1. Bridge 10.0.0.124 Cache is not working at all

   I'm actually speechless. It is beyond my imagination how Adobe can release unusable version. To reproduce:
   - Generage cache for some folders and subfolders.
   - wait 2 hours
   - turn off laptop, disconnect external drive go to work
   - attach drive turn on laptop
   - run bridge - go to foder with pre generated cache
   - bridge starts generating thumbnails again

2. No signal to external monitor after last Adobe update (Bridge, Photoshop, Camera RAW, Premiere)

   After last update of Adobe products (Bridge, Photoshop, Camera RAW, Premiere) doesn't work my external monitor. It means, that when I extend desktop at the second monitor, for few seconds it works (2-3 seconds), and then monitor goes off with "no signal". This situation is the same on my desktop computer, connected to additional monitor with DisplayPort-HDMI cable, and also on my laptop, which is connected to the additional monitor with HDMI-HDMI cable.

   What is crucial, today, on my laptop, BEFORE installing these Adobe updates, there wasn't any problem with additional monitor.

3. Metadata

   When changing a thumbnail file name in bridge, if you then (before clicking out of that image), and try to change the metadata (before "saving" the file name change, eg by clicking another image,, it then loses the metadata change. It never did this before. Please change it back as it is so irritating to make changes to metadata which are not saved...

4. After file deletion and selecting other ones Bridge loosing my selection and selects his own files

   Light Table Panel=> Here is what I stuck with.
   While I on Light Table Panel in "Content" window:
   1. Selecting several files
   2. Delete selection by RMClick ->Delete
   3. Files dissapear
   4. I have a plenty of time (several seconds) to select ANOTHER FILES
   5. Bridge LOSING MY SELECTION and SELECTS SOME OTHER FILES. ))))

5. Sequence Number with CR2 and JPG - Behaviour Changed

   Hi there,

   I'm taking all my photos in CR2 format, and later I rename them with title, dash, flowed by a Sequence Number.

   The CR2 and it's JPG preview are getting (as should) the same Sequence Number.

   In order to Buch rename, I always used to select a bunch of files - say from 01-10. That will Select 20 files as each CR2 has it's JPG. After rename them all, everything was good. When I want to continue with the Bach, It would automatically suggest to start with the next Sequence Number which should be 11.

   But not now.

   Now it does count the JPG file, it will still gives the same number as the CR2, But when continue with the butch it offers to start at 21 instead 11. It's counting the JPG as well which it didn't do before.

   The only uncomfortable solution is to select only the CR2 without the JPG. It will still rename the JPG files with the same number of the CR2 as it knows it's connected to the CR2.

   I think it's a behaviour that needs to be fixed, its causing a waste of time and very uncomfortable.

6. Modification date changes when changing rating or label

   When I change a rating or add a label, the modification date changes... I mean, really... What?..

   I started noticing in Indesign it would say all kinds of linked images (that I label after import) where modified.

   Dates should obliviously not change when rating or labeling a file!!
   It completely messes up the workflow, and also removes date info for future reference which also stinks...

   In Irfanview for example it is possible to change file data without altering the date(s). There's also renaming tools that can keep the original dates. And backup software etc...

   Long story short please change ASAP...

   If dates also change when adding keywords or other file info (which I do not use), this should be fixed too..

9. Error in date order uploading from iPhone

   I am using Bridge 10.0.3.138 and use it to upload Photo's from my iPhone8. To be honest, neither Bridge Version or iPhone model are relevant, because Bridge has been doing this for several years and It does it with every iPhone model. When I connect my iPhone to my pc, and once iTunes has synced I use Bridge Photo Downloader to upload images. Once Bridge eventually finds my iPhone, (and it can take several attempts for Bridge to recognise the iPhone, sometimes saying this device contains no images which is wrong, but that's another thread) - it does not sort images correctly. It doens't sort in numerical order, or date taken, but only appears to sort in date photo was last accessed on phone. I viewed images two days ago on my phone which were taken in July 2017, but because they were accessed recently, Bridge has decided to put them at the top of the list, not in numerical order, not in date taken order. Per attached screen shot. Because of the sort implemented b Bridge, Images from months ago appear as being taken recently, images taken recently go way down the list and can then get missed in sequence. Even once uploaded, and put into folder in date order, Bridge does not put them into the right dated folder. Images taken on one date, end up in folder dated differently, two images taken on same date and within minutes of each other, end up in different dated folders. Bridge doesn't recognise images that been uploaded previously. Please can we have an option to sort images by date order, or numerical order, or date modified order. Please can we have an option to disregard previously uploaded images. I have over 3500 images on my iPhone and Bridge has to load them everytime I try to use the Photo downloader. I could use the cloud option to download, however I have this turned offas I want control over my images and to rename, add Keywords delete when I chose.

10. The operation could not be completed. An unknown operating system error has occurred.

    Bridge 10.0.4 - Repeated error message on startup.

    I have read the posts that are relevant and reinstalled Bridge, rebooted the computer, checked Privacy settings, removed external drives. Bridge still gives continual error messages as soon as it is started.

    The problem went away for a couple of days and has now returned. On moving a photo from one folder to another it moved the entire folder and then showed four copies of the same folder in the directory tree. Back to the same error message now on restarting. Is this unique to me or are others having similar problems?

    Please try with latest Bridge 10.0 and confirm if that solves the issue.

    I updated Bridge within the last month and noticed since the update that when I open a file to edit it Camera Raw, the picture has a lot of extra noise/grain than the preview in Bridge. This "noise" goes away when I export the raw image (edited in Camera Raw) to a jpeg.

    Bridge 10.1 no longer displays videos, video thumbnails or any audio files.

    Previously I had similar issues and would Purge Cache and restart. I've also gone through and tested both The Advanced Preferences for Software and Hardware Rendering with full system restarts. One user had even recommended resetting everything in Bridge at startup. Nothing has helped in any audio or video format. No thumbnail and no ability to play.

17. Cannot quit Bridge with Cmd+Q shortcut

    Somehow for whatever reason the shortcut Cmd+Q to quit does not work. I can use any other shortcut within the app, but Cmd+Q does not do anything.

    I've had this bug for a few versions now, so I'm not 100% sure it is Bridge related., but it seems to be the only app affected. All the other CC apps work just fine.

    I found that when I keep Bridge in foreground the shortcut Cmd+Q does work. It stops working when I hide the app and pull it back to foreground.

    I'm quitting through the menu now, but it would be nice to have a fix :)

19. Video Thumbnails not Generating / Unable to Preview Videos

    I am trying to use Bridge to organise and preview my library of stock video.
    From what I've seen online this should be possible, but when I open Bridge and browse to a folder containing video files, all I see is the Quicktime icon.
    I don't see full metadata, and I am unable to preview the video within Bridge.
    Am using version 10.0.3.138 of Bridge on a 2013 15-inch Retina MacBook Pro running macOS Mojave 10.14.6
