  1. Metadata Placard doesn't display shutter speed

    When your ISO is 50, the shutter speed is partially hidden in the metadata placard (I can see 1/1..., but don't know if this is 1/1000 or 1/1600). When your ISO is 1600, the placard expands to include the longer ISO setting and the shutter speed is revealed. This is on a Window 10 computer, 4k monitor, tried all sorts of settings. Doesn't anyone at Adobe shoot with ISO 50 anymore :>)

  2. date created

    There is an error in METADATA panel, DATE CREATED line that appears for all my video files rendered in Premiere Pro and After Effects. No matter what codec or container they are rendered to - the date created is set to five days in advance. For example - I have created a file today (2020-07-28), but Bridge is trying to convince me I have rendered it on August 2nd, which will be next Saturday.
    I am a Windows user, and all my other software, including Windows File Properties tab show correct creation date, only the bridge fails to recognize…

  3. Photo downloader stops when a video file is encountered

    I am using a mac mini with Apple silicom processors, photo downloader stops on the video file adn don't process remaining pictures
    This wasn't a problem with my previous imac with Lightroom 6.x and video files could be dowloaded. The actuel configuration with the problem is with bridge / and photo downloader (Bridge 11.02.123), I use a direct USB cable between the mac and my camera (Lumix G9) and the battery is charged.

  5. no AE preset preview playback in Bridge CC2019 (another 3 months have passed)

    I really really would like to preview AE presets (in Bridge as in previous versions). It is ridiculous that this BUG has never been addressed. It makes Bridge useless for motion graphics.

    As I have mentioned in previous posts, previews can be played in Bridge 2018. But not being able to use the current version obviously disrupts workflow and is stupidly inefficient. Is Adobe EVER going to attempt to restore AE preset previews? This issue has not been dealt with for years now. I had not encountered this problem before CC2019, but apparently it existed sporadically in numerous earlier versions…

  6. Adobe Bridge 2019 Crashes daily.

    Adobe Bridge crashes daily have to force close and reopen. Working with Windows 10 Professional. Any work you are busy with is lost. and I am then requested to sign in to Adobe . I am then informed that I am running more than the required programs on the one computer!! This is not possible. After closing one of these it functions again for about 1 day.A screen dump of the Windows message is attached

  7. Bridge 2019 Crashes after Space Bar Preview (macOS Mojave)

    Bridge CC 2019 Crashes on Full Screen "Space Bar" preview on macOS Mojave. All system programs shut down and I am sent back to the log in window. No crash report is generated.

    Adobe Bridge 13.0.2 is not generating monitor-size previews in Windows 10 even with Generate Monitor Size Previews checked, Keep 100% Previews in Cache checked, and all local cache folders purged.

  12. Color synchronisation don't work in 2019

    After updating to Bridge 2019 color sync is no more working. It causes that the soft proof in other applications like InDesign is no more possible.

    (WHY ARE THE CATEGORIES ABOVE ALL WRITTEN TALL?)

  13. Bridge wont display files or folders except in folder path and filters

    Bridge wont displar or preview any files or folders except folders appear in folder path, and files appear to be recognised in the filters tab. Files do not appear at all. I have tried a restart, an update, a reinstall, I updated all of CC and my mac, I cleared the cache, and I refreshed view. Im out of ideas, and as PSD preview is so bad in Finder, it is having quite an impact.

  14. Bridge discards edited thumbnails in Collections

    When Adobe Bridge for Mac starts up by displaying a collection of photos edited in Camera Raw (because the collection was last to be viewed in the previous session), each thumbnail in that collection reverts from the edited version of the image to an unedited one, or in the case of a DNG, a generic icon. The thumbnails of the edited versions can only be restored by purging the cache for those images or by clicking to another collection or folder and then back.   15. Serious batch error: When renaming files with batch rename, it skips files

    When renaming a group of files with batch rename, it skips a bunch of files, not just xmp files. This leads to serious data chaos. Already tried resetting the preferences, still experiencing the same problem!

  16. Popup dialog on start up - Bridge V 11.0.1.109 on MacOS 10.14

    Despite having connectivity and being signed in to Creative Cloud with the app open on the desktop a 'We can’t verify your subscription status.' dialog pops up every single time I open Bridge 2021. I've tried the suggested online fixes and nothing works. It seems many others have/are experiencing this issue. This problem didn't exist for me with Bridge 2020. Please work out an effective fix.

  17. HW Acceleration Preview of CR2 RAW Files - Unable to pan when zoomed in

    Setup:
    Win11 Pro, 21H2
    Adobe Bridge 12.0.3.270
    NVidia GTX 1080, Studio Driver 516.94
    Bridge HW Acceleration Preview Enabled

    When I preview Canon CR2 RAW Files, I zoom in to 100%, I then grab the image to move around (pan around) to a different portion of the zoomed in image, and the image snaps into random zoomed in portion of the image.

    The problem doesn't occur in SW Rendering mode.

    The problem doesn't occur with DNG or JPG exported version of the same CR2 file.

  18. Bridge can't make valid DNG's from ARW

    When I convert ARW's to DNG I see this minor warning with Exiftool:
    "Bad IDC_IFD SubDirectory start"

    The photos are taken with Sony A7M3. Firmware is 4.01.
    Adobe Bridge version 14.0.1.137

  20. Open JPEG in CameraRAW by double click

    In new Bridge CC 9.0 was changed action on double click on thubnails of JPG files. Now double click open JPG in CameraRAW. What for?
    In all previous versions ONLY RAW files was opening in CameraRAW and it was right! Please, fix it!
