 200 and largest font everyhing is gigantic.

    Usability is seriously hampered, as tools like batch renaming are extremely small. Generally, the GUI displays a questionable hierarchy of font sizes. Address bar font larger than Main menu, Search field text very small, Thumbnail Tooltipps on Hover even ridiculously small (maybe 6 px). This all looks very unrefined. I'm also surprised to see stuttering when dragging the borders of the sidebars. This should not happen on a modern machine.

14. Unable to edit/save metdata template when custom metadata view.xml present

    Adobe Bridge CC 2021 11.0.0.83
    macOS 11.01 (also macOS 10.14 and 10.15)

    Reporting this as I cannot find any documentation that indicates this should not work.

    If I add a custom Metadata Extension view.xml that contains any of the following three Dublin Core properties I am unable to edit and save a metadata template.

    name="dc:creator"

    if data is already present in any of these when editing the template from the Tools menu an error dialog pops up reporting "The operation could not be completed" for the following actions:

    1. Editing the existing data and coming out of the property field (tab or clicking)
    2. Adding/editing data to any other property fields and clicking Save

    This error is reproducible using the Sample Extension provided as part of the Adobe XMP SDK.

    It seems to be View related as I can clear down any addtional schema definitions from the SDK example and leave only the custom View code containing these properties in the View.xml file.

    Conversely I can leave custom schema properties in the View.xml, removing the problematic ones and everything works as expected.

    Given the exampe provided by Adobe has one of these fields specifically shown as a custom view example I feel this should work as documented.

15. Bridge 11.0.083 fails to open multiple files at a time into Photoshop 2021

    While this normally happens with multiple files, sometimes Bridge simply fails to load photoshop altogether with a single file (via double-click, or open on right-button click menu).

    I need to go into photoshop to open the file manually.

    Something is definitely broken, this worked fine before.

    When you select files in Bridge and go to tools photoshop contactsheet II.
    The system complains that no files are selected, even though files are selected.

18. "Cannot Copy ... The item is no longer available

    I go into an older subfolder to copy a file into this month's folder. I select the file in bridge, and whether I select 'Copy' or 'Copy to', when I get to my destination and try to Paste, I am greeted with a message it's no longer available. Such as:

    "C:\users\Photo\Pictures\BelvoirEagle\2020\July\ACFT Training\Army%20Combat%20Fitness%20Test%2081.jpg"

19. Shared Cache not working with PSD files

    Version: Bridge 11.0.2.123
    OS: Windows 10.0.19041

    Expected behaviour:
    - When browsing a folder or sub folder that has a shared chache the chache is copied to %AppData%\Adobe\Bridge\SharedChache (later local SharedChache) and thumbnails are displayed rather quickly.
    - Bridge should be responsive after showing the popup when importing the cache.

    Acutal behaviour:
    - Bridge shows the chache import popup when visiting the shared chache root folder (containing only tiff images an one sub folder) as expected.
    - The thumbnails are displayed very quickly as expected.
    - Bridge also copies the JPG 256 and 1024 files to the local SharedChache folder alongside other files as expected.

    • Bridge freezes and saturates the network (I suspect that it is generating the chache again).
    • Bridge shows the chache import popup when visiting the one subfolder containing psd files but only very briefly.
    • The thumbnails take ages to load.
    • Bridge seems to generate new PNG files and does not copy the files from the .BridgeSharedCache folder.

    This also happens when the PSD Files are in the root folder (where the shared cache was generated).

    Steps to reproduce:
    - Create shared cache (including all subfolders)
    - Close Bridge
    - Delete Cache and SharedChache folder (in %AppData%\Adobe\Bridge)
    - The file sizes range from 500Mb to 2Gb and the speed of the network drive is about 100Mbit/s.

    Version: Bridge 11.0.2.123
    OS: Windows 10.0.19041

20. Extension Name Mash-Up

    When mixed media files extension names are changed to the wrong media/format. I have MPV, DNG, NEF, JPG, HEIC, WAV files in one folder. I sort them chronologically. then I build a name protocol of three line elements to from YYYYMMDD-AA-BBB-XXXX. In the past, it left the extension name alone. Now many will hfe their extension switch to one of the other formats present in the folder.
    .NEF BECOMES .MOV, .MOV BECOMES .NEF, DNG BECOMES MOV, .MOV BECOMES .WAV.

    IT IS VERY TIME CONSUMING TO FIX THESE ERRORS. (CHECKING METADATA AND LIKELY FILE SIZE TO MANUALLY RENAME THE EXTENSION NAME.
