Spacing between folders
There is too much space between folders in the updated 2019 version of Bridge, which is just wasted space. It needs to be more compact - it just creates the need to scroll more as less is visible.

That's a great idea. there should be two sliders, for size and spacing. Start that Feature request and I'll +1.

I totally agree, this is so frustrating! What a bad idea. How could you change the gridview so extensive, without the ability to re-adapt it somewhere in the preferences? It is fare away from better readability. Its much worse. It is very annoying! So much space lost. :-((( PLEASE give us a way to reset the view from Version 8.0 and before...

An absolutely horrible change. This does NOT increase readability. I seriously doubt you have done any user tests on this. Rather I suspect it is by complete whim by a UI designer. Please mimic what is common in the operating system at equvivalent size

I totally agree. This is NOT better readability when dealing with many items. With the screen real estate more restricted like this we cannot see as many items at once. Also the thumbnail itself is shrunk. My 2 cents is that this is an awful update idea. I will rant over at feature request now.
