  1. Bridge 13.0.3.693: Incomplete thumbnail display until cache purged

    After selecting a folder in the Folders Panel, most but not all of the thumbnails display in the Content Panel. A complete display of all the thumbnails is only achieved if all files are selected and the Bridge cache for those selections is purged. Quite annoying!

  2. Filter Panel not populating after a few minutes

    Filter panel is intermittently blank. No trigger identified. Restart sometimes restores the panel, sometimes it doesn't.

  3. Collections Panel does not update on ExtendScript app.createCollection("new collection")

    app.createCollection("new collection");

    Prior to Bridge v13 (2023), this ExtendScript command would create a new collection and the Collections Panel would update to show the new collection.

    Now, the command creates a collection, but the Collections Panel does not update. The new collection only becomes visible after either toggling the Bridge UI to a different Workspace then back, or closing and re-opening the Collections Panel. Please restore the Collections Panel update so new collections are visible when they are created via script, or advise on an ExtendScript workaround to refresh the collections panel after creating a new collection in our script.…

  4. change lot name

    when doing the batch rename doesn't work as the original file format is lost. And then the file cannot be opened since no format is recognized

  5. Thumbnails for .psd files

    Bridge 13.0.3.693
    Windows 10 – latest version
    NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB

    All .psd files display thumbnails with a thin while border around one or two sides of the thumbnail. It is only .psd files. Thumbnails for other files types are ok. See screenshot.

  6. Confuses cards and uploads poorly, slowly photos

    Bridge doesn't let you preview the photo right away.
    Sometimes it shows me the photos from the previous card as if they were the same photos from the next tab. I just see the same photos over and over again

  7. High CPU utilisation

    Bridge 2023 continually causing high CPU utilisation, even when doing nothing.
    Bridge 2022 works perfectly fine with CPU utilisation almost zero after a few minutes.

  8. The Operation Could Not Be Completed (13.0.2)

    Bridge 13.0.2 crashes on Mac Silicon (Mac Mini M2 Pro), or when run under Rosetta (Mac Mini M2 Pro). Bridge is unusable. Is this intentional?

  9. When I open a image file as open in camera raw, it will appear a new windows but w/o top white bar is disappear,

    I using Windows 10 w/ Bridge Ver 13.0.2.636. When I open a image file as open in camera raw, it will appear a new windows but w/o top white bar is disappear, so I can not move the windows around. However, it is normal at my Windows 11 system.

  11. bridge exporting

    when exporting with adobe bridge (from .PSD to .Jpeg), the photo turns waaaay darker and more contrasted even though the .PSD file is 100% accurate on the same screen.

  12. Issue Changing Copyright Status When Adding IPTC Core Metadata

    When adding data to all the fields in the IPTC Core fields, as soon as I access the copyright status drop-down menu and make a choice (e.g. "Copyrighted") it automatically asks me if I want to make the changes to the REST of the metadata fields. If I say "Yes", it makes all the changes EXCEPT to the Copyright status; as it stands now I need to do this as a second, ADDITIONAL step...a small issue, but very annoying, especially if I have a large number of files I'm batch-adding metadata to.

  13. Right Arrow-key bug in file naming during 'Export to PDF' in Output Module

    I'm having a consistent problem when renaming a file name or just editing it in the file name field in the Export to PDF dialog window.

    When I have the cursor in the file name field, and use the right arrow key to move one character to the right, it performs a Cancel action and the Window disappeas, and I have to start all over again.

    This happens every single time, this is a very annoying bug that should be fixed immediately.

  14. Output Module 'Reset' button greyed out

    I'm on the latest version of Bridge, and sometimes the Output Module 'Reset' button is greyed out even when there is content on the pages.

    Several times I've had to restart Bridge just to create be able to start making a new output PDF with new content...

    It happens sporadically, so unfortunately I don't have a screenshot to show.

  16. Why does the "Reset" button not work in the Bridge Output workspace? It used to work! It will not clear the selected files.

    The reset button does not remove previously selected images.

  17. File displayed twice

    I am getting some files displayed twice in the Filmstrip view, which is followed by a crash. clicking on either of the displayed duplicate causes the screen to go funny, then restore.In the screenshot, the PSD is displayed twice.

  18. Bridge 2023 preferences

    Installed with "import preferences" from Bridge 2022. Nothing imported. No settings. No workspaces. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Now it totally destroyed all bridge settings including the old one. Thanks adobe for 3 hours lost resulting in two unusable apps.

  20. Photo Downloader + XQD

    Photo downloader doesn't recognise Lexar XQD card or the Sony card reader. Card listed in Bridge/Folders. Mac Ventura 13.2. Bridge 13.0.2.636
