  1. Star ratings disappear

    In Bridge 2020 (10.0.0.124) on Mac OS 10.14.6.
    On many occasions, the star ratings and labels disappear. For example, if I apply a batch job or when copying files to another folder by dragging. (I do batch jobs where I modify the originals.) That happens to JPGs. And maybe RAW files.
    The raw metadata is quite modified when I look at File Info.
    It used to not be a problem but started with Bridge 2020.
    First time I face so many bugs with your products.

  2. Modified GPS data in Bridge does not save to .jpg file

    Bridge Version 10.0.1.126
    Windows 10 Pro

    How to reproduce:
    Modify GPS position in the Metadata in Bridge. Click another field. Confirm Apply. Check the photo in Faststone Image Viewer by hovering the mouse at the right and then clicking on the Go to Google Maps button to see if it took. The attached lighthouse is on the east side of the island but the coordinates that come up in Faststone Image Viewer are still the original wrong coordinates. Correct coordinates are 46,8.4322N 62,30.0139W.

    Expected result: the applied coordinates would update the JPG file.
    Actual results: Bridge remembers the new coordinates…

  4. No Metadata are shown in both, Bridge 2019 and 2020

    After updating MacOS to catalina there where no Metadata displayed anymore.

    Any suggestions?

  5. Thumbnails not shown.

    When open the folder download do not generate thumbnails and files in
    Bridge CC 2020. It shows other folders but not the download one.
    If I check in finder I can see the folders and files.

  6. Importing from camera not working on Bridge 10.0.3 (Feb 2020 release)

    With the upgrade to Feb 2020 (v10.0.3), I can no longer import files when connected directly to the camera.

  7. Place in Illustrator

    I use the "Place in Illustrator/InDesign/Photoshop" feature frequently. Since I've updated to the latest version of Bridge and Illustrator, I'm having problems when placing an image in Illustrator. It places the image, but then locks up and I am unable to work with the placed image.

  8. DNG Conversion failure

    When importing large Raw files from a Nikon Z7 into BR the DNG conversion fails randomly when running on a very fast computer and using high speed M.2 memory to load the images on the computer. BR reads an image then does the conversion then gets another image and so on. It seems the reading is overrunning the DNG conversion sometimes causing the DNG conversion to be skipped. LR reads in all the images and then does the DNG conversion so does not experience this problem.

  9. image selection flow

    When I am scrolling through the thumbnails, I will typically delete images I no longer want. The next image in order would then be highlighted and show full size. After the most recent update, after I delete the image, the selection reverts back to the end of the file, and I need to start the scrolling process from the beginning again. Can I get it to work as it did previously ?

  10. Thumbnails stop displaying in order of Date Created when rated or labeled

    This is a bug.

    Since upgrading to version 10.0.3.138, there's been an issue with the display of thumbnails when they're sorted by Date Created: thumbnails will change position as soon as I rate and/or label them. If I undo the rating/label, they stay in the wrong order. Even if I change the sort method and then go back to Date Created, they stay in the wrong order. Only if I close Bridge and reopen it will they go back to the correct sort order.

    This gets tedious, especially when I have multiple windows open for different folders. Hopefully this bug…

  11. labels take excessively long time to apply

    Labels taking forever to apply on PSDs over 100 mb in 2020 version. It takes an hour to apply labels to 10 files.

  12. Cannot load different pictures to camera raw from adobe bridge and bridge shuts down when I do this

    I can not load a few photos to camera raw. When I do this bridge crashes and shuts down. Als if I try to edit a lensflare in photoshop, photoshop crashes. This is new for me since 2 weeks ago. I use photoshop CC

  13. Recently deleted files and folders keep appearing

    Recently deleted files and folders continue to pop up again in Bridge. I continue to delete them, yet they keep coming back. I can delete the trash and they still pop up again in Bridge.

  14. Workspace keeps resetting

    I created a specific workspace but Bridge keeps resetting it to "Photo Work". Can't change "Photo Work" to what I need so the bloody thing has to be reset every few minutes.

  15. Truncates file names

    When running an action to resize a .tif and convert it to .jpg filenames are truncated!

    Example 29754.04-29763.37.tif is renamed to 29754.04-29763.jpg

    I've been using photoshop for decades and have NEVER had this problem.
    Please fix asap

  16. Unable to choose file type for EXPORT.

    I am unable to select any other file format for expert besides JPEG. What if I want to save as a TIFF? It is Grayed out.

  17. File name under Preview panel is truncated

    The file name under the preview panel is truncated. Longer file names, such as LongFileName_00001.jpg appear as "LongF....001.jpg."

    There is plenty of space there, and (surprise) Bridge 2018 didn't have this problem.

  18. Deleting of image files not working in bridge 2020, incl. via move to trash function. Files keep reappearing.

    This started with the first version off bridge. It works in 2019 version. Error message reads that some files may not have been processed The file temporarily disappears from bridge, but reappears later.

  19. Video Move/Copy fails in Bridge 2020

    If a video is selected (last in a move block or selected for copy), the move/copy fails because the video is open in the DyanmicLinkMediaServer.exe (error discovered in File Explorer). Apparently, the file is opened in the media server used to sort of play the file (it is a poor video player).

    The move/copy fails and must be done with file explorer externally. I don't recall encountering the issues with previous versions, but you must have the video file selected for it to manifest--the last in a selection or individually.

    Das bibliothek panel verlangt Anmeldung obwohl ich auf der Adobe Seite und mit Photoshop und Creativ Cloud angemeldet bin. Neueste Version von Bridge installiert.
