Preview Photo Slow
Adobe Bridge 2021-2023 Loading preview photo very slow. The previous series was not as slow as this. so it's hard i want to selected a photo

Bridge has been exceedingly slow for a while. I use it extensively for reference photos for drawing. The zoom and pan functions on an image are so slow that it lurches about my screen and I end up opening the same file in Photoshop in frustration, where I can do so near-instantaneously. Why is it so much slower than Photoshop? I'm using CC2024 on Apple M1 Max MacBook Pro using 13.5.1 with 64 gb of RAM. This app has been around for years. Why haven't you solved the speed issue?
