Bridge does not work with PSB format metadata
I noticed that when saving a PSB format file from Photoshop, that Bridge is not seeing the metadata. This would be a Photoshop bug as well, as when I check in Photoshop (File Info), the metadata are not there (sorry, I am referring to the IPTC metadata - camera metadata are indeed there). So, I enter the metadata in Photoshop and save the PSB file. I reopen it to check that it is there, and it is. But when I look at the file in Bridge, Bridge is not seeing the IPTC metadata.

Rating
Rating my pictures while culling doesn't save. I've had to cull my photos 3 times and now I am unable to even rate my photos. This happens far too often.

Bug report: Preview panel loupe view - EXIF orientation tags are ignored
Hi there Adobe
If an image has been mirrored and/or rotated e.g. by setting an EXIF tag
Orientation : Mirror horizontal
the loupe tool in the preview panel does not reflect the change. For images with a lot of text this is suboptimal.Version of Adobe Bridge: 15.0.2.432
Steps to reproduce the issues: preview an image with an EXIF tag set e.g. Orientation: Mirror horizontal
Operating System: W10 22H2 19045.5608
Expected result: image is displayed in mapped orientation
Actual result: image is displayed in original unmapped orientation1 vote -
Bridge 2025 Loupe & Scrolling sticks still when trying to move slowly.
Max OSX 15.2 MacBook Pro M4 Max.
Moving a loupe over an image, when moving slowly there is NO movement at all! This is true if using a trackpad or mouse.
This also affects scrolling of the content files/images. When scrolling slowly there is no scrolling, zero!
To move a loupe around you need to move quickly, but then when reducing speed it'll suddenly stick again. So you either have fast movement or none, it's bad.
Bridge was never like this in early versions, nor should it be now! Fundamental bug needs fixing ASAP!! PLEASE!! Adobe this is 2025 and…

Bridge 2023: Core UI Controls Missing or Unintuitive for Ratings, Rejects, Labels
I became EXTREMELY frustrated with the non-intuitive nature of the latest Bridge. I worked through issues with ChatGPT and asked it to distill all that frustration into usable bug fix data for you. See below.
I am reporting what I believe is both a usability bug and a major design regression in Adobe Bridge 2023 (and possibly newer).
The core functionality for star ratings, reject flags, and labels—which are central to Bridge’s role as a media triage and asset manager—has been made incredibly difficult or nearly impossible to access in recent versions. I'm an advanced user trying to visually triage…

Remove Reflections in Camera Raw
A few weeks ago I used to be able to use the new 'remove reflections' tool, and it worked quite well. Recently it has just stopped working.
It tries briefly then gives me 2 errors:
"Unable to remove reflections. There was an unknown error."
And "The graphics processor has encountered an unrecoverable error. Due to a run-time error, GPU acceleration has been disabled for the remainder of the session."It was a good tool before whatever changed in a recent update? Any help much appreciated.

Bridge is effectively unusuable when not online on high performance laptop
Version 15.0.2.432 (but the issue is present in prior versions)
I am using a very high-end machine, and Bridge performs well when connected to the internet. However, I am often offline for days at a time in the field while taking and processing photos. Bridge is effectively unusable when there is no internet connection. Once I'm back online, the issue disappears. To be specific, the issue involves extreme lag when adding/removing labels, ratings, navigating thumbnails, viewing "high quality preview" and opening images into Camera Raw. I would imagine that many other actions are impacted by the issue, but these are…

Image orientation sorting is not exact
The "square" filter includes images that are not perfectly square. For example, the 2918px x 2940px image who's metadata I included, gets filtered as square when it is not.
If there is some wiggle-room built in, I would like to be able to set that wiggle room in the settings. Or there should simply be no wiggle room.

