Prefer embedded broken in Bridge 2020
Prefer embedded broken in Bridge 2020. This has been broken since 2018 release. No matter what Bridge will load thumbnails even when "Prefer Embedded" is checked.

Cannot view any of my photos in Bridge 9.1.0.338 after updating to Catalina 10.15
After up dateing to Catalina I can now NOT view any of my work in bridge 9.1.0.338. I need to be able to preview my work. PLEASE HELP

Colormanagement not working in Bridge
When viewing a file as thumbnail in Bridge no colors outside the sRGB gamut are shown as they are, and that my screen can perfectly show.
The example is a tiff in the AdobeRGB colorspace with red 220 as the fill color. The gradient runs from red 0 to red 255, but the values above the level 220 are not shown inside Bride. They are visible inside Photoshop, or any other program I use. Computer Apple MacPro, screen Eizo CG277.2 votes -
Bridge doesn´t open
Starting Bridge and it doesn´t open fully. There is a pop up window in front of everything with a rolling waiting symbol, no text. As if Bridge is trying to online or something. Can not do anything.
I need a quick fix. All my work is on hold because of this!

Adobe Bridge and Photoshop freezes every time I try to open a raw file. Latest version of both 2023.
Adobe Bridge and Photoshop 2023 and 2022 will freeze when opening a raw file. Some days it works, some other not. Did reinstall the creative suite, the latest versions and the newest, also updated my GPU drivers to the latest. Still not working. Have to exit the programs with task manager. Am on Windows 10 and have a Nvidia GTX 960M GPU. I need it to work. It has been going on since the second week of January 2023. Spent 4 hours with some technicien from Adobe who tried and did not succeed . Help!!! I need it to…

Bridge 2023 Hogs CPU even when IDLE
When IDLE Bridge hogs 24% of CPU all of wich is in kernel processes. And I mean IDLE - with previews fully cached.
My system is a 32gb Ryzen 5800x overclocked, i can't imagine the performance on a regular pc.
Also it has become slow and unresponsive to the point that pruning the pictures has become a pain: it's way slower than the previous version.

Batch Rename changing file type
I batch renamed a small selection of files, and it destroyed the file types... changing to an unreadable, not even real file type "24JULY2024##", which is a segment of what I was renaming each file to.
I thought I had lost all these edits, but was able to fix it by manually, tediously, going through and renaming each file and adding ".jpg" onto each one.
Note: it only did this on the 20/22 of the files.

Bridge 2020 - Scrolling is JUMPY
Loving that Bridge is getting some attention now. Looks like some nice improvements were made. HOWEVER.
Scrolling with a magic mouse in the folder panel is WAY too fast.

missing cursor
Since updating Bridge on my Imac, the text cursor has disappeared when editing the metadata panel? I can still enter data but have to guess where the text is going!

Red boxes on images in Bridge
I've got some random red boxes that appear on some of my files in Bridge. these are files that have been processed in photoshop, and sometimes it appears in the large preview and sometimes it doesn't. If i open the file in photoshop the red boxes aren't there. This has been happening for about a month.

Camera Raw does not come up from Bridge.
Bridge version 10.0.1.126 Does not bring up camera raw. My version before this I could use Camera raw even if not a raw photo.

Batch Rename Removing File Extention
When you select Metadata as a filename option and use Aperture, it deletes the file extension. None of the other Metadata options generate this problem.
As a teacher, this is an early assignment in the semester and it's very discouraging when your students batch rename and lose all of their images.

image colour change in Adobe Bridge
Has anyone else noticed that when an image is viewed between normal viewing size and 100% in Adobe bridge, the colour changes?
The image then retains this colour when the specific image is returned to normal size and if the program is closed and reopened.Nikon d500 raw file

Adobe Bridge 2023 Favorite Aliases
In previous versions of Bridge I could add an alias to the Favorites Panel and the thumbnails would be displayed for the folder linked to that alias. Now, clicking any of my aliases in the Favorites panel does nothing!!!

Uninstall of Bridge fixes the problem.

Corrupted Menu Icons in ACR 13.2 When Opening from Bridge 2021
I'm running Big Sur 11.3.1 on 27 inch iMac. As of this writing I've updated latest version of Photoshop, Bridge and ACR and whenever I open a raw file from bridge, the menu icons on the far right column show up as grid icons. One I roll over them, some of the proper icons appear, but some don't. Also the sliders are all messed up. My workaround is to open the files from Photoshop directly and everything appears normal, but the problem cripples the use of Bridge in my workflow. I tried restarting the computer.

Adobe Bridge CC 2019 sidebar folder view shows hidden files in macOS root directory
In Adobe Bridge CC 2019 sidebar view (left sidebar with folders), some hidden system directories are visible in macOS High Sierra 10.13.x and Mojave 10.14.x.
These folders are for example:
- "private",
- "Network",
- "usr",
- "sbin",
- "cores",
- "bin".
All folders are located in the macOS root directory. Normally these folders are not visible and should be hidden. Hide and Unhide files/folders within macOS preferences is has no effects in Adobe Bridge CC (at least not in the macos root directory).
Turning on/off the "show hidden files" in Adobe Bridge CC preference option has also no effect in the macOS root…
