Can't name new folder right after creating it.
In "Thumbnail only" mode I can't name new folder right after creating it in FOLDER PANEL. New folder appears with name "New Folder", then I have to right click (Win) on it and select "rename" option.
CONTENT PANEL: In addition: I can't rename folders in "Content" panel by "right mouse click" at all, - in dropdown menu there no "rename" option, guys!!!2 votes -
When renaming in folders tab, scrolling causes the name to revert back to old name.
when you are renaming files in the folder pannel, scrolling while it is still selected dismisses the change.
Really frustrating because i can't work out how to put suffixes on batch renders the way i need them so have to rename 100 folders individually, which is taking long enough without that bug

"NEED MORE INFO" Suggestion - Moderators should require a FOLLOW UP
It seems that this forum's moderators were not taught to follow up.
NEED MORE INFO is an option for a Moderator to click but then they forget to actually ASK. What info do they need.For example. regarding how their Folders Panel doesn't work with the Magic Mouse.

scrolling is impossible with a magic mouse
I was requested to add a video of what it looks like to use a mouse in the folder panel.
Sorry for anyone that gets sick, i was trying my absolute best to make it move smoothly.
as you can see this is less than fun.

bridge folder tree messed up
Unless in full screen, the folder link tree looks like this. Totally unusable. I have to find the correct folder via finder and drag it to bridge.

Navigation: Subfolders will only show after restart
Newly created subfolders will not be displayed in the navigation/folder panel unless you perform a complete restart of Bridge. Since the required little subfolder ticks on the side are missing, it is not possible to access or drag and drop anything into the new subfolder without a restart.
The manual refresh button doesn't help either as it will only affect the image content panel, not the file structure/navigation itself. The best would be to automatically refresh both automatically without having to look for an extra button.

Very Hard to rename folders with Japanese text.
Hi!
I tried to rename folders with Japanese text, but the homophone selection field blinks and moves at high speed, making it difficult to fill in. With English text, the selection fields don't blinks nor moves. Why it happen? Is it a specification to prevent garbled characters?1 vote -
Wrong names of photos in content panel
Some photos names are not displayed correctly. The name of photo 10 is correct; the name of photo 9 is not.
The names of the files in files- explorer are correct.

Icon selection hit and miss
Hi, On the latest update I'm having selection issues on the Folder Panel. It is hit and miss. Often when trying to select an image or multiple images I have to click all around the images and eventually it will select on. I can the de-select and then select the correct on. On the previous version similar happened but only on the first image in a group.

Folder Panel Unresponsive when using Google Drive
I can't access Google Drive in the Folders Panel. All the other panels work fine with Google Drive. I can access Google Drive locations via the Favorites Panel or by dragging folders into the PathBar, however, the Folder panel is not responsive when I do this. I also cannot find Google Drive in the Folders Panel manually. This makes it impossible to move files around within different folders in Bridge. My current workaround is to Reveal in Finder for any folder navigation and then drag the folder I want to look at from Finder back into the Bridge PathBar, but…

Sometimes the active drive/s is/are missing in "This PC" column
Adobe Bridge version: 13.0.0562
Sometimes, the active drive/s is/are missing in "This PC" column. I am connecting four USB external hard drives with my PC running Windows 11 Pro. However, Bridge can show three of them and one is missing. I tried to exit Bridge and opened it again, but it is still unable to show one of the four active drives.

Cannot select multiple photos with shift since newest update to 13.0.0.562
Since the update a few days ago I am having major glitches trying to click one image and then hold shift and click the last image to open them in camera raw. It works on a few images but not many....

Bridge freezing when there is a non-accessible (smb) remote share pinned on favorite panel (but found a way to avoid it)
1) I added a path to a remote synology NAS share on favorite panel. This share is only reachable when i'm at the office
2) if it's non reachable (when i'm home), every time i symply make a click on a picture, it totally freezes Bridge (12.0.3.70) for about 10/15 seconds
3) I removed this share from the favorite panel, and everything works now fluently.1 vote -
SD card folders locked in bridge
Occasionally my SD card folders show a little padlock when opened in Bridge. If they are, I'm unable to move/delete/rate any of the files within the folders. I can copy them to my hard drive, but even the copied can't be moved, deleted, or rated. I've been able to work around it by selecting all of the files and purging the cache for them via Bridge, but this is very time consuming and annoying. The files are not 'locked' when copied or viewed in Windows Explorer, nor is the card itself locked or protected in any way. Same card, same…

Negative to positives folders
I made negatives to positives and put them in folders. Everything worked fine until last week(1/8/22). Tried to open my folders. I am getting no items to display. I have over one thousand photos in those folders. Negative film from back to the 1970's. Can you fix?. I am currently using Bridge version 12.0.0.234

Bridge 2022 not working with Box.com
Recently, Bridge 2022 v.12.0 stopped displaying folders from Box.com which uses Box Drive on my M1 iMac and M1 MBP, with macOS v.11.

Bridge having trouble opening drives. Flips back and forth between drives.
I am running the latest version on Windows 10 64 bit. Bridge is having trouble reading my drives. It is flipping between drives without opening any. Eventually, it crashes. This is a recent event.
