  1. Confuses cards and uploads poorly, slowly photos

    Bridge doesn't let you preview the photo right away.
    Sometimes it shows me the photos from the previous card as if they were the same photos from the next tab. I just see the same photos over and over again

    In bridge 13.0.0.562

    • Duplicates of files are randomly displayed in the main window and are counted as different files.

    • Browsing previews by means of previewing full screen leaves on exit TWO selected files instead of just the last viewed one.

  3. raw files are shown multiple times

    Working with raw files, bridge suddenly makes multiple copys of the photos. WHY?

  4. Bridge 2023 (13.0.1) Mac OS aliases open but have generic icons (Mac OS 13.0.1, M1 Mac)

    Aliases now open but have generic icons. (Custom icons do appear correctly.)

  5. Can't open some folders

    When I'm using Bridge 2023 it won't open a folder shortcut - I have two folders that I've saved shortcuts to on my desktop, but Bridge won't open them unless I navigate all the way back to the actual folder location.

  6. Non-folder favourites shortcuts don't work intermittently

    I have lots of INDT shortcuts in my favourites panel. Sometimes these work as they used to - click them and they open in InDesign. More often though they don't - just, nothing happens. And it's not obvious what makes them work or not.

  7. Memory card AUTOPLAY fails

    Windows 11 22H2, Bridge 2023 - Autoplay for memory cards set to Import into Bridge 2023. When memory card inserted, an Error window appears- "Application not found". This also happens if Autoplay is set to 'Ask' and the Bridge option is selected.

    Note that starting Bridge and selecting File/Get photos from Camera... works fine.

    I would suspect an error in the Windows Registry, but just a guess.

    Since the latest update Adobe Bridge is not able to import any photos. It does not recognize the Sandisk SDDR USB with my files.

  9. Image selection trap

    Additionally to my earlier issue here another related one, this is really annoying.
    Due to the continued selection of the starting file while switching files (arrow keys) in fullscreen mode, the first (on entering fullscreen mode) and last (after ending fullscreen mode) images stay selected. My intention now is to just switch further between next images, but I find myself in a trap betweeen the 2 aforementioned images.

    As I wrote:
    I always have to deselect the first image, when I just want to do something with the last.
    This renders the "switch through files" process unusable.
    Please revert behaviour…

  11. Photo downloader doesn't download images

    Only a fraction of the images displayed in the photo downloader dialog are actually ingested. Photo downloader does not display any errors or give any indication that photos failed to download.

    This is a longstanding issue, but currently:
    Windows 11
    Bridge 12.0.3.270
    Various cameras and media cards

  12. Photo Downloader Not Working

    When I try to use the menu option file > get photos from camera nothing happens. No window pops up, no error. I have to drag and drop photos from my camera to bridge. This issue has persisted through multiple uninstall/reinstalls and a fairly thorough registry cleanse of anything bridge related and two application updates.

  13. Bridge 13.0.0.562 - Folders pane: Current folder moves out of view

    Current folder moves out of view after certain operations.
    Actions that trigger this bug:
    - Drag a file from the content pane to a folder in the Folders pane.

    - Move a folder to another folder.

  14. Can't drag downloaded file from Chrome to 'Content' panel 13.0.0562

    Previous to the new version you could drag recently downloaded files from Chrome's bottom downloads bar straight to a folder in Bridge. Since the new update you can no longer do so (drag from Explorer is fine, seems to be confined to non-Explorer programs).

  15. External Drive File Delete Problem

    Deleting files on external drive = they move to local trash and clog computer!!

  16. Bridge must be set to Run as Admin for AUTOPLAY to work after Nov '22 update.

    Win 11 22H2, Nov 2022 update installed. The 'Application not found' error no longer occurs. Autoplay set to Import to Bridge 2023 in the OS. However, have to run Bridge as Administrator to get full functionality. I set the property sheet for bridge.exe so it is run as administrator and functionality restored.

  17. Context Menu and Folder Access Bug

    Adobe Bridge 2023 [2336]
    macOS Ventura 13.0.1 (22A400)

    After selecting a file thumbnail in the Bridge interface, and right clicking, the context menu doesn't display file folders currently being copied/moved to. It does not update after a copy/move. Bridge seems to maintain a folder list in the context menu from a previous session.

    Major Performance Bug: Incredibly slow copy to new directories. Often made to wait for a full minute for copy to take place. Time delay may be dependent on the number of files already in place in that folder.

  18. Photo downloader has bugs

    Photo downloader doesn't work properly. "Uncheck all" doesn't respond. I can't get the dialog box for selecting photos -- it's all or nothing. The scroll bar won't work. Sometimes "Get Media" grays out when I select it and the dialog box freezes.

  19. Bridge 13.0.0.562 - Cannot rename file by selecting the filename in content pane.

    In previous versions of Bridge, and Windows in general, I could select a filename or folder name and then rename the file (thumbnail view).
    In Bridge 13.0.0.562, there is no time delay on the tooltip that displays the file date created and date modified.
    When the tooltip appears, the filename is hidden and will not switch to edit mode to allow renaming.
    The context menu appears if I right click on the thumbnail, but that is not efficient and wastes time on something I need to do frequently and consistently.

  20. Bridge 2023 Bug - File order is not updated by sorting preference without refresh

    When files are sorted by Filename, Rating , Labels or any other preferences, the file order should be updated automatically when related property is changed such as Filename, Labels or Rating.
    But the File order is not updated without refresh when after property is changed.
    The user has to hit the F5 key or run Refresh from the menu to update file order correctly.
