The operation could not be completed
I installed the latest version of Bridge CC 2018 after I reformatted my computer to install Mojave fresh and I've been getting constant "The operation could not be completed" errors. As a test, I thought the maybe the new CC 2019 version would run better on Mojave, but I'm getting the same error constantly to where I have to leave it closed most of the time to get any work done because my computer keeps beeping and jumping the dock icon every time the error pops up.

This is a very annoying bug that haw been around for over a year and Adobe has not addressed it as of yet. It basically renders Bridge unusable

I have traced this error down to when my backup software (ChronoSync) runs with an option enabled to "freeze the file system" a new feature of the APFS hard drive format.

Oh, and when I was troubleshooting with the CC 2018 version, I did clear preferences both through resetting them with the app and also manually by deleting them. I also did both those things again when it didn't work followed by an uninstallation of Bridge CC 2018 and subsequent reinstall only to have the error remain. That's why I installed CC 2019. And still get the same error.
