  1. Bridge 2023 keeps looking for Photoshop 2022, does not recognize Photoshop 2023 on Windows 10, works fine on my Windows 11 machine.

    Bridge does not open into PS 2023, keeps telling me it cannot find PS 2022. This is in Windows 10, works fine on my lower spec Windows 11 machine.

  2. Cannot import photos from Bridge using the camera import button, or the menu dialogue. They both do absolutley nothing.

    Tired of the constant Bridge/Photoshop issues. Impossible to even import images from camera or CFast cards using your software. And to think I pay for this nightmare each month!

  3. Content Panel Non-functional Buttons

    Several buttons which are displayed in the Content Panel, depending upon circumstance, do not function.

    Version of Adobe Bridge: 13.0.1.583
    Steps to reproduce the issues: Choose a Collection or Smart Collection
    Operating System: Windows 11 22H2
    Expected result: Expect what is displayed on the button to occur
    Actual result: Nothing happens

    The buttons referred to are Edit Smart Collection, Stop Search and Remove from Collection.
    None of these buttons perform their function on my system.

  4. Folder Panel Unresponsive when using Google Drive

    I can't access Google Drive in the Folders Panel. All the other panels work fine with Google Drive. I can access Google Drive locations via the Favorites Panel or by dragging folders into the PathBar, however, the Folder panel is not responsive when I do this. I also cannot find Google Drive in the Folders Panel manually. This makes it impossible to move files around within different folders in Bridge. My current workaround is to Reveal in Finder for any folder navigation and then drag the folder I want to look at from Finder back into the Bridge PathBar, but…

  5. v13.0.1.583 1. defaults to template folder. Will not keep my template.

    Defaults to template folder. Will not keep my custom metadata panel. I have to click on the drop down, select my metadata, then select 'keep original metadata but append...' then select OK - for EVERY image. If I go back to this later, it has defaulted to the template folder again. How can I make it default to my metadata?

  6. Bridge doesn't utilise GPU for export (ARW to TIFF-16bit)

    When exporting images from Adobe Camera RAW process uses the GPU (not to its full potential, but et least somewhat) however when the same is done from the main window of Bridge GPU utilisation is 0%.

    Please implement GPU Utilisation in all export processes.

    OS: WIN 11 PRO
    CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
    GPU: RTX3060Ti 8GB
    RAM: 64GB DDR

  7. metadata is not taken from cr2 file

    I add metadata via Bridge (e.g. description/keywords) to a CR2 file, resync the folder into Lightroom, so that metadata should also be inserted into Lightroom. Now when I write new files from Lightroom, the metadata is not sent along.

    I would also use the Bridge Photoshop image processor, but it doesn't offer the option to resize the image by specifying, for example, only the long side.

  8. Previews of .HEIC images are blurry in latest Bridge - 12.0.2.252

    Copy .HEIC files from IPhone 13 to PC with Windows 10
    Look at preview of any .HEIC file taken on an iPhone 13
    Preview should be sharp but it is blurry. Previews of jpg files are fine.
    I have the extensions installed and the files are OK in Photoshop and all the other Windows 10 apps.

  9. Camera Raw. Can't move mask or adjust size of mask (E.g. Liner gradient or radial gradient)

    In Camera Raw, I can no longer adjust the size of a liner gradient mask or a radial gradient mask. The size lines/box that shows the mask area are first there when making the mask however as soon as I click to place, the lines/box disappear and I can no longer adjust the mask at all.

    The attached image is of a liner gradient mask after being placed (red area). As you can see no adjustment box is present so I can not adjust the size of the mask at all as I could before.

  11. sd card

    I have a Macbook Air M1 2020, with OS Ventura 13.0.1 (but previous system did the same)
    Adobe Bridge 13.0.1 (also latest Beta 2023)

    If I copy files from my Canon R5 (be it CFexpress or SD) using any option (mucommander, finder, etc) card works just fine. If I copy or move starred pictures via Bridge (or any other pictures) the operation becomes very slow soon and the card becomes sluggish, more or less blocking the camera. If I format the card, it becomes OK again (but obviously I loose everything on the card).

  12. Thumbnails for PSD files >1GB do not work

    In Adobe Bridge, thumbnail previews do not work for files over 1GB. All the preview shows is the PS icon.

    Why is this still a restriction? Can users increase this limit? Thanks.

  13. Perceptual GRADIENT MAP Bug

    Bridge doesn't read PERCEPTUAL GRADIENT MAP level in TIFF (with levels) designed and saved in photoshop.

    If you also try to export those files (for examples in jpg), it export them without the gradient with a completly different result than the original design.

  14. Bridge Can't Rename a Video

    In Bridge, if you select a video file, and then go to rename it, you cannot rename it. Instead, an error appears "The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process" I suspect that this "other process" is actually Bridge itself, showing the preview/player for the video. Windows Explorer is able to rename the file without any similar warning. Note that this is not about batch renaming. This occurs when renaming one single video.

  15. Full screen preview doesn't work when Preview Panel popped out from main window

    I have a dual monitor setting on Mac OS 12.6.1 (21G217). When the main window of Bridge 13.0.1.583 in my main monitor and a Preview Panel is placed on my second monitor, space bar full-screen preview is grayed out.

  16. Browse Presets from After Effects; double click triggers error

    When using 'Browse Presets' from After Effects, double clicking a text preset triggers an error. It tries to import the .ffx file instead of placing it on the AFx text layer.   18. Bridge 2023 (13.0.1.583 too) in fullscreen preview always loads images

    On pressing the space bar in Bridge shows the higlighed picture in full screen. That OK. When I step to the next image then it loads the next picture to full screen. Tha's also OK.
    BUT
    I usually play with to neighbour picture when selecting the better one, I mean I switch between 2-3 pictures back-and-forth.
    With Bridge 2023 it became a nightmare as it starts "loading" every single time when I step to an other picture, even if it was loaded a second ago!

    Not able to see either the SD card from the camera or the scandisk drive to get photos from camera. Also Photo Downloader does not show the devices to get the photos from. Neither are working?

  20. Camera Raw to Photoshop Save not working (single and multiple images)

    I updated Photoshop yesterday to the 2023 version. The new version of Camera Raw is great; I love the new ways to mask the subject, sky, background, etc. But when I try to open as a smart object in Photoshop (Shift-click), nothing happens. The image does not open in Photoshop 2023. I don't get an error message, but nothing happens. I have to close Photoshop 2023 and open Photoshop 2021 to save the image.
