    Bridge will not show contents of a camera card, indicating an empty card - despite there being 5Gb of files from supported camera, fully viewable in MacOS

    The sort by and filter are completely non-functional. Deleted and reset all preferences but still broken.

  4. No Copy and Paste of Filenames

    I don't understand why you can't copy and paste into filenames when saving or exporting files in Bridge. When generating lots of sequential documents with different images, it's really frustrating to have to write out the filename every time.

  5. Smart Collections are not displaying all images in the folder

    Adobe Bridge CC 2020 Smart Collections are only displaying a small subset of the photos that should be included. I use several layers of subfolders and it is seeing into the first few, but ignoring the later ones. This feature has always been a little quirky, but I don't know of a way to force Bridge to look again. Recreating the Smart Collection gives the same result.

  6. Screenshots not showing on clipboard in Bridge

    Screenshots using Alt+PrtScn, Ctrl+PrtScn, WindowsButton+Shift+S, combinations like that don't seem to show up on the clipboard in Bridge. If i copy a photo from another program, then I can go to Bridge, click on a folder then click on paste and it will create a file for it. It doesn't seem to show up from a screenshot. It would be handy to be able to do that with a screenshot.

  7. Modification date changes when changing rating or label

    When I change a rating or add a label, the modification date changes... I mean, really... What?..

    I started noticing in Indesign it would say all kinds of linked images (that I label after import) where modified.

    Dates should obliviously not change when rating or labeling a file!!
    It completely messes up the workflow, and also removes date info for future reference which also stinks...

    In Irfanview for example it is possible to change file data without altering the date(s). There's also renaming tools that can keep the original dates. And backup software etc...

    Long story short please change ASAP...

  8. FILES DONT OPEN IN PS WHEN DOUBLE CLICKED OR DRAGGED, NOR WHEN DRAGGED FROM FINDER TO BRIDGE ICON ETC.

    FILES DON'T OPEN IN PS WHEN DOUBLE CLICKED OR DRAGGED, NOR WHEN DRAGGED FROM FINDER TO BRIDGE ICON ETC. Copying doesn't work within windows, reveal file doesn't work either. I updated both Br and Ps, its still broken.

  9. No "Copying files" dialog box when pasting a Folder within Bridge

    Not sure if File System Operations is where this belongs, but I've found on Bridge 10.1.0.163, when I copy a Folder in Bridge and paste it elsewhere, I am not presented with a "Copying files..." dialog with which I could Cancel the operation. Copying individual files or a selection of files that also includes a folder does offer the dialog and thus the ability to cancel the copy/paste.

  10. Can't open .ai 2020 file from Bridge 2020 in Mac OS 10.14.6

    I cannot double click to open, or right click to open an .ai 2020 file in Bridge 2020. I get either no response at all, or the error you see in the screenshot. I'm on Mac OS 10.14.6.

    I can drag an .ai file from Bridge onto the Illustartor application icon in the dock.
    I can reveal the file in Finder, and open it from there.

  11. Bridge won't open files using Explorer's file type association

    After the 10.0.3.138 update, Bridge no longer opens files using Windows Explorer's file type associations. For example, if you try to open an mp4 file Bridge will not open it in Movies & TV. Instead it will open it in a third party app if you have one installed that handles that file type. Otherwise, if there isn't a file type associated with it, Bridge will simply not open the file. Changing the file type associations won't work because there are no options for any of the native Window apps. This was not the case in 10.0.2. For now the…

  13. Video Move/Copy fails in Bridge 2020

    If a video is selected (last in a move block or selected for copy), the move/copy fails because the video is open in the DyanmicLinkMediaServer.exe (error discovered in File Explorer). Apparently, the file is opened in the media server used to sort of play the file (it is a poor video player).

    The move/copy fails and must be done with file explorer externally. I don't recall encountering the issues with previous versions, but you must have the video file selected for it to manifest--the last in a selection or individually.

  14. Renaming a jpg file also causes the raw file with same name to rename.

    Bug:
    Example: Renaming IMG8023.jpg. However, IMG8023.cr2 also renames.
    To rename, I select the filename in the Content panel. The filename highlights. I change the name (add to the existing name: "InstrumentIMG8023."). Both IMG8023.jpg and IMG8023.cr2 rename simultaneously. FYI, I created the .jpg from the raw file - the jpg was not camera generated if it matters.

  15. Illustrator upgrade not reflected in Bridge file associations

    Bridge 10.0.0.124
    I updated Illustrator to 23.1, however Bridges still retained the file association for the previous Illustrator version.

  16. Save JPGs to same directory as RAW: Delete RAWs deletes JPGs

    If I segregate, isolate, by selection or stars selecting ONLY the RAW files I want to delete the JPGs get deleted, moved or copied too.

  17. Can't use the "cut and paste" function, only "copy and paste" in Bridge CC 2019

    I just installed Bridge CC 2019 yesterday on MacOS Sierra. On local and Network drive files, the option to perform an EDIT -> Cut the file is greyed out. Command + X doesn't work either. I can only Copy and Paste. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, didn't work. I tried running Bridge 2018 separarely on my MacOS system, and the file cut function works as is it's supposed to. It also works on my Bridge CC 2019 on Windows 10 system as it should, so this is really limited to my install of Bridge 2019 on my iMac.

    Anyone else…

  19. Bridge create an Audio Loop when it play next MP4 file. Need to press play button manually

    When Bridge play mp4 files. Audio of next file is a loop of the last played file.
    Need to press play manually to avoid that bug.

  20. The operation could not be completed

    I installed the latest version of Bridge CC 2018 after I reformatted my computer to install Mojave fresh and I've been getting constant "The operation could not be completed" errors. As a test, I thought the maybe the new CC 2019 version would run better on Mojave, but I'm getting the same error constantly to where I have to leave it closed most of the time to get any work done because my computer keeps beeping and jumping the dock icon every time the error pops up.
