Can't type in new Capture Time
When I want to change a Capture Time, I can select and place my pointer to type in a new date/time, but that does not work. I must instead scroll through the calendar to find and select the date I want. That is very slow. I think it must be a bug that the date/time field appears to be editable, but is not.
I scan photos and so do lots or date changing. Too slow the way it it now.2 votes -

Bridge CC 2019 crashes when I open certain folders
I have a few folders inside which I keep images I have dragged from websites as inspiration or research. These are usually jpgs, pngs, gifs or pdfs. After updating past CC 2014, Bridge crashes a few seconds after opening. Everything else seems to function. Even after sorting the files into separate folders for file type, each one crashes Bridge. Not one single update after 2014 seems to work. I'd run that version alone, but it's missing the image processor now...
I've tried re-jpg-ing the files into a new folder to sort out any possible corruptions with no luck. Even finder…

Thumbnails Resizing On Their Own
When using Bridge 2019 for macOS the size of my thumbnails decrease when I use window managing apps to change the app window e.g. move Bridge's window to half way down the screen. In Bridge 2018 the thumbnails stay the same size, as they should. Can you fix this?

HELP 'paste' function in right button drop down menu missing in latest Windows version of Adobe Bridge - WTF
You used to be able to copy and paste files using the right mouse button's drop down menu when working within Adobe Bridge. You could select several files in bridge, right click and select copy, and then select a different folder and right click on that folder and you could then 'paste' the files you copied into that folder. Paste does not even come up as an option now. I assume this is a mistake as this is a complete pain in the *ss. Currently you can only paste into an empty spot in the content area, if all of…

Resizing of thumbnail bar does not work very well
The thumbnail bar eats up unneccessary space and does not resize well.
When switching between different views the thumbnails are scaled to the minimum size and not to what was set before. Only resizing the bar restores the previous setting.
The bar also reserves space for the additional info lines - even if none of them are enabled.
On a Full HD screen this clutters up the interface.7 votesRequest you to share a screenshot of the issue you are facing with abseth@adobe.com

Adobe Bridge CC Photo downloader doesn't add numbers properly
Currently running Adobe Bridge CC 9.0.2.219 on a MBP15 Mid 2012. I recently tried using Photo downloader and although it will get the file dates sorted so the images import in the right order, it won't add any sequential file numbering. So instead of file name example1, becomes example320. It doesn't seem to want to remember the numbering sequence setting at all. Please solve this, as it defeats the point of importing through bridge at all. If the import function isn't solid, nobody will use the software.

Preview is still not working for AE presets
It's been a while since this bug was discovered - and unfortunately, it's still not fixed. When previewing After Effects presets, the preview animation is basically just a freeze frame. None of the suggested workarounds are working - apart from reinstalling an older version of Bridge.

Features not working when accessing files on network drive
Bridge does not communicate with network drives as it should. I still cannot write metadata to files on network drives. I also just tried today to put a color label on some of my files, I did not get an error but it did not apply the color to the files on my network drive. I really need these features to work. I am also working with a similar issue with my home computer and network drive, there I cannot even see the proper folders in Bridge that are on my network drive. I can see and access them on…

Bridge 2019 drops support for white Interface color
Title says it all.
Described here as well:
https://feedback.photoshop.com/photoshop_family/topics/missing-white-backgrounds-in-bridge-2019Based on my customer service chat, Adobe support is ignorant of this problem and untrained on how to advise.
I am reverting to Bridge 2018.

Impossible to select photos
Can't get photo thumbnails to show entire picture, no matter what size preview I select, when clicking down arrows or by using scroll wheel on mouse past the first couple of pictures. I have to sort thru several hundred "action" pictures to select the ones that are best and I can't get my project properly completed. This was not a problem when I used Bridge for this mammoth project last year.

scroll
Having an issue while scrolling through folders or images in Bridge in Essentials main screen. The scrolling is very jumpy and appears to be going backward - down when scrolling up and up when scrolling down. System is an iMac running High Sierra 10.13.8. This began with the latest update of Creative Cloud to 2019. I'm also getting a blank smaller window that opens briefly on top of the Bridge screen then vanishes.
