  1. Map module for Bridge PLEASE!

Please add a way to to view an actual map using the GPS data from file in Bridge. Lightroom has a Map view and it is a pain in the neck to keep switching back and forth just to use map option in Lightroom. It's been years! This should have been added long ago! Thank you.

  2. Restore multiple windows!

Bridge 2023 was installed today, and at first, I was pleased with the new multiple tabs idea, but it doesn't work for my workflow. I have up to six instances of Bridge open at any one time, across two monitors, to compare the contents of folders in a relatively complex version control process. So, I closed the extra tabs and went to open my new windows and was stunned to find I no longer could.

This is a really major headache for me. I'm currently feeling quite sick at the thought of how much this has upset my workflow. Undocking…

  6. Focuspoints view

    Hallo

    Vielen DANK

  10. Age of sight - camera focusing point visible to Bridge.

I think there is many "old" PS or Bridge users, who has age of sight.

Auto focusing is helping a lot. In cameras (now I use Nikon Z6) I can afterwards check where the focusing point is. But it would help A LOT if this feature is in Bridge, where I pick "useful" pictures.

So, if I nicely ask, would it be possible to develope a feature in Bridge which shows the focusing points - moving from camera?

Thanks, I think Im not the only one who has the same problem :)

    Johanna from Finland.

  12. Option in Bridge to upscale image when viewing

(My earlier post of the topic either got lost or this is a duplicate for which I appologise)

    Hi

I am using Bridge on a Macbook pro with a Retina screen. I usually prepare photos suitable for Instagram (1080px x 1080x). Given that the retina resolution is much higher than that, it is frustrating not to be able to view (Full Screen Preview) upscaled to the max resolution of the screen.

Would you please add an option allowing users to choose whether they wish images to be upscaled or not when viewing them in Full Screen Preview. That would be…

  13. BUG?!?! Troublesome view of image tiles

Images in tiles are cut off at the right edge instead of falling onto the next line. Why that? It's stupid.

  14. SVG: Ability to enlarge (zoom)

I use illustrator artboards to create svg icons; hundreds at a time. Unfortunately the scale slider in Brigde does enlarge svg's. It stops at the original size. I would like to see that the SVG scales up even beyond it's original size. Show those icons as large as possible, while also showing the transparancy grid. (preview in OSX scales up too, but does not show transparency).

  16. Please save view option to Show Items from Subfolder

Please save view option to Show Items from Subfolder. No reason why users should have to select this option every time as we navigate folders. If we wish to see items in subfolders, allows us to ALWAYS see items in subfolders. Add option to Preferences if that helps add this feature.

  17. Please add option to show photos in two folders side-by-side

Please add option to show photos in two folders side-by-side (similar to Aperture). This would be a very valuable feature where users could compare contents of two folders and even move photos between folders. All other panels could apply to both folders (filtering, metadata, etc.). Having two views side by side would be the greatest additional feature to Bridge!

  19. Status Bar in Bridge

Hello, I wanted to report a functionality that was lost with the last update this month. It's about the lower status bar which has been eliminated, preventing that the information about file count, selected and size can be completely visualized. In my case, I use the content panel at the minimum size to be able to see the preview of the image as large as possible, with which I lose the information of the files as the status bar is no longer there. I hope you can find a solution because it is something important in the bridge workflow.

  20. Allow folders to remember window position

Allow folders to remember the window scroll position last viewed.

If you have a folder of 100's of images and drill down to view a file, leaving the folder then returning positions the window at the top again. This means scrolling down to find that file again.

Work on a project where there are multiple folders of many images and repeat this going back/forth/scrolling a few times. That's when you'd realize how nice it would be to return where you were.
