  1. "HRESULT error: The GPU device instance has been suspended" after upgrading to version 13

    Bridge pops up the "HRESULT error: The GPU device instance has been suspended. Use GetDeviceRemovedReason to determine the appropriate action." error dialog when I select the second image.

    Bridge Version: 13.0.0.562

    Steps to Reproduce:
    - Open Bridge
    - In the Folders tab select a directory
    - select any image
    - select any other image
    -> Error dialog comes up.
    -> Dismiss the dialog and Bridge closes (crashes?)

    Operating System:
    Windows 11 version 22H2
    Most recent patches installed
    KB5018496 installed
    KB5018341 installed
    Acer A515-54 laptop
    Windows Update says all my drivers are up to date.
    I have cleared the Bridge cache.…

    The mentioned issue is fixed in the latest patch release #13.0.1.583, Please install and confirm if that fixes the issue.

  2. File displayed twice

    I am getting some files displayed twice in the Filmstrip view, which is followed by a crash. clicking on either of the displayed duplicate causes the screen to go funny, then restore.In the screenshot, the PSD is displayed twice.

  3. Continous crashes on 13.0.2 after previews and exiting photoshop jobs.

    Bridge is bugged as hell. It crashes very often after I change ratings or I come back from photoshop.

    The new panel interface is not only USELESS but introduced lags bejond human acceptability limits. Up to 3 seconds for thumbnail filter and update operation. Microsoft explorer is way faster

    I had already to buy a third party software (photomecanic) for culling photos because your software is too slow while previewing CR3 files.

    Since the last update the duplicate file previews bug is back. I get multiple icons for the same file in the folder.

  6. Silent crash when viewing TIF with text layer

    Bridge goes down without further notice when entering a directory with TIF file(s), that have a text layer in it. I think it is in the program part that generates thumbnails/previews. It is reproducable in two different installations here. I provide a test file with only 'hello world' in Calibri font. - The problem occurs since the last update 27 days ago. - I have Creative suite, so I don't know if there are other products involved in this. It would be fine to have a solution for this.

  7. Crash when opening a picture in preview

    After the last update I cannot use the Get photos from camera button and when I try to open a picture full screen the program crash. I am attaching the message. My laptop is Fujitsu siemens with intel (r) hd graphics 520.

  8. Can't open bridge in macOSMOnterey. Immediately crashes with error code 205

    I cannot open or use bridge at all since purchsasing my new macBookPro with osMonterey 12.4. I have reinstalled several times, tried a prior version, reset preferences and nothing works and the app is useless making it impossible to use camera raw. I'm very frustrated that there has been no help for this.

    Bridge 2022 keeps crashing (update Bridge? MacOs Monterey update 12.5.1?). Reïnstalled it (over and over again), deleted all the preferences, Problem with Cache building (i am clearing it out all the time, but i think he is building up a high level cache for all my maps?) Don't know what's the problem ... need it for my work

  10. Bridge 2021 Crashes When Entering Full Screen Mode

    When I press 'Spacebar' to view an image in Full Screen Mode, Bridge completely crashes. Interestingly, upon restarting the program, a crash error dialog box does not appear and Bridge opens to the folder I first opened the program in, not the last one. When opening audio and video files, Bridge didn't even try opening the file in Full Screen Mode. It was like I didn't press 'Spacebar.' It only tries entering Full Screen Mode with images, but it crashes when it attempts to do so. I hoped updating to v12.0.2 would fix it, but it didn't. Running Windows 10…

  11. Unable to open Bridge

    I purchased a new MacBook Pro running macOS Monterey and have migrated my files and Creative Cloud and I cannot open Bridge. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Bridge several times. I have deleted preferences. I have allowed read write preferences for all users and none of these solutions from the forums has worked.

  12. hard crash (Bridge 12.0.2.252) converting images from NEF to JPG (Adobe Std) in Camera Raw 14.3

    when I open a folder in bridge, select raw (NEF) camera images, open them in Camera Raw, select all, select Adobe Standard color profile, and try to convert them to JPG, (Quality 12, same HDD) both Bridge and Camera Raw crash (silent exit) after about 100 images (seems to be able to do more like 1000 before crashing if Camera Raw stays in foreground - based on ~5 crashes and ~4600 images). I can view something resembling the following in the event log:

    Windows OS version 21H2

  13. Cannot load Startup Scripts "bridge-12.jsx"

    Bridge version 12.0.1.246 (in a whole new install)

    I updated to Bridge version 12.0 1 this weekend and now it won't open at all. Just bounces in the dock and says 'application not responding'. I have a 2015 Mac book.

  16. Editing metadata in PDF crashes Bridge

    When trying to change a keyword in a PDF, Bridge goes to 100 % CPU and eventually crashes. Have tested on both M1 and Intel CPU. Version 11.0.2.123