What’s the process for fixing a damaged log file?
Explore an innovative approach to resolving problems in the SQL Server transaction log using the advance SQL Log Recovery software, which swiftly restores LDF files quickly. This tool enables effortless correction of transaction operations such as UPDATE, DELETE, and INSERT, while keeping table constraints like foreign and primary keys intact. It allows storing the retrieved data as SQL scripts or directly in SQL database format. A date filter feature also allows for organized sorting of data by specific periods, and you can examine transaction log specifics—such as transaction name, table name, timestamp, login name, and transaction type—in a preview. A…

Auto-Stack Panorama/HDR NOT working - doesn't group correctly
Adobe Bridge's "Auto-Stack Panorama/HDR" does NOT work. The groupings you get are NOT grouped by time (as in for HDR photos taken in brackets within a couple seconds). Other images taken even minutes before/after are put into these stacks simply because they're the same subject. This is NOT how LRC/Lightroom Classic does it (which it's proper there). Needs to be fixed because it's unusable, and I'm not going to go through 1000+ 3-bracket HDR triplets set-by-set and stack them myself.

preview window corrupt
Recently I have been having trouble with bridge when looking at files on my sd card. They appear corrupt but when I click on a thumbnail and hit the space bar, after it loads the preview, those colors go away and then when I back out out the enlarged preview, the thumbnail is normal.
When I click on the thumbnail and go to camera raw, the image shows normal (sometimes) but then when backing out the thumbnail still has the lines and colors until I hit the space bar.
When I double click on the preview that appears corrupt, to…1 vote -

Full Screen Preview / Spacebar Command on Video Files
Currently, Full Screen Preview/Spacebar doesn't initialize directly over a video media.
However, Full Screen Preview does work if you begin on another media type (still image, or any other filetype) and then navigate to video.
Because of this, it seems there is no performance or technical reason Full Screen Preview can't be directly executed with video media.
Perhaps this is indeed a bug?
Thank you in advance for your time.

Problems with Metadata panel (15.0.0.397)
I would like to report some bugs in the "Metadata" window/panel (Windows).
As far as I can tell this was introduced in the latest version of Bridge (15.0.0.397) (never seen this before now).As can be seen in the examples below, some fields gets way to large (high) or to small (only a single line).
Also, sometimes there are large areas of unused pace.In the examples below I have undocked the "Metadata" window to make it a bit larger (when docked the behavior is the same, but more difficult to observe).
See screening dumps below:

Camera raw mask brush disappears when trying to edit masks applied to DNG Files
If I make a mask (say using the select subject tool) and then try to add/subtract areas from that mask by selecting "brush" then the brush tool disappears when I try to move it over the image... so I cannot see where the brush is or how to move it...
I don't think the brush is actually working then anyway as I cannot seem to be able to subtract anything even when I manually change the brush size.
Sometimes it seems to half work and sometimes not. I'd say for sure that using the brush tool to add/subtract from, at…

Bridge 2025 - painfully slow and frequently "not responding"
In Bridge 2025 and in 2024 as well since a recent update, Bridge is painfully slow - especially on my external drives - and takes forever to display thumbnails, load full resolution previews, and even just change folders. It frequently reports as "not responding" and uses up excessive system resources. Scrolling with the mouse wheel also slowed down considerably with the 2025 update. I'm paying to use this software and it doesn't appear that Adobe performed the proper QA/QC before releasing recent updates. Please fix ASAP.

bridge folder tree messed up
Unless in full screen, the folder link tree looks like this. Totally unusable. I have to find the correct folder via finder and drag it to bridge.

Cannot shift Capture Time by more than 24 hours, 59 minutes, and 59 seconds
I copied about 200 photos to my Mac from a camera whose date and time were exactly 1088 days, 3 hours, 21 minutes, and 28 seconds behind the correct date and time. I discovered that the user interface to set the "Date Time Original" field in the Exif metadata only allows the user to adjust the time on a batch of photos by a maximum of 24 hours, 59 minutes, and 59 seconds. I had to adjust the batch of photos by 3 hours, 21 minutes, and 28 seconds, and then tediously go through and change the date on each…
