  1. On Mac OS, workspaces with different sort orders do not re-sort files (date modified new to old vs filename a to z)

    In Bridge 13.0.2.636 on Mac OS 12.6.3, my two workspaces with different saved file sort orders do NOT re-sort files at all when the workspace button is clicked. I have to right click and choose "reset to saved layout" each time I toggle between my filename workspace (files sorted A to Z), and my Date Modified workspace (files sorted newest to oldest). Otherwise those buttons do a whole lot of nothing, and will just keep the sort order of whichever was last reset, not the one you click on.

    MAJOR BUG considering this program has ONE real job, file management.…

  2. Adobe Bridge and Photoshop freezes every time I try to open a raw file. Latest version of both 2023.

    Adobe Bridge and Photoshop 2023 and 2022 will freeze when opening a raw file. Some days it works, some other not. Did reinstall the creative suite, the latest versions and the newest, also updated my GPU drivers to the latest. Still not working. Have to exit the programs with task manager. Am on Windows 10 and have a Nvidia GTX 960M GPU. I need it to work. It has been going on since the second week of January 2023. Spent 4 hours with some technicien from Adobe who tried and did not succeed . Help!!! I need it to work.…

  3. Image information (Title, date created etc) Interfering with PS and other applications (Appears in other applications)

    I need to close Bridge in order for this problem to stop. Rectangular boxes with file info showing up in other applications. (Image title, date created etc. Metadata generally, no way to close them other than close bridge entirely)

  4. The data size of PDFs exported from Brige is large.

    The data size of PDFs exported from Brige is large.

    Compared to PDFs exported with the previous version 2022, the data size of PDFs exported with the current version 2023 is very large.
    We have tried changing the resolution, reducing the image quality, and many other things, but the data size is very large no matter which conditions we use for exporting.

    旧バージョン2022で書き出したPDFに比べると現バージョン2023で書き出したPDFのデータサイズが非常に大きくなります。
    解像度を変更したり画質を落としたり色々と試してみましたが、どの条件で書き出してもデータサイズが非常に大きくなります。

  5. Camera Raw opening blank from Bridge and Photoshop

    Whether I try to open one or multiple RAW files from Bridge or through Photoshop (on windows 10), Camera Raw (version 15.2) opens strangely blank, except for the panels and vertical filmstrip. I cannot do any work on new or previously edited images since February 2023. The attached file is a screenshot of Camera Raw window.

    Version of Camera Raw 15.1.1
    Processor AMD Ryzen 9 5900HS with Radeon Graphics
    Graphic Card NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Laptop
    Operating System Windows 11 Home 64 bit version 22H2

    Expected result
    In Bridge - Camera Raw Settings - Performance NVIDIA RTX card should be selected.

    Actual result
    In Bridge - Camera Raw Settings - Performance AMD built in graphics is selected.

  13. The "File info" panel enourmously enlarges its fields "Description", "Keywords, "Document title" if you type there some words.

    Bridge: 13.0.2.636

    1. Open any folder with images.
    2. Call "File info" for any image
    3. Fill in mentioned fields
    4. Click "Ok"
    5. Open "File info" for same file
    6. Enjoy.

    Win 10 Intel 64 8Gb.

    CONTENT PANEL BUG BRIDGE 13.02.636 SELECT MULTIPLE FILES WITH SHIFT OR CTL. YOU MUST CLICK ON FIRST FILE THEN CLICK FOCUS OUTSIDE OF CONTENT PANEL AND THEN RETURN TO CONTENT PANEL TO SHIFT CLICK LAST FILE TO SELECT ALL.

  16. transparent PNG export problem 1 and 2

    I need to automate export of PNG with transparencies.
    1) If i try to record an action that makes use of "quick export as PNG" no action is recorded with this command. I can record the "export preference" in actions, but not the command itself that export PNG. This is a problem because this PNG export with transparencies WORKS and real PNG with transparencies is recorded when manually doing this. But if I can't record an action, I can't automate it with a series of files.
    2) WORKFLOW used with the same exact file doesn't export PNG-16 with transparency. It…

  17. Icon selection hit and miss

    Hi, On the latest update I'm having selection issues on the Folder Panel. It is hit and miss. Often when trying to select an image or multiple images I have to click all around the images and eventually it will select on. I can the de-select and then select the correct on. On the previous version similar happened but only on the first image in a group.

  20. grid lock feature, no longer works

    In Adobe Bridge 13.0.2.636, Windows 11, the gridlock feature of the content panel no longer works. Specifically, in previous versions, it was possible to scroll the content panel without the content grid moving by turning the mouse wheel, but now in this version, turning the mouse wheel causes the content grid to move a little bit as well.
