Random photo duplication of images from NAS and incorrect reporting of the number of images.
Version is 12.0.0.234. Happens when Bridge is run, makes the app unusable.
Happens on Mac OS 12 and OS 11 on MacBook Pro and iMac.
Expected result would be showing the correct number of images without any unintended duplication.
Actual result is random duplication and number of images being shown.
Please note that this phenomenon doesn't happen in LRC or ApolloOne or Mac Finder or any other app.1 vote -
JPG File saved by Camera Raw from raw file looks different from raw file + xmp in Bridge 12.0.1.246
Never experienced a detectable visual difference before . I usually restrict JPG size to 5MB. Saving to a JPG with quality 12 made no difference. Both JPGs looked different from the RAW (CR2) + xmp. I cannot upload the raw or the xmp file, so I can't illustrate the problem with an upload

PREVIEWS not always working
PREVIEWS aren't always generated. I might open a file, PSD, PNG etc , make a change, save it and when i go back to BRIDGE, the preview won't display. To fix this I discovered that I can change the file's name in BRIDGE (then change it back of course to have it named properly) then the preview will be generated. It's very annoying to have to do this multiple times a day.

photodownloader won't open from Bridge - Get photos from camera, it does work OK if selected from File Explorer

Smart-collection not recognizing special characters like (õäöü)
Whenever I create a smart collection for a "keyword" "equals to" and use a keyword containing special characters like ä ü õ ö then bridge does not find the pictures with that kewyord. Works fine with other letters.

Trying to move thumbnail instead selects multiple thumbnails.
Clearing cache sometimes fixes, but only briefly. Restarting Bridge usually fixes, but also only for a while; problem eventually recurs.

I can't click on the bridge level.
Pressing ctrl + numbers does not give you a rating.

Text size changes when editing Description
When I edit text in the metadata panel (set to the biggest setting in preferences), the font is replaced by a slightly smaller one, making me hunt for the correct location to place the cursor. Bridge 12.0.0.234
Windows 10, I have a 5120x1440 screen while my laptop 4K monitor is closed.
Behaviour is similar if the User interface scaling is at 100% or Auto.1 vote -
Bridge 12 (2021) scrolling is terrible everywhere
Scrolling in the folder window doesn't work correctly.
Scrolls 13x too fast.Scrolling in the content window looks like you're scrolling backwards because again, smooth scrolling has not been programmed into this application yet.

Bridge & ACR flip
horizontal or vertical flips made directly in ACR or via Bridge/ACR cannot be copied via Bride to the XMP data (paste ALL settings) of other NEF files from the same camera

Raw file does not show changes in xmp file
In Bridge 12.0.0.234 the thumbnail and preview for a CR2 image does not show the changes made in Camera Raw. If I press the space bar the image fills the screen, remaining in its unaltered state. But if I click on the full-screen image, the view zooms in on the image and changes to show the effects of stored in the XMP file. From then on, the image thumbnail and preview display correctly.

Image Processor
Image Processor Not Working:
Using Bridge 12.0.0.234 and Photoshop 23.0.1 on a Windows 10 PC.
I just updated both Bridge and Photoshop to the latest versions, and when I select a photo in Bridge and then select Tools>Photoshop>Image Processor, Photoshop opens, but then nothing happens... the normal Image Processor options-selection window does not appear.
Help! (I use Image Processor frequently.)

Batch rename not working in pairs on DNG & jpg files.
I almost always photograph in RAW and JPG at the same time. The Batch Rename was not working so I did an update... problem solved for most of my cameras - Canon and Olympus. But for my DJI files, DNG it is not working.

error in renaming
Good morning. I recently updated to Adobe Bridge 12.0.1.246, and noticed a bug. For years I’ve appended a character to the end of photo names by clicking on the name to highlight it, then clicking on the right arrow key so my cursor appears at the end of the name, but before the .tif. Since the update, the cursor appears after the ., and just before the tif. Now when I don’t remember to click the left arrow, a warning appears that the file could be rendered unusable if the extension name is changed. Is this a problem you can…

Adobe Bridge won't open after updating
I updated to Bridge version 12.0 1 this weekend and now it won't open at all. Just bounces in the dock and says 'application not responding'. I have a 2015 Mac book.

smart collection document type no dropdown bug
there is no dropdown listbox for document type by configuring a smart collection (i.e. 1 px high). You can choose by entering first literal, but it is not overtaken

Batch rename ask for new version of photoshop
When I try a Batch operation from bridge as batch rename and image processor, I got a message telling me to install the latest version of Photoshop.
I have latest version of both Bridge 11.1.0.175 and Photoshop 23.0.0.release.

Slow SD card access M1 Max MBP 2021
Reading SD cards via the new 2021 M1 MBP SD slot is painful - Bridge takes a long time to cache thumbnails, and then when you're been working on a file, it takes 30 secs or more to update the thumbnail back in Bridge. The same issue does not occur if I use the same SD card in a 3rd [arty SD card reader on the same MBP.

Bridge suddenly displays multiples of the same photographs
When I'm attempting to filter some of my photo's Bridge will work fine for up to 20/30 minutes.
Then, for no obvious reason, the screen will flicker for a second, then the screen displays multiple images of the same photographs' that I have just sorted through.
The strange thing is ( and discovered this the first time it happened) if you click to delete the image (I assumed I had saved two copies of the same image) it actually deleted the image that followed the "duplicate" - so, seemingly, it just the images displayed that duplicate, but not the actual…3 votes -
Bridge slow, not reacting, bad performance since update
Bridge 11.0.0.83 is slow, takes a long time to show thumbnails that are already in cache. Trying to open and view another folder makes bridge slow to the point that it's not responding.
Not only the 100% previews, also embedded preview size.
Before it was much better. A love Vridge but it needs to work better again.
