Status Bar in Bridge
Hello, I wanted to report a functionality that was lost with the last update this month. It's about the lower status bar which has been eliminated, preventing that the information about file count, selected and size can be completely visualized. In my case, I use the content panel at the minimum size to be able to see the preview of the image as large as possible, with which I lose the information of the files as the status bar is no longer there. I hope you can find a solution because it is something important in the bridge workflow.

- Improve performance - I work with 60mb raw files (5dsR) and the generation of full size previews is painfully slow.

Please Undo Some "Improvements" to Bridge 2019
1) Where's my true black background? For as long as I've worked with Adobe products I've kept my workspace backgrounds as close to black as possible. Bridge 2018 accommodated me. Bridge 2019 does not: nearest I can get to black is an insipid and annoyingly bright neutral gray. Please restore my option to work against true black.
2) Please make star ratings optional. I do not use star ratings and when stars were much smaller I could ignore them. Now they take up a good chunk of real estate beneath my image, making information I do choose to show hard…

Hi,
This feature has been released in Bridge v10.0. You can update Bridge to see this feature.
At the bottom of the Content Pane, there is an option to hide Tiles and ‘Show Thumbnails only’. If tiles are hidden, the image backdrop can be changed to pure black from Edit→Preferences→Interface→Image backdrop.

Old Label visuals much better than new 'dot' feature
Wondered if there is a way to make the labels in Bridge CC 2019 more pronounced like in the previous version vs the tiny dots they are now? Preferences does not seem to offer this option. I much prefer the old labels that were easier to better illustrate my workflow (approved, review, work on, etc.) at a glance. These tiny dots require more attention to determine what I am looking at.

A workable file/image sharing infrastructure for local networks (small teams)
Problem:
Small teams working in local networks share tons of files with each others.
Its always a pain to use Bridge to find the files, tags, previews, comments, ratings and everything else that makes Bridge such a good thing.The usual trick is to have local cache (in each folder), but then everyone on the team has to re-search the shared folders manually and frequently, to discover updated files, tags, ratings, etc.
Sometimes its slow, other times the files are locked, other times the sharer clears its cache.It can become painful when the volume of assets at play goes…

Revert the coloured labelling dot back to a visible line!
On previous versions of Bridge, the label was a highly visible coloured line under the image. On Bridge 2019, they have changed the label to an inconspicuous and highly missable small coloured dot.
Please revert back to the old line, or give us the option on how the label should look.

ADD THE ABILITY TO HAVE TABS
Please add the ability to have tabs like the "Finder" windows have. I would never use Finder again if Adobe Bridge had tabs! Please and thank you!

Enable Quick Look quality previewing with Spacebar (Mac)
Hitting Spacebar in Finder brings up a full screen high quality preview of many files (including PDFs).
Doing so in Bridge brings up a tiny low resolution preview. Adobe invented PDFs, can we please have this simple feature in Bridge? Even if there was an option to use Quick Look rendering rather than Bridge rendering.12 votes -
Adobe Bridge 2019... Color Setting synchronization for other CC apps is broken
This version Bridge will not save my selection for Color Setting; subsequently other applications are not being synchronized.

Copy/Move Folder with the same Name is really poorly programmed!
If I have two Folders and both of them has the same Name (each of them are on another Location of course) and I would now centralize the two Folders in ONE Location, then I would move (or copy) the first Folder to the Location where the second Folder is located. So far so good.
But now Bridge Shows me a message like this: "The folder XY already exists. [Fix it automatically], [Replace], [Cancel]"
If the first Folder contains only 1 file and the second Folder lets say 5 files, if I choose "Replace", THE HOLE SECOND FOLDER WITH THE…2 votes -
Showing Infos permanent in Fullscreen mode
In Fullscreen Mode, Infos like how many stars/rating an Image has, is only displayed if I would set a Rating to an Image.
It would be very nice if this Info could displayed permanently with a shortcut or a Setting in the Settings window.
Often I would like to see the Rating in Fullscreen, but it's only possible to see it if I gave a new Rating to an Image, but first I have to look if there already is a Rating, to set it back to the original value after the Rating Infos are displayed.
That's annoying.

Restoring of all previous opened Bridge windows like Browsers do
Like in Windows Explorer or all Browsers, it is possible to open some new windows in Bridge. But if you close Bridge and open it again, all windows would be closed but the last one. In Explorer or all Major Browsers you could set, that if you quit and Restart the App, that all previous opened windows would opened again.
That would be great because everyday I'm working with many different Folders respectively windows.

New version 2019, but still lacking of: no HiDPI support for 150%
Most other Adobe Apps have now HiDPI support. But Bridge supports only 100% or 200% (i'm on Windows)!
But I have a 27" Monitor with UHD (3840x2160) and Windows is set to 150%. Thats because with 100% all Elements are to small to read and with 200% everything is to big and the advantages of the high resolution are not used.
That's why 150% is ideal. Photoshop, InDesign etc. are perfect optimized for this value in between, but not Bridge. With the new Setting for the type size, there are more possibilities (but the space between the text lines will…12 votes -
New version 2019, but still lacking of: Drag & Drop from Outlook
It is still not possible to drag & drop a file Attachement from an E-Mail in Outlook (v2016 and now v2019) into a Bridge window. It's only possible from Outlook to a Windows Explorer window.

Enable Mojave Dark Mode support for title bar
The title says it all really: at the moment even with Dark Mode running on Mojave and the Bridge Color Theme set to darkest setting, the Bridge title bar is light grey and distracting.
Would be great if this could be fixed soon, don't really want to wait until 2020 version for something so straightforward.

Useful Dimensions on Metadata Panels for PDFs (and ideally INDD)
At the moment the metadata panel has useless (and misleading) dimensions for PDFs which are based off pixel preview data. It would be much more helpful if the panel could display the TrimBox values or just simple page dimensions (CropBox) if that's not available, either in mm or inches depending on your choice. Being able to show all the Page Boxes would be a dream. At the moment a user needs to launch Acrobat and dig to find that info.

Darker / thicker typeface
Do not see a category for interface, all panels and windows. I prefer white / light interfaces rather than the dark gray. The new Bridge has settings for type size (thank you!) but on the lightest background the type is medium gray or too thin and very hard to see. Would like a way to make type black on the white or light gray backgrounds, or more bold. Have to go back to 2017. Thank you.
